Stayed here two days. The location is easy to find, at the top of the mountain, above Ioulis. The suites we rented were well set up and totally clean. The check in was quick and easy. The staff was welcoming and friendly. There was a welcome bottle of wine in the room. The rooms were spacious and air conditioned. The linens were clean as ws the bathroom. The suites are quiet too. Food on site is great. There is nice pool too. Fo example of the service we ordered a Mojito, and the first thing the bar tender did was go to the herb garden and pick fresh mint. We had a great stay.

I had never heard of Kea until this summer, but what a lovely surprise it was to discover its authentic village and rustic hills. This hotel was another beautiful surprise. Located on the the top of the village overlooking the beautiful island and with a great point of view for the sunset, Kea Village gifted us with a room (Junior suite) that seemed brand new. Lovely staff and friendly cats made the stay extra special. The food at the restaurant was great too, Id say its a sophisticated and creative version of the restaurants below the hotel. My only suggestion in regards to the room is for blackout curtains to be provided for the bedroom as it gets bright very early and its difficult to sleep without an eye mask.If youre booking, request to stay at the main building where the restaurant is, as the villas and other rooms stay a few minutes away.

Kea village is a very nice hotel above the city of Ioulida with amazing views and nice rooms. We booked the honeymoon suite which is very comfortable, with a separate seating area, a mini kitchen and two balconies with panoramic sea views. The suite was very clean and well kept, and everything appeared new. The breakfast was very rich and tasty with local delicacies, in a very nice space. But probably the best thing is the staff, everyone was very polite and helpful, and they were the best people to make our vacations relaxing and enjoyable. Finally, the Wi-Fi is very fast and reliable so if you also need to do some work it's very easy.
The only complaint is that the room was above the restaurant which is very popular with the locals and stays open until late, and on Saturday night it was very noisy. When I complained the restaurant staff acted very quickly to lower the music, but generally if you can avoid the rooms above the restaurant. Some other minor details that can be improved is that the curtains are very thin and cannot stop the light from coming in the morning if you want to wake up a bit late, there are no bug screens which are necessary in the summer in Greece because it gets hot and there are many bugs and mosquitoes, and the kitchen (while very well-equipped) doesn't have a micro-wave.

Beautiful place and location with very helpful staff. But you definitely need a car to get anywhere and there are many steps. Pool and pool area are very small.

I was a little confused at first, because I don't think there is a reception area for the hotel. So I called to find someone to come and help me check in. The only downside to this was it was hard to get orientated at first because I couldn't speak Greek well enough to ask the staff with my key any questions. But once I learned that the staff at the hotel restaurant were the ones who could help me, my stay went like clockwork. They helped me rent a car (a must if you come to Kéa), fed me delicious breakfast and dinner. The hotel room (junior suite) was huge compared to other hotels, and the outlook was phenomenal. I didn't even swim in the pool because there are so many amazing beaches that I drove to each day. Absolutely wonderful and helpful staff at the restaurant and I cannot thank them enough for making my stay a brilliant one.
