Having stayed in Las Casitas for hundreds of weeks since 1987 we know what to expect. We know that check in states 4pm but most visitors are in there villa long before that time. Our villa was cleaned by 11.30. We know this as we were on site at 10.00am. From the bar area we could see the cleaner in there. But the vindictive manager chose to send 2 cleaners at 15.05 to spend no more than 2 minutes sweeping up outside. When asking if our villa was ready at 15.25 we were told it needs checking. At 15.45 we were told our villa was ready. I said no it wasn’t as it still hadn’t been checked. But after picking up our bags and walking no more than 50m the lady checking the villa appeared. I won’t go into why we were victimised as I will be reporting directly to the CEO of Ona/Wimpen. Marks for the manager 0.5/10 not a professional site manager at all. Marks for Jessica and Nadia the receptionist 9.5/10. The site around the pool area is extremely tired. Gardens are lovely. Bar restaurant is extremely well run by Craig and his top class staff.

Excellent stay, staff welcoming and helpful. Complex is spotless and well maintained. Walking distance to everything needed. Would definitely recommend and hope to return again.

The location is excellent and at the centre of Playa Blanca. The Villa was contemporary, newly decorated and tasteful. All the white goods were new and everything clean and sterile. The grounds were immaculately maintained. The pool was lovely and warm, the staff were all polite and helpful, the only downside was they are fully booked for the summer, I know why!

Another stay at Las Casitas. We have rented 3 weeks here in the last months. Every time we get a villa by the road. As the windows and doors are poor there is lots of traffic noise. I’ve got another booked in April let’s see what happens then.

Safe needed a new door. Fixed immediately. Massive gap to the outside of both the bedroom window and French doors. This allowed a lot of traffic noise to come in. Sofa and chair are awful so low as well. Beds great. Water from shower runs all over the floor as the falls are wrong

Good weather, pool heated to a good temp, surroundings were nice and clean and the bar had a great atmosphere, bungalows were clean and good in size with everything we needed.

Excellent resort, particularly suitable for older people. There is a large supermarket 5 mins walk away and Las casitas is perfectly placed for access to the town, beaches and the port. A lovely marina is a short drive away

This is one of the best places we’ve ever stayed in, location was spot on, within walking distance to everything, staff was amazing and friendly, nothing was too much trouble, pool was fab, very quiet and a great size, villas were great in size, had everything you needed and very private , will definitely come here again

Very friendly staff. Lovely large heated pool with plenty of sunbeds. Comfortable and well equipped villa. Close to bus station, shops, supermarket, promenade, and beaches. Very clean. Beautiful, well tended grounds. Most villas are quiet, but a few near the road will hear the traffic. Free laundry and washing powder. Well priced bar, good evening entertainment, bingo and quiz. We would happily stay there again!

The bungalows are well spaced with beautiful gardens. The pool area was quiet (no fighting over sunbeds). An oasis of peace when compared to a normal hotel. A large supermarket is just across the road. And the bus station 100m walk away

Although the bungalows are somewhat older they are very well maintained and in good condition. All amenities were available. We particularly liked having the small garden and sitting area out front along with a lovely grill. Location was very convenient to the town and area beach. The grounds of the complex are beautifully maintained - compliments to the gardening staff. Bathroom was recently nicely renovated. Ample parking close to the complex. Lovely bar area by the pool for enjoying the evening. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Reception spoke English, area was right beside the Playa Blanca strip, our apartment was right at the back of the resort but there is a secondary gate there which they give you the key for so literally go out the apartment door, out the gate, cross the road and there's all the restaurants and shops you could want. Shared swimming pool was fine in the resort, we didn't stay long as we can't swim to start with but it was fun to try. The rooms were fairly spacious, although bedroom could be bigger, most of the space is taken up by the kitchen/living area. Furniture was pretty old but honestly didn't bother us as we were on holiday not decorating our own house. Great location - probably the best in Playa Blanca, good facilities, and good accomodation

Staff very friendly and accommodating, contacted us before travel to ascertain arrival time (which was some hours prior to check-in time), as such our accommodation was available right away. Complex was very tidy and swimming pool was covered every night when closed. Small bar with reasonable prices. Considering a return trip at a later date.

The pool is lovely & warm allowing swimming even on a cool day. The grounds are well maintained, the apartments clean & the staff friendly. The food at the bar is poor, both in quality & choice.
