The hotel had a lot of broken floor tiles, carpet was dirty, and with holes. Room items didn’t work properly, like phone, iron, shades, door knobs. This hotel was terrible

The property is close to the airport and so is a convenient place to stay when traveling. Our room was small and in need of some repairs. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Overall, the property is adequate for an overnight stay during a layover in Torreón.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. They have free shuttle service, but the room was not in its best condition. The curtain has a big stain, the air condition is huge ground unit that is dusty and makes a lot of noice. It was hard to get a good night sleep. The bed sheet also had black stain.

The room was falling apart but the service was good and it was failry clean. Shower head was broken, shower didnt drain properly, toilet had issues flusinhg, the faucet in the bathromm was so loosly attached to the sink it was hard to tun on and off, light switches painted over, and cauking around shower needs to be replaced.

It's a nice hotel. The staff are very amicable. They provided a nice Happy Hour snacks and drinks. There is no walkable restaurant in this location. The breakfast was also quite good with hot and cold offerings.

The hotel is difficult to find and there are few if any restaurants nearby. The hotel is new and was very comfortable. The room was on the small side but the bathroom was large. Very few channels on the tv but that's a minor point. Wifi worked well. We went to the restaurant for dinner since we had not eaten all day. We were ignored with no staff available. When somelone did come by they reluctantly gave us one menu for 2 people. We ordered two beers but the waiter put ice in the glass and poured the beer in it. We drank it but when my husbanc asked for a second beer he was told there were no more of the kind he wanted. After choosing something else the beer came and he stopped the waiter from putting ice in it. the beer was warm. No one came to give us a bill. So we left. My food was horrendous--a hamburger and fried smothered in ketchup which I sent back. My husband's club sandwich was sterrible. We refused to oay the bill and the hotel allowed it.
