A beautiful hotel at the beach!!! 100% relax!!! The staff is very kind and helpful. The dinner is good and breakfast very complete. A beautiful garden leads to the beach with a bar and beds. Paradise!

Ellie and Daniel were awesome. Resort was wonderful. Would highly recommend!

My wife and I were at Medusa to celebrate our 20th anniversary and her birthday. Having been lucky to have traveled to almost 30 different countries all over the world, we were not sure what to expect for our first trip to a Greek island. We were blown away!
Everything is beautiful on Naxos, but what stood out to us was the people factor at Medusa Beach Resort. Daniel was our main contact along with Corinna, the hotel manager. Corinna made me close my laptop and stop working! She also sang happy birthday to my wife and made us feel like family. Daniel took care of all of our needs, and even got up early on morning after a late shift, to make sure my wife and I found our boat for our tour starting in Naxos. They helped us get the tour reservation, cars to town, and a found us a great table at the best restaurant in Naxos on short notice for my wife's birthday.
The resort itself was exactly what we wanted. Good drinks, great food, and fantastic service. Small, it wasn't crowded, and it has it own beach with nice tree coverage so it is fairly private. The water is beautiful, and I really also enjoyed the pool.
Everyone was quick to smile, supportive, and we hope to come back again for another big anniversary same day.
We cannot give too much praise and recommend this location enough! I never write these sort of reviews, but Medusa is so fantastic, my wife and I had to write something.

We adored Medusa Beach Resort. It was by far the most relaxing leg of our two week trip to Greece. It’s a small resort right on a beautiful beach and there were always chairs open whether you wanted to be at the beach or poolside. The staff was so welcoming and helpful (they arranged a day trip to Santorini, laundry service, rental car drop-off, etc.). We would come back in a heartbeat! Note that a car is needed unless you want to walk 20 mins along the beach to the restaurants in Plaka. The drive in is a small dirt road, but they have ample parking. Breakfast is the same each day, but we didn’t mind that. Can’t say enough good things about this resort - a great place to escape all of your worries!

A very quiet beautiful place. Breakfast was a bit mundane and the same everyday. At the end of a dirt track so watch your car.

Medusa hotel and suites is idyllic, beautifully landscaped, wonderful setting right on the beach.
The breakfast lets it down, little choice, small portions and as it was served outside, we were attacked by flies and wasps making eating it very unpleasant.

Wonderful hospitality and beautiful property!

The hotel was advertised as a relaxing, quiet, yoga stay. The outdoor facilities were good and all the staff were fantastic. However, the room we had was very dated and the bathroom needs modernisation (wet room style, but towels, sink, mirror, everything would get wet). The shower was handheld, but previously you can see a rainfall style shower had been there.
Something the hotel cannot control is the guests that book. We had booked this as a quiet location away from naxos town to relax. But a large family group ran riot about the place, exactly what we look to avoid. Left little room for other guests (breakfasts and space on the beach at hotel).
Breakfast is good, but it is the same thing everyday. Lunch/dinner was good (we ate two ounches and 1 dinner there).

I can’t say enough good things about Medusa! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, food and drinks were great, the beach was perfect, and the location was quiet. We enjoyed our stay so much, we extended a bit longer. Can’t wait to go back.

Awesome service. Front desk took the time to help me see about yours. The people serving the food were awesome. The resort has its own beach which was great. Nice beach.

Totally gratifying and awesome to say the least. We will come again next time we are in Greece.

Very nice and lovely staff! I would recommend! The restaurant and breakfast there were nice as well so we did not have to go out all the time and enjoy the resort.

Naxos is an exceptional place. The Medusa hotel is in a great location by the beach and the beach bar location sets it off well. The location is ideal for people looking for a relaxing visit and you can walk along the beach from the hotel up towards Plaka beach for dinner and a good variety of beach restaurants. The staff and management at Medusa are wonderful, very welcoming and helpful. (We were given our room immediately even though we arrived very early in the morning!) We only had a couple of minor -ve’s, the beach beds and pool bean bags are very worn and could be replaced, and the breakfast service is efficient but feels a bit rushed. Fairly minor points! Finally, one thing for the hotel to perhaps note. Dinner is offered for advance booking. However, the menu is the same as the day menu. It could be nice to offer different options given some people may be spending the whole day at the hotel, breakfast, lunch & dinner.

