At Hyatt House Dallas/Frisco, Staff and Servers are very kind and always available. The heated pool is another plus, not to mention the breakfast, which is excellent. If I return to Dallas, I will stay at Hyatts

We stayed two nights and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Breakfast didn’t have a lot of options but what they did have, was great! I’m very picky about my scrambled eggs lol. I don’t like when they’re “wet” or don’t feel cooked all the way. These were cooked perfectly. Probably the first hotel I’ve ever been to that’s cooked perfect scrambled eggs. Room was nice and clean for the most part. My ONLY zonk would be the walls. They had stains and you could just tell they don’t clean or wipe down the walls. IMO, it would take a few seconds to scrub the walls after each guess with a magic eraser. Super easy. It’s just very unfun to see the yuck on the walls. Especially when I’m on the toilet and the wall is dirty right next to me.
Also, it’s 2024. I think it’s time ALL hotels need to rid of carpet. It’s gross and vinyl is so much easier to clean. Sweep, run a mop of over it, you’re done. Carpet holds onto so much yuck. Stains are a huge eye sore. Just things to think about. But definitely cleaning the walls would be a huge PLUS! Other than that, A hotel. Staff was super friendly. If we’re ever back in Dallas, I’d stay again!

The 1 king bed suite with kitchenette and full fridge was a lot bigger than expected! Rhe room was clean and well stacked woth extras (pillows, sheets, towels, blankets). The overall area was quiet and safe. The free breakfast was decent, eggs, toast, potatoes, the standard. I would definitely stay again.

Small family (4) stay for approximately one month. Overall great stay. Clean hotel with nice kitchen facilities (including pots/pans/cutlery). Some useful points to mention:
-Parking is free if staying over a certain number of days
-If having a long stay, need to sign an agreement form that says you will pay a certain amount if your room is found to be in poor condition after your checkout. For stays less than 28 days it was $250 plus tax, and went up to something like $1500 plus tax for longer stays. This was not well explained when we first checked in and made it seem like we had to pay this no matter what. Later clarification made it clear that this was only if the room needed deep cleaning, but I was worried about it as I heard conflicting things and because I wasn't sure what the procedure for their assessment was. This charge is held on your card and refunded after checkout if they are happy.
-Breakfast is great, but I have an issue with the way the cooks make the eggs. All of the eggs (omelettes or scrambled) are made with the same pan and spatula as the meat products (including pork). This can affect suitability for Halal, Kosher and vegetarian eaters. Separate pans and utensils should be used for vegetarian omelettes/scrambled egg. I tried to explain to the chefs but they didn't get it. In other places they had a green spatula/pan handle for vegetarian eggs and red ones for meat. This is the only thing that I think needs improvement. Otherwise fantastic.

Overall, I was impressed with the cleanliness of my room and the affordability of the hotel, which made for a pleasant stay. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming.
However, there are a few areas that could be improved. I found the breakfast options to be limited and would suggest adding small pastries or muffins to enhance the variety. Some mornings I didn’t have time to sit down and eat breakfast every morning so if I could grab a muffin and head out, that would have been awesome. Additionally, I was disappointed that the pool was not open for the first two nights of my stay, which affected my overall experience. Finally, the fact that one of the elevators was out of service caused delays, as I often had to wait 5 minutes or longer to use the elevator. I hope these suggestions help improve future guests' experiences. Thank you for your attention to these matters.

Our first trip to Texas and we stayed at Hyatt House. The hotel was small and the elevator is the slowest that I have ever experienced! Aside from that everything was very nice. The king rooms are smaller than what we were used to. They were otherwise well appointed. The staff were friendly, helpful and all around pleasant. The breakfast was the icing on the cake! Made to order omelettes, fresh fruit and juices. Walking distance to Dallas cowboys training facility; many restaurants in walking distance and shopping everywhere. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Love the location close to everything. Very clean a major plus, staff was friendly except one she really needs to work on her customer service. Will be rebooking in the future. One side note I didn't like that they charge for daily parking the room rental is enough to cover that.

Comfortable bed and climate controls. Sounds were minimum. Breakfast was great - even had chef making custom omelets

This will be my go-to hotel whenever I'm in the area!! The only inconvenience was the parking fees, but everything else about the hotel trumps that, so it was t really an issue.

Why pay parking

Housekeeping did a terrible job every day. We never received a full towel replacement on any of the five days we stayed. Coffee was only replenished on our 5th day. We had to go to the lobby every day for towels and coffee. The hotel itself was amazing, but service will stop us from using it again.

I never got the opportunity to stay in my room. I couldn't check in on the scheduled date and was refused my room the day afterwards. The representative stated that they have a no show policy. I told him that I was on my way to enjoy my room but the representative told me that my room is no longer available to me and is occupied by another guest. I called back and was told that they may give me some of my money back and also left a message on the managers voicemail but noone has responded. I was charged $560 for a room that I didn't get the opportunity to enjoy.

Front desk staff very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was great!
