Great location for cinque terra hiking as right above train station. Train noise was a nonissue as it was very quiet for sleeping. Highly recommend!!!!

Excellent. Extremely helpful and friendly. Room was lovely and in perfect location. We struggled to find and called reception for details. They couldn’t do enough and sent pictures to help and even called to see if we were ok. They went above and beyond. Highly recommend and will be back.

Taking luggage up 2 flights of stairs, they probably should have mention there’s no lift while booking accommodation. Hot water stopped working 1st morning, and cleaner very noisy gathering her supplies at 6:30am, they should maybe move cleaners supplies to another location at property

This place was immaculate. Not to mention quiet and safe, even though its very close to the train station. Its very important to follow directions given in email to find hotel. We didn't read it and ended up passing right by it and walking more than we had to. It is literally right as you walk out of the train station, so definitely pay attention to the directions given in email. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay.

Very clean and comfortable accommodation, right beside train station and not far from the ferry and town center. Staff not always available, and be prepared to climb two sets of stairs to get to the accommodation. Communication via email is actioned quickly by staff.

Convenient and Comfortable stay in a family room.
Bathroom compact and Shower Door needs attention to open smoothly.

Host was very welcoming!

While the room was located above the train station, it was very quite. The room was spatious for 2 adults and 3 teens. There was a large TV, it was clean. The location was perfect to discover Cinque Terre. The breakfast was provided in a bar a few meters from the station and was simple but very good. We were given lockers for our luggage to spend the day in Cinque Terre. The parking at the station was 35 eur for 21 hours.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The owner /person who greeted us was friendly, helpful and attentive. He gave us lots of local tips. It was a great location for exploring the Cinque Terra with about a one minute walk to the station. The beds were very comfortable with coffee/tea maker in the room. Highly recommend!

This accommodation was an excellent location for quickly and conveniently exploring the Cinque Terre as the rooms are directly above or apart of the train station. I initially thought they were across the street from the station (I may have misunderstood the information in when I booked). The first night was surprisingly quiet given the trains are right there. I loved that our room was so close after a long and hot day at the Cinque Terre. Unfortunately, my rating reflects the terrible experience we had with a group of young adults or teenagers making a ton of noise in the hallway at 12:30 am when we needed to be up the next morning at 5:30 to get ready for a 6:30 train departure.

Great location. Spacious apartment. Wonderful host

Great staff , very clean and next to the train station , close to shopping and restaurants. They give you storage for luggage after you check in . There are a lot of stairs to get to the reception from the street.

Room was beautifully decorated and spacious, staff friendly and so conveniently located right next to train station yet so quiet. Highly recommend it.

Old building. Very small rooms. Rough neighborhood, especially at night.

Clean property. A bit noisy due to location being in the train station but was expected. The only minus are the stairs. Keep in mind that the place does not have an elevator so if you have big luggage’s, be prepared for a workout.

Stopped here for a night to visit Cinque Terre. Staff were happy to answer plenty of questions, give recommendations and helpful tips about CT and also La Spezia and the surrounding area. Place is conveniently a stone’s throw from the train station, too. Would recommend!

Amazing stay ! The location was only a 2 minute walk to the train station . Close to a lot of dining options

Location please near train. Station ideal for cinque Terre ideal trips.

Kitchen was a bit dated but we didn’t use it so it was fine. Location good - near all top attractions. A bit far from train station and airport - approx 40 min by taxi. Lots of shopping and food choices.

Do not come here if you have big luggages - there is no elevator available so you have to climb up the stairs with your luggages. The walls were not sound proof so we could hear our neighbours talking at night.

Great location, very clean and friendly staff. Love it.

Located right above the la Spezia train station, convenient place to stay outside of Cinque Terra. Clean rooms, and safe area. Breakfast each morning was included and it was served at a small cafe just across from the hotel. I would stay here again.

We chose this hotel in La Spezia to be close to the train that we were planning to use for commute to Cinque Terre.
We ended up falling in love with this lovely cozy town: it felt like home.
The room was spacious, so was the bathroom. The parking was paid, but the hotel took care of the arrangements. Breakfast was at the cafe, 2 spots, nearby: we liked better the one on a round about.

It was not easy to find the place and no elevator.

Loved that it was right by the train station and the staff was very friendly and helpful! On the flop side, the beds were pretty hard and we could feel the springs (even my daughter who weighs under 100 lbs). We didn't hear trains but the sound of other customers carries very well.

This hotel is very convenient as it is attached to the train station in La Spezia. It was clean and quite spacious for our family of 4. We were pleasantly surprised that we also have coupons for a small breakfast at a cafe across the street. The only downside was that it was a little noisy (as it is at the train station) and when we were there the lock on the outside door broke so it was tricky to get in at one point.
Thanks for a great stay.

Right next to the station. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Check in was super easy, staff were very nice too. Easy to communicate with as well!

The location and staff were great! Easy access to trains and town. We felt safe and it was surprisingly quiet. The staff was lovely. The room was clean, elegant,
and comfortable. The stored our bags after check out but before our train came. So wonderful!

Muy bien
Excellent for visiting 5Terre and very close to train

Great little place to stay! Perfect location for hopping on the train to Cinque Terre, but staying in a less expensive area.
3.0
The hotel has limited good qualities - it is clean and right beside train station so it is easy to get to if coming by train. We came by car and parking lot is about a 200 m walk away and costs 15 euros per night
The trains are noisy up until about 9.30pm
Breakfast is supposedly included but a voucher is given for a local cafe and only includes 1 croissant and a coffee.
Have to walk up about 3 flights of stairs to get to rooms
5.0
Good communication and very friendly staffs and service. 1 minute from the railway station and surprisingly quiet.
