Not impressed that the hotel is not connected- had to walk in the rain to the fitness room, then back in the rain. No complimentary breakfast offered & the coffee bar had no amenities for a cup of coffee. No microwave or hooks for any of the towels in the rooms.

We loved our room location overlooking the water. Resort restaurants were amazing! Great food and drinks. Swimming pool was jam packed, in our opinion, too full. Convenient parking and location in town and on lake was great.

Rooms were very clean. Water park was wonderful. Restaurant was great. Very glad we booked a room there. Miss had a great time.

The property is overpriced for the amenities it has.

Lots of negative reviews about staff but I didn't have any issues.
It was strange to not have a chair or table of any sort in the room. Just bathroom, chest of drawers, sink and bed. It would have been nice to have a couple hooks in the bathroom to hang swimming gear.
The water in the little kids area was cold. The showers in the locker rooms were even colder. There was some garbage on the ground in the lazy river area, even first thing in the morning. But everything else about the waterpark and arcade was fine. We enjoyed ourselves.

Second time staying here with family. Overall not a bad stay. Room was somewhat clean (some trash left in bunk bed and a little mildew in bathroom on floor near tub). Staff overall was nice. Pool area was decent and maintained. Facilities overall seem to be kept up. Good for family with kids bc of pool area and game room.

I didn’t like the fact that we could not get a refund on our stay. We were due to check out on Thursday, but due to a levy breach and flooding, we needed to leave on Tuesday so we could make it home safely. Bridges Bay would not give us a refund, or not even a partial refund. Not cool at all-all due to flooding in the area

The hotel room hotel was so hot, air conditioner did not work, the hotel front end staff was rude with no responses.
I do not recommend.

I expected that for the high nightly room cost (with a 5pm check in/11am check out) that the room would be clean, the service would be good, staff would be accommodating, property in good condition -but unfortunately none of these were true.

Front desk person gave me keys and sent me to the 4th floor. My room number was 406 in a seperate building. Not familiar with location of rooms
We loaded all luggage ack in csr and drove to correct building.

What a beautiful view of the lake! Property was very comfortable! The restaurant co-located was excellent!

The outside of the property was nice but the rooms were nothing to speak about. Had no microwave or table of any kind in the room pretty modest

There was no cleaning service , the curtains were so thin the lights outside made it like daylight all night in our room. My husband sat on the hard wood chair and it broke. Walking in our room was like walking into a prison cell. We joked we had lock down every night . No notice that the water park facilities were closed down when we booked. We chose this place cause my grandson had something to do there all to find out everything was closed down. Would of been nice to know this before booking. All an all I give it 3 stars cause the restaurant was great with a great view

The A C was really close to the bed we just set a towel over the end by our heads and the cooling went on our feet. Very nice want to stay longer next time.

When I made the reservation through Hotels.com I requested a handicap accessible room. I did not get that. Why ask if you have special request if you are not going to give the special requests.

Don’t stay here, not worth the price. Below average rooms that don’t stay cold we woke up sweating, no complimentary breakfast, water park was closed(we only chose to stay here for the water park for our 2 year old), no lake/beach access and sketchy board walks, there is a tiny outdoor 4.5 foot pool that has no shade. Next year we will be staying at triggs bay right next door across the bridge. It looked sketchy online but it’s where we’ve spent most of our time due to literally everything being shut down at Bridges bay “RESORT”. Triggs has a beach entry, water toy rentals, little toys and plenty of shade and seating set out on the beach and everyone was really nice there. I’m not sure about the inside of Triggs but I’d take that over Bridges any day.

Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. Old and squeaky. I was disappointed in the small selection of food and drinks in the water park and the set up to check-in to the water park caused long delays. The food at the waterfront and bracco was good. Could use more staff to serve food and drinks.

two bedroom suite was very small with no living area or balcony, and only one chair to share amongst 5 travelers. no towel service even though we set out our dirty ones before 9am. no breakfast.
water park was amazing. fun arcade. excellent restaurants on site. walkable to anywhere in Okoboji.

We had an okay time. Some of the rides at the Waterpark were not working. Front desk staff at check in were not very informative. The areas around the elevators need some repair. The carpet is frayed.

Check in and out weren't great. Bill was not correct initially. Other than that pretty area!

Nice family facility. Slow check in & overpriced rooms.

This hotel was very run down. Our room smelled like mildew and the bathroom shower curtain had mold over it. There was zero housekeeping even though we were staying for 3 nights. We were not impressed and will not stay again.

I was quoted $$and charged me a third more. Then charged extra for armbands for the kids. Called and called nobody picks up the phone. The property has not been updated since it opened. I would never stay in this hotel again.
2.0 / 10.0
Terrible customer service, staff do not answer the phone, long lines for reception, long lines for the water park. No housekeeping, thin walls and noisy rooms.
6.0 / 10.0
Our bathroom was really dark, had to use the mirror outside the room to get ready. Walls were thin, there was a baby crying in the room next to us most of the night. Also, we had a double queen bed so 4 to a room and were only provided 2 wrist bands for the water park. We had to pay for the other 2 wristbands. Enjoyed eating at Braccos the most!
4.0 / 10.0
Beautiful location and quieter than we expected considering adjacent water park. Comfortable bed. Nice dinner on outdoor terrace.
Not so nice: long, long check in. Raggedly towels and no hangers. No recycling. Staff polite but pretty clueless about where to find amenities (laundry in our case).
Not a great value for the money (especially second night, which was $100 more), but not many other options in the area.

We had a wonderful stay here! Aside from being double charged a couple of times- the GM was able to refund those immediately, so it ended up still being a great place. The waterpark was great and clean. The Summerlake building was clean and very quiet- we were shocked with how quiet it was! The food at the restaurants on property was good, and the bartenders at the pool were great. The arcade was fun and clean as well. Cleanliness was something I noticed throughout the property. We would definitely stay here again!

Hotel was nice and cleanish was good.
6.0 / 10.0
Our reservation was for the main building on the property and when we arrived we were located in the summerlake building which was disappointing. I even called a few months ago to confirm which building our reservation was for. This is not the first time this has happened looking at booking other places in the future.
6.0 / 10.0
The room was amazing but for $800 for 2 nights kind of pricey for the suite. The walls were paper thin and we could hear our neighbors talking and kids running at 6:30 AM both mornings.
We didn’t get much sleep. Plus spending over $800 on our room it only came with 2 water park passes and we had to pay another $25 for 1 park pass.
4.0 / 10.0
Staff was great. We had a couple issues with our key card.
1.0 / 10.0
Our room had a king sized bed and that was about it. Smallest room we have ever had. Turns out it was an add on bedroom for the larger room next door with the connecting door. The first night the AC/Heat fan ran all night. The second night it did not work at all ... made for a very poor experience. We had no phone in the room so we could not connect with the front desk that was in another building.
