Great stay! Great location! Perfect for walking down by the river or up to the adorable little town. We were worried about parking, but actually - it wasn't a problem - just sometimes you had to park in the lower public parking lot - but that was fine. Our room was right next to the elevator and we were worried it would be noisey - but it wasn't at all. There was also a dog you cold hear in the hall that kept barking - but once we were in our room - we couldn't hear it. Great location to visit Niagara Falls USA! We spent our evenings hanging out down by the river listening to the live music at the restaurants/bars down there. Also lots of restaurants and live music up in town (short walk up the hill) and great little town to walk around and check out some of the beautiful homes. Would definitely go back!!

Excellent place at an excellent price, nice for a little getaway or if you're going to be headed in an Niagara falls or seeing a concert at art Park. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was great. Rooms were very nice, clean. Great view, nice patios. Parking is a little tight, but we were there in a very busy weekend.
4.3
Everything good except the long distance to the falls.
4.3
We had the best time. Super romantic weekend.
4.3
Charming! Lovely setting. Had everything that I needed. Would return

Our stay was great. Very friendly staff, especially the girl that checked us in. I wish I got her name but she was working 2nd shift, glasses with short curly hair. She was very friendly. The breakfast was good. I highly recommend this place.
4.3
It was nice. Good restaurant in walking distance.
4.3
We loved the location and town. The room was outdated. There was chipping paint and stained tile in the bathroom. They only gave us 2 towels for three days. The mattress was very uncomfortable.
There was a wedding held at the hotel that had music thumping until 11 pm.
4.3
It was great
4.3
I have no complaints about the service at the hotel, the staff was very friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Upon check in, we were warmly welcomed by Melanie. Great restaurants suggestions
Thank you

Very pleased with our stay. Will book again soon.
4.3
A bit outdated but big rooms, could use usb outlets for devices….breakfast was good.
4.3
Clean and surrounding area had beautiful views and a couple of good restaurants. Hotel did not have restaurant or it's bar opened( only weekends)
4.3
Old looking. Weird smell upon room entry. ‘80’s style tile in shower/bathroom. Needs new bed pillows. Missing shampoo/conditioner. No soap dish for hand soap. HORRIBLE staff at check-in. Nicks/scratches/chips around most door frames.
Breakfast wasn’t awful

Stayed 2 nights and absolutely loved it. Breakfast was very nice.
They had a local band across the road they were wonderful and the ice cream shop was really good too 👍 will be back with the family thank you
4.3
With a great spot conveniently located was able to walk to all bar's restaurants even the art park for the concert we were in town for.
4.3
Location was great. The views of the Niagara River were also very nice.
The downside was the wifi was intermittent at best and the windows were filthy spoiling the good views.
4.3
The hotel and rooms are very tired and worn but the location is fantastic (especially if you are attending a performance at Art Park, only a 15 minute walk away), staff are lovely and helpful, the included breakfast was very good, and the room quiet and bed comfortable. We took advantage of the main balcony which overlooks the water to enjoy the view and wind down the night.
4.3
It was ok. Location was beautiful but the hotel itself could use some work
4.3
The breakfast was awesome.

We selected this hotel because it was within walking distance to the Artpark amphitheater. We chose this hotel based upon the reviews. Great choice! Wonderful friendly staff and check in was a breeze. In addition, the grounds were beautiful. There were 2 large patios with several tables and benches. Breakfast was also included and we had ours outside on the lower patio. The breakfast bar consisted of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, yogurt, cereal, fruit and other assorted breakfast items. Coffee and 4 choices of juice. Our room faced a park and the river. While our area was quiet and relaxing, we were a 5 minute walk to the main town area. There were many restaurants and shops to visit.
I cannot recommend this hotel and area enough, especially if you are going to a concert at Artpark.
I will definitely be back!

Couldn’t call out to order food. Even hotel phone didn’t work. Had to park down in the low area because of the hotel’s location. Very noisy. Restaurant was closed for my stay; and I couldn’t use the spa because the main technician was off.
4.3
The location was great , the staff were nice. However it was not as clean as I expected.
4.3
They need to do a better job of cleaning the rooms. Had mold in the shower and the AC unit on the wall had dust and cobwebs blowing when it was on. Evidence of water damage in the room. Window wouldn't shut all the way. Extremely disappointed. Not worth the money I spent.
4.3
Beautiful setting on lower Niagara river. Easy walk to central shopping/dining area. A little noisy upstairs. Room/bathroom were huge
4.3
Horrible property. We had to wait over 20 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk.
Bathroom shower curtain smelled and was not clean. Our room was never serviced, we asked and were told it would be serviced the next day. Again it was not serviced. Asked again and was told our stay was too short (3 nights!) to have the room serviced. Have reached out via email and voicemail to rectify the issue, and have never gotten a response.
4.3
Its a Holiday Inn prìced as a Wyndam. But you cant beat the location...thus the price.
4.3
Excellent hotel. Clean and quiet, all staff go above and beyond. Love being right near the water in Lewiston, easy to walk anywhere around town. Will definitely be back!
4.3
Great rooms great staff
4.3
Love it will definitely come back
4.3
Very nice just kind of outdated
4.3
Our room was very dated, especially the bathroom was was also dirty. There was no hot water for showers in the afternoon. The space was large, but overall definitely not worth the $235 price tag.
4.3
Nice setting. Nice sized room.
4.3
Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations
