My only gripe was that I was told I needed to confirm the booking with the site 72 hrs before arriving. This appears incorrect, the person I spoke to on the phone seemed to nothing about this ‘rule’.

The property was clean but limited communication with staff. I had to call about wifi code and 3 of us were staying there but i was the oy one who was able to access wifi. There was a terrible feacal smell in the second bedroom too.

Apt was a good size and comfortable. There was tea, coffee and sugar containers in apt, but only sugar in one, plus there was no bottle opener although all other kitchen utensils avaiable. WIFI was free, but not available in apt, had to sit outside reception. We stayed on a monday, so eating out was limited to 2 hotels, and resort did not provide bbq faclities that others we had stayed at.

These apartments are not fancy, but clean and comfortable. The apartment was amazingly quiet and we all slept so well! It was great to have kitchen and laundry facilities on our family holiday. We had some issues with the internet but the manager Fred was incredibly kind and helpful, assisting us to sort this out. Thanks so much Fred we are so grateful!

The apartment that we stayed in needed a thorough clean as there were still items under beds etc, PowerPoint in bathroom was faulty, kitchen was old. Short walk to town, good for overnight stop

Great little apartments. I stayed here with my family of four and for the price we paid it’s definitely worth every penny. Loved the fact there was a kitchen and also a washing machine in our bathroom, nice couch to sit on and relax after a long days drive. Will be staying here again on our next travels

Nice, neat and clean. Unit was ready for us with air con running. We saved some $ by getting groceries from supermarket and making our own dinner and breakfast. If you need somewhere to stop in Carnarvon you’ll be happy here.

Cheap, well equipped, well positioned and perfectly fine for a short stay in Carnarvon. Carnarvon itself leaves a bit to be desired but ok for a night.

Let me say at the outset that there's nothing "wrong" with the apartment. It is a clean 2 BR apartment, and it's in reasonably good repair. It has all the things mentioned in the listing, which is also accurate as to photos. But it lacks spirit. Bare walls. Scanty, thin utilitarian "carpet" floor covering in the living room. No internet. And the ominious (and misspelled!) printed sign over the sink warning of a $50 charge if any dishes aren't washed, dried, and put away. It wasn't exactly comforting to know that it was the last guest who did the dishes. I don't know, maybe they're better at it than housekeeping in a US hotel (not a high bar, for sure!). I guess I was just a little taken aback by the spartan nature of the experience. In spite of all that, I recommend the place if you need to be in Carnarvon. It's clean and quiet, and I felt safe. Communication with the office was good, and they have a great system for you to get the key after hours. Oh, one last thing. If, like me, you don't like chemical fragrances, remember to ask them to unplug the electical plug-in chemical fragrance device. It took 3 hours to get that smell out of the living room, with all the windows open.
