Very basic room with shared bathroom. No fridge or even cups in the room. They got a lot of nerve charging the price I paid for this tiny shed with a mattress.

This is not the first time I visit this hotel and I will always come back, exceptional service and rooms, I am always able to take my dog with me, and is close to the beach.

Nice hotel. Air conditioner is a must in the area. They also included a continental breakfast and pool. Was fairly close to the main city strip and close to the beach.

This was one of the oddest places we have ever stayed. You must watch a video before you check in They will not take your passport numbers from a photo in your phone You have to wear a paper wristband during your entire stay at the property The room was incredibly crowded due to the strange shape of the room The beach club to which you are supposed to have access (a big selling point in the video) actually charges you to use their facilities You get an email before you check in that it is not a sex hotel Your room key also has a card to run the AC so you cannot leave the AC on if you are out of the room Basically, their guests are treated as if they are teenagers who are not capable of making reasonable adult decisions. The experience was strange.

La ubicación queda lejos de la playa y del centro de Jaco. Sin embargo tiene acceso al club de playa y este se encuentra frente al mar. El Lugar es bonito y acogedor. Las habitaciones son pequeñas y el baño un poco incómodo. El precio está perfecto. Y el desayuno me gusto.

The most overpriced hotel for the quality and location I've ever stayed at. Everything was low quality with plastic furniture. The check-in procedure, well, let's call it "Covid overboard". Certainly obsessive. Everything about the checkin was over the top, including trying to put the customer through an instruction video. The town of Jaco is sort of the Las Vegas of Costa Rica, with all that it entails, and I found the lodge management overanxious and frankly intrusive. One night here was enough. On the plus side, parking was easy on the property and given the collegiate crowd present on the premises, you can see management keeps things under control, especially around the pool.

Good-sized room, nice touch with sink and cabinets. Wish there would be plates and cutleries, given the presence of a kitchenette. Very helpful staff. Be aware of potentially spoiled products during continental breakfast (I had 4 pieces of watermelon, all of which were getting bad). The setup of the hotel and the security around it was well-done. I would stay there again.

Perfect and adorable. Not far from the beach but set back away from the main roads. Staff was very friendly and stay on site. Gate is locked at night for security. They resuce cats which is awesome! The pool was beautiful and very clean. My only complaint was there was a rooster crowing next door all night (but that is not the lodge's fault).

The hotel was on a resort. When I returned home at about 1:30am, the gate was locked. I couldn't get in. I rang the doorbell and tried to make noise to no avail. I ended up having to risk scaling a wall, to get into my room ! What would a reasonable person do - sleep outside on the street? What if I got hurt scaling the wall, or attacked by a secuity dog? Oddly, in the morning my room was locked from the outside. (I had to use my keys to undo the 2 way lock. So if there was an emergency in my room - perhaps a power failure that would have prevented me from finding my key, it would have made a frustrating sliding door. I assumed Expedia vetted the hotels they list, but was wrong. I want a refund.

Everyone was so pleasant. The staff and the guests all very friendly. Only a few minutes from the beach. They provided room service daily and even a basic breakfast was included in the price. I will stay here again

Due to a flight delay, the manager of the place wasn't understanding when we arrived and didn't want to give our room that we already paid $ 550 for 7 days. After complaints to the hotel.com, we received a room and an apology from one of the owner with a better room. The breakfast is not worth it and the cleaning service is very slow. Also , the place is 15 minutes from the beach, instead of being in the center of Jaco. Ps: In Jaco everything is very expensive (Us dollar is recommended

We booked for 1 night, then rebooked for a second. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the region. The parking lot was small but under camera surveillance so gave a feeling of security. We enjoyed the pool and the quiet time it offered after the heat of the day. It seemed as if no question or request was too trivial for the staff to deal with efficiently and cheerfully. I would be delighted to stay here again.

It’s nice but the rooms smell like repellent. The place is silent. There were many cats around the food and that worried us, so we decided to eat outside the hotel

Walking up to our room we smell cat urine from all the stay cats on the property. We almost puked walking in the bathroom from raw sewage coming out of the shower drain. We tried to get our money back and their response was that they don't know english. Beware this is a total scam and a ripoff. Worst place we have ever seen!

This is a nice hotel, the rooms are independent cabins if you are obly staying for a night or two it's ok. If not you will not have enough space for luggage. The location is great because it is quiet and even though it's not beach front it is still not far away from everything you might need. One of the features I liked was the littlw fridge in the room where you can keep the drinks or fruit.

a quite place to stay but not easy to find out from the street. need to take a little time to find where it is. Suggest to put a hotel sign in the street corner so can easy to know where it is.
