I enjoyed hiw small and quaint it was but the beds were kind of tough ans the walls are super thin. I DEFINITELY heard someone having sex next door.
A bigger tv would be a good step but aside from that, it was just what i needed.

Is a nice place to stay
3.2
Smelled of cigarettes and was a bit grubby overall. High pitched whine went off outside my room at 5 in the morning for about 3 hours. No body at reception to deal with it.
3.2
Worst place possible to stay. There was a dirty underwear once we arrive on top of heater.. the springs on the bed where popping out, we had to sleep on the floor. No one at lobby to talk with beside when we checked in. Noise use horrible from inside and outside the building.
3.2
The room was okay for what I needed it for - an overnight stay. 24hour swipe card access. Other guests could be noisy. Was generally clean and presentable.
3.2
The location is great but the management needs to repair the place most importantly electricity plugs and switches
3.2
Very ugly building but with a clean bathroom and confortable bed. Good location with supermarkets and public transportation. Go with the rights expectations.
3.2
Poor communication with security. Make the entrance door easily accessible for those who already have keys to their rooms.
3.2
Not the cleanest and is very tired. Holes in the furniture and duct tape holding the bed base together. However for the price we paid, it was good enough to rest our heads and you had a full size fridge and other amenities that were appreciated.

Couldn’t get in the apartment room door, and couldn’t get out of the bathroom door. The room is very basic and you get what you pay for. Unfortunately for myself it stunk of smoke which is unpleasant for myself personally. The doorbell to the apartment building can be heard throughout and this can be heard in the rooms at 1am/ 4am/ 7am when people are trying to get in. Good for location as it’s minutes from the station and convenience shops. Good for a cheap, last minute deal if you’re just booking a room to sleep only.

This was the worst Hotel I have ever stayed in. Customer service in non existent there. The whole place has a weird smell about it and the room was dirty. Mould was growing on the wall near the window and painting pealing off. Stains are everywhere and under the wardrobe was a self made rat /mouse catcher with droppings and poison on the floor near it ( good job I didn’t have children with me ) there was a kettle and dirty cups but no coffee or tea or even sugar or milk. All BnB and hotels provide this simple facility but not here.
The walls are paper thin and you can hear the staff in their office constantly and also other guests. The door bell can be heard throughout the building and had rang twice after midnight. The shower was very loose and had to hold it up with my other hand but this just needed the screw tightening. Very simple to do and also the toilet seat kept sliding off but again just needs tightening with a screw driver but again these 2 simple jobs should be easily taken care of if any off the staff took an interest in their guests or hotel.
I didn’t feel comfortable or safe there and the place is just screaming for some TLC. Come on owners of this place - YOU NEED TO DESPERATELY UPDATE YOUR HOTEL. everything looks tired and is warn very badly. Would I recommend this place to others? Never

This is one of the worst property in London no wonder why it’s located in Peckham I will never recommend anyone staying there, please they don’t do refund which is worst. Not clean staff are rude and unfriendly typical black people this is coming from a black person my self I’m all for black own company but this one I won’t support never. Again

There’s a fridge, micro and kettle available to use. There is parking available on the street nearby. Negative- the fan in the bathroom is clogged up with dust and dirt, you would find in a vacuum cleaner! Disgusting to look at! Bedside lighting would be nice. General the place looks run down and more pride could be taken of general cleanliness
3.2
Kitchen faucet leaked. Impossible to shut window. Face basin dribbled water making it impossible to use. Toilet seat loose. Notified management with no response. Outside noise was horrible several nights.
3.2
Poor accommodation. Very much like poor student digs. Walls are paper thin so a very noisy stay. Bed held together with gaffer tape.
3.2
Lovely accommodation in a great location
3.2
The customer service was good and with a warm welcoming. And the building is so clean
3.2
Not so good experience the rooms to echo you can literally hear everything and everyone talking
3.2
I have had to shield where I am.
I'm experiencing financial hardship and can't afford to pay from the money I have.
There's been no compassion for my situation and unwilling to wait for payment. No cleaning provided. No facilities to wash clothes or cook food. Only a microwave. No breakfast included.
3.2
This hotel was comfortable and clean the guy in reception couldn’t have been more helpful it was in the area we needed to be would stay again
3.2
Not as per my expectations... Light in room was so fim and no other light was available... Weird smell in rooms and washroom... Proper ventilation was not there in washroom... A room spray was given to spray all the time.... Condition of room and washroom wasn't good.... Rest stay was fine... Location is at walking distance from bus stop and overground... For the price i paid it was not worth....

