love everything except the mattress . I believe hotel could invest in better mattress because is such an important if not the most important part of our trip - I want to recover and wake up refreshed- staff was able to change us to a different room where the mattress was reasonably better; but everything else was perfect!

The property is neat, clean, safe, and in a convenient location to explore the wonderful lake walkway with all the shopping, dining, or just relaxing walking you would like. The staff is friendly and professional and the buffet breakfast of Minas Gerais specialties is wonderful.. We certainly hope to return soon, thank you! :) <3

Overall the stay was good, beautiful view of the lake, safe location. The free breakfast was very good with lots of variety. The property was clean, the stafff was corteous and polite. The hotel could use some updates. Floor bathroom tiles were stained, and the bathroom could benefit from a fresh coat of paint. The bed blaket had a big hole, however the bed was soft and comfortable. I recommend this property for its safe location,views, and amenities.

Nice room but with ants on bed frame. Amazing view but sound and smoke from restaurant. Great staff but confusion on our second day reservation and after calling us tried to come in the room at night (good thing I had the bolt on).

Hotel, seems to be working short on staff, they look overworked, just doing the necessary. I guess airlines crew is being more important to then. Good location. I had another guest with me and the gave my room at oposite side of the build.

Stayed here for a couple of nights for business. The hotel looks nice, but they do not do a good job cleaning or maintaining the rooms. There was hair from a previous occupant on my bed and on the floor. The air conditioner was quite smelly so probably needs to have its filters cleaned. The bed is hard, and there was mould in the shower. The facilities in the hotel are OK - the lake nearby has a great running track and park fitness equipment, the gym at the hotel is OK for a hotel gym. Breakfast is fairly good. A few of the staff at the front desk speak English, which is handy for business travellers. However, don't expect anyone in the restaurant to speak anything but Portuguese. It's better than other options in the area, but I wish it was cleaner.

Very nice stay at eSuites SPA Lagoa Santa recently. The hotel has a nice pool and very helpful staff. Also, the restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Breakfast is included and a lot to choose from. My second time staying here and I highly recommend it!

The hotel is about 15 minutes ride by car. It’s in front of Lake Santa, which has decent walking trail, surrounded by sections of restaurants and small bars where you can seat and drink a cold coconut juice fresh from the fruit.

The bathroom was dirty with plaster falling from the walls. Ants walking in and out of the bathroom window. Mold on shower door. Internet was unusable.

Mirrors and glass were dirty with writing in the bathroom and the ac was broken. I could’ve asked for a different room but they did let me check in early and I was tired from a full day of travel. The pizzas at the restaurant are awesome!

Clean and spacious rooms. Check in was a little delayed first time we stayed. The food was good, gym was nice and clean. Over the festive period the pool area was very busy and too many people reserving beds with their towels. Hotel needs more sun loungers.
