The Montenapoleone was in a great area near enough to The Duomo and shopping ton easily walk in 10 to 15 mins but not so close that you feel trapped in the tourist congestion. The staff wad friendy and spoke English well and the suite was huge and well appointed. Truly the largest accomdation I've experienced in Europe. The only hiccup was a day long wifi outtage, which was an inconvenience but when in Milan i would definitely stay again.

The hotel is beautiful and i really loved the concept or it. The rooms were roomy and the overall facility was clean and nicelydecorated. Staff was attentive and always willing to answer questions. I would stay again.

The service is top notch. Front desk staffs greeted me every time I walked in and out the hotel. They even emailed me and in advance to ask either I want sofa bed made. I booked business room. The room is very big for the price. I walked up to duomo several time per day. It was an easy walk and surrounded with many restaurants. I love my stay here.

This is our favourite hotel to stay in Milan because the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. At the moment some of them could use a bit of renovation here and there but altogether the place is great also because it is so central that you can walk almost anywhere, or grab a City bike or a taxi. We ahve been coming back again and again!

The room was incredibly large compared to any standard room we have stayed in and definitely by most European standards. Very modern and clean. Loved the complementary water and Nespresso coffee maker! Also steps from all kinds of shopping and the duomo. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone!

The service from the moment we arrived until we left was beyond superb! Isabella and the other front desk step went above and beyond to make you comfortable including walking you to your room and showing you how to open door and showing you amenities. If I could rate this hotel with more than 5 stars I would definitely do so!

The location of the property is amazing, very conveniently located near metro and shopping and dining options. Cleanliness was almost great, except for an open bottle of sparking wine in the mini fridge. Facilities were not great as far as air conditioning and sound/noise. They said there was a national directive that they couldn’t turn air conditioning on until after May though untrue for other hotels we stayed at on our trip. The HVAC only had a heat option but no fan, so we had to open the windows for air circulation, but when windows opened it was very noisy outside.

Staff were really nice and helpful but the bathroom in our room had a really bad smell and I gave the complaint to staff but they didn’t change the room nor fix the bad smell in the toilet.

Great service starting from check-in, all staff were very fluent in English and all very friendly. The parking was quite nearby (200m walking) and priced very reasonably for that area in Milan. The area was actually less busy because it wan't next to the shopping malls, hoever, it was only a 600m walk to Monte Napoleone and other busy shopping areas, very convenient. Would definitely stay here again if was to visit this area in Milan, only downside perhaps is that during lunch time, lots of people from surrounding offices will come out for lunch so all small restaurants and sandwich shops are quite busy around noon time.