The room was a decent size and clean but in poor condition. The shower door did not close properly and the shower head broke when my partner used the shower as it was really rigid. I went to draw the curtain and the whole curtain fell on top of me as the rod was not securly fiitted in because there are loose screws on the rod holder. My partner left his shirt on the bed and the next day it went missing, maybe the cleaner mistakly took it with the bed sheets not too sure. You can also hear everything that goes on outside like if someone is walking past and there was an argument somewhere that was very loud and woke us up. The room comes with a sink, fridge freezer and microwave which is really useful especially if staying for more than one day.
3.2
Room was depressingly grubby and worn. Outlook was grim. Receptionist on arrival was quite helpful but there was no one to speak to on checkout which was frustrating as I wanted to query apparent scanning of ID doc on check in. Hotel was not as close to Peckham Rye Station as the information provided indicated. Sainsbury’s was nearby.
3.2
For £80 a night I would expect the room to be much cleaner, and for the decor not to be so desperately old. Peeling paint, stained bathroom, drawers that needed cleaning of some sort of liquid, hairs on bathroom floor. If it wasn't a business trip, and if I was staying for more than a total of 8 hours I would have said something in person. Utterly gutted that I spent so much on an unclean room. Other guests were shouting into the night. Will not be back. Only redeeming quality was that the evening concierge was really nice.
3.2
Had everything we needed and it was clean. It’s a bit out dated but that didn’t other us. The room was quite warm but bearable, if it was peak summer temperatures it would probably need some air con or a fan. Staff were friendly. All in all we enjoyed our visit.
3.2
We have stayed there twice before. Was OK for what you paid for room, but we weren't prepared for the bin rustling in the night the first time. Which we reported. Last night actually saw a mouse running around. So need to get pest control in rather than give customer sticky pads to catch them! Will pay extra next time and stay at Peckham rooms or lodge which are much nicer!
3.2
good wifi, room serviced daily plenty of towels easy book in,
3.2
It was close to where I needed to work but it was dirty, the room smoked of cigarettes, the first night the neighbours were so loud (and walls so thin) that I did not sleep at all and had to work the next day. Also as a single woman travelling I did not feel particularly safe either in the hotel or in the neighbourhood
3.2
The property is very near the local train station into London, room was quiet and warm. There is no lift for anyone who may need assistance. Local bakery is spot on for breakfast.
3.2
It was a good place. You pay what you get for really. The pillows weren’t that comfortable. The room got cold quickly. Not enough to watch. Good equipment to use. The bed was comfortable enough. Easy to get to
3.2
Amazing stay. Spacious room and good staffs
3.2
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The fridge in the room could have been much smaller. Noise level at night when trying to get to sleep due to humming noise from the fridge. This normally mean the fridge is on the way out. The power went off the first day I arrived. No reason given.
I don’t think this was anything to do with the staff. More investment required. Decorating is starting to get tired. Maybe be the establishment is due to be decorating or refurbished any time soon. I have no problems staying at the same venue, but changing the fridge is a priority. I can’t recall the star Rating, but some tea bags in the the room, milk and sugar would have been nice. These are the things that people remember. But it must be company policy not to support. I found a shop the next day.
3.2
Could have used air co ditioninf, but otherwise lovely
3.2
Although there was all the equipment to make tea and coffee, we would like to have been warned we would need to supply our own. The room was very hot no way of cooling. Also we could here water tanks all through the night, so only had snatches of sleep.
Would like to say the one member of staff we met on reception was very friendly and nice.
3.2
The room was cold and not clean. Painting coming of the walls. We did get moved but it was the same condition No tea and coffee in room we asked reception and was told they don’t have any facilities for this. Considering I paid £79 for this room Absolutely terrible
3.2
Hotel is in a noisy location and with paper thin walls, you can hear other guests conversations. The heating was on full blast so the windows had to stay open. Meaning we also had to hear everything outside. No tea or coffee in the room - bring all your own food and drink. The receptionist was also very rude. I wouldn't really recommend or stay again!
3.2
Staff are friendly. Room was large enough. The bathroom in my room had a mirror directly above the hand basin which was too low to be of any use. There was a space heater but no air-conditioning.

Solo female requiring bed for 1 night following party in New Cross.
The Grove Apartments are within walking distance of public transport, bus,& overground.
Friendly greeting by gentleman at reception on arrival.
Hotel lobby and room were clean. Room facilities included double bed, kitchenette with fridge & microwave, ensuite with shower and comfy chair.
Felt safe key given for front door, and card key for room itself.
Would definitely consider staying here again.
