The room was very clean and comfortable

Location is perfect! Short walk to Disney springs! Glad they joined the Disney resorts for a free shuttle to the parks. Unhappy with the fact that I reserved a king size bed and we were given two doubles. Those beds are small!!!!

Close to where we visited. Had shuttle buses to parks. Spacious for us.

The room was fairly clean but quite small for a family of 4. The carpeting and bathroom tile appeared dirty and outdated. There was some damage to areas such as the bathroom door that just made it feel a bit beat up. Other than that it was fine for a 2 night stay. I would not recommend staying here for any longer than a weekend trip.

Charged me extra on top of my hotels.com charge. They they swindle you in to purchase a timeshare.

The room had no complementary water and the price for buying water was ridiculously high. Overall, everything is very pricy in Lake Buena Vista. The hotel charged a fee for 10 USD for each packet received, and for what we wonder? They just received 5 minor packets from us and charged us 50 USD for us asking to get them.

We really enjoyed our stay !!!

Upon opening the door to our room, we were hit in the face with a terrible odor of mold & mildew. Walking further in, we saw a huge puddle which came from the dripping ac vents right in front of the sink. The water flowed right into the bathroom. Went to the front desk to inform them of the problem and asked for a new room. She said you have to keep the room you are given. Being 1 in the afternoon, I said there must be another room to have. She was very uncaring and said no, we could leave if we wanted but wouldn't get our money back. We were forced to stay in the most disgusting smelling room with a wet carpet and every surface being damp. We have stayed there many times before but have no intention of returning after the treatment we received.

Location was great! 5 min walk to Disney Springs. Staff was great. Rooms could use an update. Although it seemed pretty clean, we did find a cockroach in the bathroom.

The quick family stay turned out good. I was skeptical at first because of the reviews, but upon walking into the main lobby change that I smelled good and was cleaning the workers were welcoming as well upon getting to our room. It was recently remodeled and is very cozy. I would stay again in the future.

The AC unit did not work properly… thank god it was not the middle of the summer because it was hot in the room at night.

Room was noisy, bed was uncomfortable and toiletries were already used

Hotel was good. Decent service. On-property restaurants were so-so.

Disappointed that staff not more helpful with information about shuttle service offered by hotel. When trying to book it using my phone with QR code provided by hotel my debit card was compromised 3-4 times in attempting to book twice. Hotel offered little to no answer or resolution. Resort and parking fee added on top of hotel room. Nice hotel , expect more profeessionalism

Clean convenient, walking distance to Disney springs. Free shuttle to the parks. And we LOVED built the built in coat rack/shoe organizer in the entryway- it helped us maximize the space and stay organized

Not bad just for one night, they put us in’s. Room that had a door to another room what made it not that sound proof as desired

We cancelled the reservation on arrival as the room was disgusting and smelt of urine and did not have a lake view as described on the booking

Clean and close to Disney Springs

AC did not work and there were ants in the room. We got in later and unpacked before noticing the issues. Front desk offered an upgraded room, but I’d have to pay an additional $50… We had the maintenance and cleaners come at 10:30pm, by 11:00pm they fixed the AC. Not the way we wanted the night to go, but oh well.

Ideal location when not staying at a Disney Resort. Walkable to Disney Springs. Uber to local outlet and Universal Studios was short and quick.
Hotel is very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is great!

The bathroom had hairs on the floor and in the tub. The bed felt like there was sand in the sheets. The lobby was lovely but the room was not very nice.

This is my favorite hotel to stay in when staying overnight in Orlando and visiting Disney Springs. Can't beat the location and the hotel is great.

This the best resort to stay if you are wanting to be close to Disney Springs. Manager is definitely an asset here. He is very knowledgeable and remembers every detail.

Bathtub tap was leaking, refrigerator was smelling bad. Too noisy in the early mornings, couldn’t sleep well. I have asked for room change but they don’t have any room available due to Labor Day long weekend. Arcade area toy vending machine was not working for 2 days. Staff was not helpful for my kid when his water toy stuck by the swimming pool area.

For a quick trip to Disney the hotel had everything we needed. It’s a good price, clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Would I stay here if I’ve never been to Disney probably not. I did not realize you needed to pre schedule the bus to the park and the last pick up time is fairly early. It is extremely close to Disney Springs and we loved that. We did end up taking a bus from Disney Springs to a main park hotel and getting transportation from there. On the way home from the park we would use a ride share. Overall it’s a nice hotel and for a quick Disney trip it is great. If you plan on staying for a week I wouldn’t recommend this hotel just on the bus/ride share issue.

I have stayed at this location a few times. You cannot beat location. Just a short and safe walk to Disney Springs. The staff at the pool bar are excellent. The food and drinks at the pool bar are also very good. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the hotel has declined. We did see a cockroach in the lobby and our room had many gnat like bugs covering the furniture tops each day and night. The pool was closed one night due to feces which was tossed over the fence after retrieval. The room walls are also very thin. That along with an ac unit that turned on and off continuously throughout the night made for a very restless sleep. The $25 daily self parking fees in addition to the resort fees add a significant amount to the stay. I have enjoyed this hotel in the past but next visit will be looking elsewhere.

Ive stayed here 20 plus times for my corporate events and personal vacations with family. This time was by far the worst experience we have ever had. The service was horrible. The room had not hot water the fridge had mild and we saw multiple insects. I went to adk for a room chamge and was told they were full and i could leave if i choose to but would not be refunded

We always love the Wyndham and stay here many times, this time I will say it was a little disappointed. The air conditioner ran all night and made loud clicking.
Sounds every few minutes. when our room was made up for the day one of the beds was made up the other one was left as it had been slept in. Usually, the front staff is extremely bubbly and friendly. This time no words were spoken, they asked for my name, handed me the room keys, did not provide Internet information or any other information. Usually is a wonderful hotel, this time was a miss for us. May choose another Disney Springs hotel next time.

I would like to give 3.5 stars for Wyndham Garden. Staffs at the entrance was nice and helpful. They opened the car door for you and unloaded luggages for you. Check-in staffs were up to standard and informative. But they couldn't asnwer how to redeem Disney tickets from Expedia. Room is relative clean. Shower pressure was as low as most of 3 stars hotel. There were two full size beds. AC was working, but it didn't dehumidify. Towels and swimming suits couldn't dry overnight while hanging. Housekeeping made good bed and gave full set of new towels, but they didn't fully restock all items such as shampoo and tissue. Outdoor swimming pools were the best part of the hotel. Two large pools plus a hot tub. Hotel also provided free transportation to 4 Disney parks, but you had to follow the instruction to sign up online. There're few minutes walk to Disney Spring. Parking is not free and expensive, around $30 per car per night.
Tips one is to ask the front desk to assign a better room when checking in because some rooms are really far away from lobby and elevators. Tips two is to sign up for the free shuttles. Just pick any slots of the date and location. Bus drivers will check your confirmation for correct bus, but they didn't really look into the details. Only the bus to Magic Kingdom and Epcot may get full in the morning.
