The room was ok very nice and clean but we had an issue with the staff -very unfriendly- about the breakfast. They proposed buffet for 2 at 28 eur and charged 36 on the morning. The receptionnist didn't want to hear anything and when I said I would notify it on my review she answered she didn't care about the feedback...

This hotel isn’t the most modern but it’s really well presented and I great condition. The rooms are above the casino but it’s pretty separate and unless you choose to use it you would not know it is actually there. Beds are super comfortable, staff friendly and not in your face. The sea views are wonderful. I also had breakfast at €11 - it was adequate but the layout is a bit strange. It would be difficult for short people to get fruit juice as it’s kept about shoulder height for me at 6ft2. The hot options at 0930 looked as if they had been cooked many hours before. I avoided these based on their tired and dry appearance alone. The fruit salad was amazing, yoghurt was dispensed by a machine. I wouldn’t do breakfast here again but I’d definitely stay here for a good nights sleep in a convenient spot. Well done all, take a look at breakfast and you’d get 5 it let you down slightly.

The staff members were very friendly and accommodating for my two cats and it wasn’t expensive to pay for them (24 euros for two cats). The hotel room was clean and minimalistic but had a high attention to detail. We were a bit worried about bed bugs from the news and social media so when we checked the bed we were comforted to see that the hotel took precautions for guests by triple layering the mattress with mattress covers. All in all a stress free stay

Hotel in a great location on the sea front, and rooms very clean and spacious. The worst feature was the restaurant (not breakfast) where there were 3 young girls serving but not paying any attention to clients. I ordered mussels and received an enormous portion of the smallest mussels ever (which is worse for bad ones) and absolutely no flavour. The steak was also bad, tough and the fries were soggy. A shame because it let the whole hotel down on what was otherwise a good stay

Cet hôtel ne vaut pas du tout ses 4 étoiles! La salle de bain avait de la moisissure partout dans la douche qui n'était pas très propre et fuyait de surcroit .Niveau petit déjeuner je m'attendais a mieux vu le prix.

Hotel is in a good location by the water body and a couple of blocks away from the city center. The hotel building has a casino in it and there is a free limited parking onsite and free public parking close to the hotel. Hotel is clean but basic and i could only recommend for an overnight stay.

I booked the junior suite, but got a disabled room. The name was very misleading. Also room was across the lift which caused a lot of noise. In my opinion a junior suite should be a nice quiet room. It was absolutely not worth the money.

Good location. Lucky to get parking within the hotel area (only about 10 slots). Tiny room, Wi-Fi did not work, terrible smell of sweaty bodies in all the corridors.

The hotel has a casino - honestly that is the reason we chose this hotel. It was under renovation so it was a bit unorganized. The restaurant was not open the day we were there. Truly enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the local shops. The morning breakfast was good.

To be fair, the rooms were fine. We weren't warned about the extensive renovations. The fumes & dust in the stairwells & reception areas were a health hazard. The lift was out of order some of the time. 3 floors up, narrow spiral stairs covered in dust & grime were hard to negotiate. About 5 parking spaces for this large hotel but there was a public (paying) car park across the road.

Used hotel for a one night stop over prior to catching ferry. Hotel looked tired with much needed refurbishment already in progress. Reception was hidden in a corner on the first floor with evidence of internal building work also in progress - not very welcoming. Noise from building work started early.
