This place was very nice! Service was exceptional. The restaurant had a great menu.

Good price , clean and employees responsive to our needs. Kitchen had just bare minimum would have liked a few more kitchen items. The pool is nice but not what I would consider a pool more like a small water feature.

Nice staff

They said the air conditioning had to stay at a certain level during a heatwave so that was the only thing I didn’t like. The area is not super close to marina but doable in better weather conditions

Our favorite place to stay in Los Cabos. You will not regret it!

The room was very nice and modern with all amenities. Easy check in and friendly staff. 15 min walk to all attractions and marina. The restaurant attached to hotel is very nice and the food is really good!! Possibly the best burger I ever had. I would definitely recomend and stay again. Thank you

Well maintained boutique hotel. Great value for solo travelers. The attached restaurant has fresh salads and you can eat overlooking the pool. $3 Uber to tourist attractions or the Marina, shops. Beach umbrellas, bags and towels available to borrow for the day. Comfortable bed - bring earplugs as street noise is audible. Staff are very hospitable!

Nice hotel, very well maintained, nice and courteous staff. The adjacent restaurant is the best in the area, the food is delicious. Close proximity to the marina; the area is safe, you can walk or take an Uber. Definitely we will stay here again!

This property is not flashy but it has what you need. There is a very good restaurant that is attached to it and as a hotel guest you get a discount on your meals. The one thing I wish they would do is add curtains that block out the sun in the morning. The sunlight shinning through the curtains won’t let you sleep in if you like to sleep in. The staff is very helpful and you can borrow a beach umbrella and beach towel from them as well, which for me came in very handy. This way you don’t have to rent one every time you go to the beach.
I will be coming back to this hotel.

I absolutely loved this place. For the price it’s incredibly great! It went above my expectations. It’s downtown and walkable to many areas. The restaurant at the hotel was my favorite thing. My boyfriend loved this place and we will back next time.

We had a great experience at the Cabo Vista for our first two nights in Baja. The hotel is located in town and only ten minutes stroll from downtown, although there are lots of places to eat closer than town. We felt very safe here and walking home, even late at night.
The staff couldn’t have been more professional, the rooms have absolutely everything you need, the beds are very comfortable, and the room was clean, unfortunately the floor could’ve been better, we got dirty feet walking on it.
There is a lot of parking at the rear, on street, and if available a locked personal space with a roller remote control. The road outside can get very busy and the spaces with the roller doors are tight, so you might not want to use one as I had to reverse in and stop the traffic.
San Lucero Restaurant is located in the hotel, I have honestly never had a better breakfast, this place is amazing! The chef Alex and the rest of the staff were so attentive and professional, the food and choice is mouthwatering, and the restaurant itself is beautifully designed. Alex wanted to cook dinner for us but we didn’t have the time unfortunately. The in house bakery cookies are to die for! They make all their own breads and pastries.

I little bit far from the heart of the city

Amazing communication, beautiful room, & close to everything. Has a restaurant right next to the hotel which is delicious and I highly recommend!

The actual property was nice, the owner I'm told is from the US.and is about 10 yrs old. & The restaurant is 2 years old.
The grounds are very well cared for, & they are I think trying to make this a boutique hotel/ motel ( 3 stories) and about 20 rooms.
The workers are young, kind ,and seem to like their jobs. The pool is not large but nice & clean &warm with lovely sapphire blue tile covering the entire surface, sides & bottom . The rooms are very comfy, & has great detail with ALL handmade built in furniture from the desk. Bar, entire kitchen , bedframe, and bedside tables, and entire bathroom! It also has a nice balcony & views.
My only complaint was the location!- a loud, busy. narrow two lane street backs up to the property & is a major thoroughfare for the city. It's not easy driving, and walking is 15 minutes to the marina, through poor homes & shops& The price can't be beat, so give and take. (FYI Also the price of all food / beverages in the area are much higher then US 4$ roadside tacos!?). Lastly the restaurant is not too pricey, but not cheap , & has daily baked goods fyi fresh but too little sugar and taste except for choc. Chip cookies which were exceptional.

The staff was welcoming. The rooms were adorable and had everything we needed. There were courtesy chocolate chip cookies and bottled water. The price was very fair.

The Cabo Vista Hotel was a great value for the money. The staff were friendly and professional, the room was very clean and it was comfortable, and the food and drinks at the restaurant were very good. We had breakfast there every morning. There are also several restaurants and coffee shops within a few blocks of the hotel, and the marina is an easy 10-15 minute walk.
You do hear street noise in your room, which isn't something the hotel can control. However, you probably want to bring earplugs and/or use white noise at night. Also, while we enjoyed the quieter adults-only atmosphere of the hotel, there were kids splashing and yelling in the pool area. That is normal for kids, of course, but be aware that the pool is not adults-only.
Overall, we had a great stay and would certainly return!

This was our third time staying at the property and the atmosphere was relaxed, comfy and cozy as always with the attached restaurant offering outstanding food at reasonable prices with discounts for hotel guests. Clearly a luxury feel at a great value. We will be back again next year in Feb/March for the whale season.
