Hotel was overall a good deal. However, needs some updating with a fresh coat of paint. Also someone has to look into the elevator bell. It is super loud and we can hear it in our room. Woke us multiple times during the night.

Hotel was great for quick stay,, clean comfortable rooms, bed.& bathrooms big ..easy parking.. limited on coffee and any food or snack area.

This hotel was conveniently located with easy access and free parking

Breakfast is not included and the market on the lobby was too small with very small selection of items. Walmart was nearby so we could grab things quickly there. Swimming pool is VERY small - smaller than shown in the picture. We stayed in a standard room with two queens. The room and bathroom was clean and in a good size.

The hotel staff is great. I love staying there!

It's not within walking distance to Charleston, but it has easy access to major highways. The hotel met the expected standards for a decent hotel. Be prepared to pay hotel prices for everything, such as soda for almost $5.

I loved the property. It was chic, clean and very comfortable. Bathroom was huge. The staff was very personable. I give this priority a 10. Good job!

While I enjoy staring at Hilton properties. I was disappointed that I killed a large roach after being in our room for only 10 minutes.

Very friendly staff

We were on the sixth floor, and the second day of our stay we were not able to shower in the morning due to a loss of water pressure. tried to call guest services and no answer. All other services seemed to be normal.

We enjoyed everything about our stay and we will be using double tree for our future trips!!!!!

The experience was excellent. The only downside was at 10.30 at night, there was soccer playing in hallway. The following night a young man thought it amusing to knock on doors and run away. It was same group of guys. I reported it to the front desk when we checked out, as she asked about our stay.She apologized and said they would talk to the guests., as there were others who mentioned it. The service and food at restaurant was very good. We will definitely return. The staff was outstanding.

Everything was perfect, except the air was broken in the hallways and elevator so it was very muggy in those areas .

The hotel lobby was attractive and the woman who checked us in was kind, but for the price we paid for our room, I was underwhelmed by our experience. The room was not very big. Our TV kept fuzzing out every few seconds. After pointing this out to the manager at the front desk we were eventually moved to another room. The second room we were moved into was nice enough, but the TV wasn’t connected to the input box. So we had no picture and no sound. It took my husband 15 minutes of pushing buttons on the TV (because it didnt have the proper remote control) to fix the issue. The bed was comfortable so we got a decent night sleep, but when I went to shower in the morning, I noticed the water pressure was kind of weak. Half way through my shower, the water completely stopped running. I ended up turning off the shower completely and after 20-30 seconds it started running again - but it was a little frustrating to say the least. Overall it was an ok experience but I don’t know if I would choose to stay there again.
