Hotel in great central location, accommodating staff and renovated rooms

Ideal location, great hotel with wonderful staff and amenities. The rooftop area with the pool has a great view of the city and you can go there to unwind. My room was new with a new spacious bathroom and great shower.

It was a great place to stay, there was nothing I did not like

Buen hotel si pagas un precio medio

Ubicación excelente a 100m de Plaza Catalunya, y conexión con medios de transporte hacia todos los puntos turísticos. El hotel tiene una linda terraza con piscina y bar (no sé los precios).

Me asignaron una habitación sin remodelar, de las pocas que quedan en el hotel, la cual tenía un baño que era muy difícil de utilizar. Esto deberían avisarlo al momento de reservar. La respuesta del personal fue que la reserva decía Economic room, pero eso no significa nada si no te lo explican o muestran fotos, las cuales no están en la web (sólo las habitaciones nuevas). La habitación no estaba mal, tenía bastante espacio y la cama era cómoda, pero por el precio pagado no era lo esperado. Y el baño muy complicado de utilizar por el poco espacio disponible, aunque la ducha era buena.

Bad surprise

We ended up in the old area of the hotel, NOT in line with the pictures shown. Definitely too expensive for the old and worn furniture and bathroom

Valeu muito a pena a estadia porque estava muito bem localizada, então compensou tudo.

Excelente café da manhã, localização excelente a alguns metros da LA RAMBLA, proximo do metro e dos trens, rua super bem localizada no centro, descemos do cruzeiro no porto de barcelona e pegamos o onibus local que deixou proximo da La Rambla e fomos a pé até o hotel.

O Conforto do quarto é modesto, porque a cama é simples e o quarto no geral é simples.

Un hôtel bien situé avec un personnel aimable mais très mal insonorisé.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel, le rooftop avec une très belle vue, l’aimabilité du personnel.

Une douche qui fuyait, la literie trop ferme et deux nuits de suite avec des tapages nocturnes ( de 23h a 2h la seconde nuit) que nous avons signalés au veilleur de nuit mais Des groupes de jeunes dont le personnel encadrant auraient certainement dû privilégier le choix d’une auberge de jeunesse plutôt qu’un hôtel au vu du comportement irrespectueux des adolescents.

Glad it was a one night stay

The breakfast was good for meat eaters ,just enough for vegatraian . Very nice lobby and location

The room was very small ,barely enough to walk between the bed and chair/desk. The bathroom glass walls were not nice with 2 people. Great for 1 not nice for 2

Poor maintenance - furniture painting was off and chipped - noises and bangs - no sound proof - bathroom overused and water heater regulator not functional - over rated and would not pay a quarter of the money - no restaurant inside and no room service- zero amenities-

カタルーニャ広場や駅に近く、サグラダ・ファミリア、スペイン広場へも乗換無しで行ける。スタッフは、フレンドリーで早朝出発時のお弁当も快く対応してくれた。

迷路のような廊下の最後の部屋。自前旅行に必要不可欠なスマホ、wifi等の命綱、USBポートが不良で洗面所やドア脇のコンセントで連れと時間をずらし充電せざるを得ず、面倒だった。エアコンも、三菱電機製ではあるが操作表記が分かりづらく温度管理がしにくかった。トイレの水量不足かトイレットペーパーが一度で流れないことが多かった。ゴミ箱もトイレの汚物入れが一つあっただけで容量不足です、せめて室内にもう一つ欲しい。更に部屋の遮音性も悪く、隣のテレビや電気シェーバーの音や外の車の音も相当部屋内へ侵入していた。フロント、共用トイレ、食堂等は綺麗だったので、部屋の劣化が気になる、バルセロナ中心部でこの価格ならこんなものなのか？我々がハズレクジだったのか？

The location was good in that it was close to the gothic quarter and subway and train stations. check in and check out was hassle free ,rainfall shower was good

The room was quite small with not much room between the end of the bed and the wardrobe s, there was a good bit of black mold on ceiling in bathroom above the toilet which should be cleaned for health reasons at the very least , the provided tolietries seemed cheap and smelled synthetic so would not recommend using

the location was excellent and staff so friendly and helpful - also loved the pool and little bar on the roof - although we didn’t get time to use it.

The breakfast was €14 each which we felt was too expensive compared to what was available locally so only ate breakfast at the hotel once - but the breakfast area was spotless clean.

The location is perfect. The breakfast, as always, was great Plenty of choices, hot food topped up regularly.

Unfortunately the bar closes at 23.00, perhaps could stay open a little longer!As always, most enjoyable.

Location is very central and great if you’re looking for shopping, also close to the tourist areas and close to great food places

Construction going on during daytime (updating hotel) and there was this banging noise coming from our vent the first night but it stopped after that

Great Stay! good value for money!

The location is perfect! It’s near the metro, shops, restaurants and tourists spots. The staffs are great! They’re all very nice and accommodating! The room is clean and the bed can be reclined as well! 👍🏼 Overall great stay! Will definitely come back here again!
