Overall it was great, the reception personel was not friendly, my opinion, they are not happy with their job, when you ask a question, they are very short and cranky, specially the females, there is a guy on the late shift (went home st 11pm Xmas eve) he is the only person that has a smile. They need some customer service training or look for a different job.

We had an overnight layover when traveling by bus. We arrived by bus around 13:45. Unlike most other places we’ve been they’re strict about check-in time of 15:00. They were good about offering to hold our luggage until check-in. We walked around the area and got a bite to eat then check in went seamlessly. I had to ask for a 2nd towel but it was delivered quickly. Free breakfast is a nice option but also nothing special unless you pay for an upgrade. Overall a clean,comfortable spot in Viallahermosa central.

Decent sized room. Pleasant staff. Hotel 10 min walk from bus terminal 20 to museum anthology and 25 min walk to parque la Venta. Centrally located with couple of good plazas nearby.

Easy check in and great location :) it makes your trip easier to be central and it wasn't far from good food or the bus station.

Clean, efficient, modern, good AC unit in room, good downtown location. Not so good: no AC in elevator, low cold setting in AC in lobby. Airport shuttle has only three times of operation and does not pick up at airport. Terrible: outside noise in night bars across the street in park. Hint: book rooms with windows facing the back of the hotel.

Such a gem! Don't let the low-low price put you off. Everything you could want from a hotel. The rooms are small but nicely designed. Top floor is better, farther from street noise. So many amenities. Strong, fast wifi and free parking. Would be nice if the staff told you how to get to their parking lot before arrival (maybe if they sent a map?), because the traffic is insane downtown. The area is a the historic core, which is run-down, but that is Villahermosa, not the hotel. Close to food, shops, everything you need.

We went for 3 nights, but stayed 5. One was complementary. The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially Rosa at the front desk.

The only complaint we had in our stay was that there was a slight foul odor in our room (room 506) that smelled like sewer, a smell that unfortunately can be quite common in some parts of Mexico.

This is a very basic hotel and not quite as good as the other One hotel we stayed in. Everything was clean and neat. Internet was VERY spotty and almost drove one crazy as it would be fine for 5-6 minutes and then disappear. It was very on and off and the explanation we got was that there were too many people in the hotel. We understood this was a new property and it seems they should have planned to have people stay and put together a proper internet service.

hotel is brand new, everything is new and working... hotel has a good location in the center of the city, staff is ok, free wifi included works ok, breakfast also included is not WOW but is helpful, gym is poor dont expect anything besides a few walking machines, for price is a good bet

The staff is unexperienced. The surrounding neighborhood is noisy. The A/C is awful. I wont stay here again under any circumstance.