This is the best place to stay on the best beach in Greece! We had an upstairs room with a mini fridge, queen bed, and a balcony with a lovely garden to sea view. The weather was perfect too... it doesn’t get any better. We were very glad we rented a car though so we could explore the rest of the island. The roads aren’t that great so we drove very slowly. The restaurant was good but prices were a bit high. It was nice to have the option of eating at other places on the island.

Amazing location right on the beach!! Beautiful decking area on the beach for sunset views and drinks. Unfortunate the bar closes at 8 (can still drink at restaurant though).
Our waiter was lovely for all meals (unfortunately cannot remember his name, but he was Ghanaian) and greates couples in at least 4 languages that I heard adding to the warmth he gave off.
Food was good and had gluten free options.
Room was fairly basic but clean and comfortable.
Overall a great stay, the location really makes it special.

The only good thing about the resort was its private beach. Too far out from Naxos town, no local facilties. The food was very overpriced at the resturant and bar, and poor quality. Many dinners we had to send back, orders where taken down wrong. Really poor value for money. Blood marks found on sheet upon arrival. Not what I expected. Would not recommend or stay here ever again

The property is beautiful. Great views of the beach. The welcoming by the owners is second to none. Great pool if you get tired of the beach and they have a great pool bar. The only downside for me was a very firm mattress that made it tough for me to sleep comfortably as I have a bad lower back. Also, there is a bit of a walk if you want to try a couple of other restaurants near the location up the beach side. Of you go to this area worth having a car if you want to explore any part of the island as this resort is off the path which does make it really quite and I loved that part.

We stayed at Medusa for 5 days and loved it!!!
Located directly at the beach and with a very nice Swimming pool and extremely nice garden & surrounding it makes you feel like you are in a little paradise.
Staff was always more than friendly and helpful with all requests.
Kajak and SUP for rent from the hotel (didn’t find before on the website so maybe good to know about this easy possibility to rent).
Booked a yoga lessons which was also very good. Overall a perfect stay!
For those who do not like to walk a lot (20 minutes walk along the beach to other restaurants and bars, but as it is a nice walk it was totally ok) I would recommend a car.

It was a lovely hotel with really friendly staff that helped make our stay very welcoming; especially Eddie who remembered our room number and breakfast preferences. The food was delicious and service was quick and efficient. The only problem was there were quite a lot of flies that you had to swat away every few seconds which got very frustrating as you couldn't quite enjoy breakfast in the sun. It was right on the beach overlooking Paros which was beautiful and was only a 20-30 minute walk onto the strip which has lots of restaurants and bars to choose from. We tried out a few and liked most of them! Delicious food and drinks, great service and all overlooking the beach. We hired a car to explore the island which was much needed for visiting places of interest and found some beautiful restaurants. Will most definitely be back again as its such a beautiful island!

The owners were always present and always pleasant and helped with everything we could have ever needed. The atmosphere was relaxed, food was excellent and it was just the right size for us on our wedding anniversary. Beautiful accomodations as well with a porch overlooking the Aegan.

We had a great time at the Medusa Resort and Suites. George and Mariangela made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Our room wasn't ready because we arrived early, but they took the time to show us round, offer us a drink, and even, because we were hungry and the restaurant wasn't open yet, gave us a complimentary toasted sandwich.
The resort is small and perfect, right on the beach. It is a little bit far from everything, which isn't necessarily a disadvantage but having a car is convenient to visit the island. We really enjoyed our stay.

Complimentary a la carte breakfast. Beautiful dining in the garden. Free beach loungers, towels, umbrellas and snorkelling gear. Very helpful and kind staff. Eddie is a great waiter!
