Overall our stay was good, beds were very comfortable, great location however, the outside of the property could use some TLC. The grass was not cut until the second day. We were hoping to be able to use the fire pit and we decided not to due to the length of the grass

Location! You've got it with this property! So convenient to all the downtown digs-stores, services, coffee, restaurants, beer, wine and spirits! If you are staying during Octoberfest weekends you will hear the bands play! Be prepared. Also, bring your "eye mask"-very "lit" area at night. Great linens and towels-so soft! Make sure you ask for more towels and washcloths than provided if you are staying more than one night-we reused-not a big deal but if you want a fresh towel and washcloth for each shower/face washing, ask!. Meghan was VERY kind and responsive. No paper towels or facial tissue-bring your own. Outside house facade and landscaping need a cosmetic facelift and stairs and railing to property need some attention, but the overall stay was very good and priced fairly.

This homebworked perfectly for us. The only issue was the mirrors in bathroom and front bedroom were hung so high I could not see myself in either one. Luckily I could use the one in the back bedroom.

My long time friend and I were interested in a cozy comfortable place where we could relax, read and grab to our hearts' content. We also needed a place close to good food within walking distance, this house fit the bill! Very nice and the owner was responsive to our needs.

Great little house! Clean and well supplied. Waking distance to restaurants, shops and trolley stops. It was chilly the first evening so when we returned to house after dinner, we enjoyed the little electric fireplace as we watched a movie on the nice sized smart TV.
