I had no wash cloth to take a shower. Call front desk several times. Promised to deliver but never did. I end up bathing with a large hand towel which was so uncomfortable, otherwise the property was very nice didn’t like the neighborhood that was around it. When the roads are. Flooded it’s difficult for the taxi to get in the entrance

This is a very good hotel, with great location and facilities. The staff was really friendly, helpful and attentive. But there are 2 things I dislike, one is that I chose a room with ocean view but the windows were partially blocked with what it seems to be frosted paper. The second is parking. The hotel uses a mall parking located in the same building but doesn’t have an agreement with the parking company in order to benefit the guests. You will have a discounted parking rate, but every time you leave the parking, you’ll need to check out the parking booth, which is in a different floor from the parking area for the hotel.

Loved the view from my room and floor. Luis was awesome, he is the only person that spoke everytime he saw me. They only thing I didn't like, there wasn't a Fridge and Microwave in the rooms. Everything else was great!!

My husband and I had a great time in this beautiful hotel. The hotel was convenient for dining, shopping, walk and transportation. The staff was very friendly. I loved the soap and the moisturizer cream.

Our stay at the hotel was great. All the amenities were available to us. Hotel right across from Bocagrande public beach but the pool overlooking the beach was better. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Outside the hotel the streets & sidewalks were a little messy and under construction and as far as location, it’s at the end of the peninsula but still a great hotel as is. No complaints about my stay.

Place is amazing. Beach is 5 steps outside of bldg. Place is clean you smell the cleanliness as you walk in. Only thing i can complain about was the water temp. It did not matter what time of day i showered the hot water was luke warm. Never hot. The pool was luke warm as well. I would suggest a heated pool. Overall that was minor for us base on the service we received. Every single staff we encountered was nice

We had a great stay at the Intercontinental. The rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast buffet was great, and we really enjoyed the pool. However, the pool area was a bit small so I could see it getting crowded during peak season. The beach across from the hotel isn't the nicest and the main shopping/dining is in the walled city, but it is very easy and cheap to take an Uber into the walled city.

The entire stay was great, but the pool serivce was super slow. The attendants needed to be more on top of their service, the pool boys looked bored and did not really attend to the guests. The waiters were okay too and should have been more engaged.

First time in Cartagena Colombia - we enjoyed our family trip to the fullest. Big shout out to Victor our transportation person. Special thanks to Fabian & Cristian the bartenders at the pool area. We will definitely stay here again. Everyone was very polite and helpful.
