Lovely and clean, and central to everything. Walking distance to the grocery shop, and Murchison river. Sadly, other people staying in the complex were very noisy and disrespectful during our stay.

Staff were very friendly and excellent communicators. Unit was very clean and comfortable and mostly well appointed. Suggest providing a cutting board. WiFi was poor and restricted to 30 mins in our unit, so forget doing any work requiring cloud access.

Customer service was excellent. Property is on the older side however lots of room and has everything you could possibly need. Only negative is having to reverse out of the parking bay but not a problem is you are confident at reversing!

Simple and as the photos reflect! Balcony faces the beach and ocean, location is central and walking distance to dining and groceries! Rooms are simple. Though slightly old cleanliness is acceptable! Beds are very soft too if that's a concern for you. The living and dining area is very spacious! Toilet doesn't come with shampoo soap toothbrush etc, but there's a hairdryer! Staff are really pleasant and kind, gave great recommendations! Check out the visitors centre before 5pm to plan how to explore Kalbarri!!

We booked the 2 bedroom unit which had a Queen in one room and 3 singles in the other. The unit was very spacious. Full kitchen so would be great for a family holiday. Would definitely stay again if I were to holiday in Kalbarri again

Arrogant staff and not service minded at all. They tried to charge us extra money for cleaning during check out, they pointed that towels where on the floor during check out and according to them that was not reasonable condition to leave the room. I explained that this is common practice during check out to help cleaning staff to easily identify dirty towels. However they were arguing arrogantly and tried to charge us additional 100AUD. Totally unacceptable! Unprofessional behavior from owners/staff. I will never be back to this place. The only reason we decided to stay at this place where due to the reason that everywhere else were fully booked. Our first trip to Kalbarri but will never be back to this place! We also asked for baby cot during check in, they provided us with one and charged us about 29AUD extra per night which I was completely fine to pay. I am used to pay all additional charges during check out, however they were chasing us almost every day to go to reception and pay the additional. Being on holiday I didn’t want to spend time at reception and I was expecting to pay the amount during check out. In the morning of check out I noticed that the Owner blocked the exit way by his own car to avoid scape ways, so rude! The hotel has already the credit card details of its guest s so this type of behavior is just unacceptable and unprofessional. I’m Master Mariner from Sweden and traveled all over the world, never experienced such rude staff and bad quality service

Owner/Manger/ Desk Clerk... Was a top bloke! Gave a great overview of the town and awsome tips for dinner. Given the current situation in the town, encouraged us to head to the pub early for drinks so as to secure dinner easily! 10/10 worked a treat👌

The enjoyment we had from our stay in Kalbarri was due in no small maesure to the pleasure we had from staying at Kalbarri Seafront Villas. Though a day early for our booking we were welcomed by Jamie and helped to change our accommodation to something more suited to our needs. The property is attractive, clean, well maintained and managed and our accommodation was comfortable and well equipped with a seaview and balcony furniture. Overall it was the friendliness and helpfulness of Jamie and his staff that made our stay so very enjoyable. We would happily return next time we are in the area. Thank you for a great stay
