Good first: close to Disneyland, convenient parking, friendly staff
Could use improvement with: water pressure low, could hear neighbors getting ready in the morning, not enough light in the room
Overall it was a pleasant stay but would try a different hotel next time.

Very convenient for Disney! It would be great if they were able to offer some solution for parking for guests checking out but going to disney that day. We had to move our car by 12noon and had try to find a parking garage. Wish we had known before arriving to make better plans.

Our family came down for a quick trip to Disney. We chose this hotel for the location to the park entrance. The rooms are small compared to some other hotels we have stayed at nearby. However the distance for walking to Disney is so nice. The beds definitely aren’t the most comfortable, but for a quick trip we can manage. It is clean and the staff are friendly. The hotel lobby is decorated super cute for Christmas right now too.

I was celebrating my birthday...they surprised me with ballons and small gift in the room. I have stayed here before....always clean and comfortable. I did request room facing Disney...maybe next time since staying again for New Years. Ms. Iris at the front desk was the best...very kind...friendly....helpful
Thank you to her for being a great staff member . My name is Rebecca .

This hotel was ok... the elevator broke when we were there and the roof top bar/restaurant was not open like it was suppose to be. The housekeeping staff was very friendly though. It was fine for sleeping before going to disney.

Rooms are a bit noisy but worth it to be so close to park. Comfy beds.

it was nice, the only thing was u can hear people walking by the window and hear them talking.

Clean, updated, close walkable distance to the parks.

We had no water on 11/25 and we're only notified the night before. It was completely full so we could not be moved. The whole reason for booking this hotel was to be able to walk back and forth easily from Disney to take breaks and nap with children. This was not possible due to no water. The hotel refused to compensate

The room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom and shower was clean and nice. The only drawback in the bathroom was not enough countertops

Overall it was just OK. The elevator was broke down twice. The water was turned off form 11:00am to 5:00pm one day and we were warned about excunoise during the day sure to fixing a boiler and at night because of the restaurant/bar/night club on site. It was a good try but we won’t be staying here again

The staff gave us an upgraded room but let us know a wedding was happening in the rooftop bar two floors up. We knew we wouldn't get back to hotel until late so not an issue. The wedding party was fine. The clean up crew was horribly noisy until after 2 a.m. That night was awful but otherwise a nice stay in a hotel we have been to multiple times.

Fantastic location - very easy walk to the park

Location was amazing. Checkin was great. The room was clean and beds were comfortable, but the room was pretty small. It was also quite loud- we could hear a lot going on outside. (2am road construction or garbage truck one night. Beeping, crashing, etc.)

Great location if visiting Disney parks. Clean, comfortable, and friendly staff.

Pleasant stay and great location. We were pleased with the property, room, comfort, price and especially the location. We have stayed at a number of hotels on this same strip, and this one was a great value for what it offered. Will definitely consider booking again.

The hotel in itself was impressive, the hotel staff were friendly checking us in. Unfortunately we got a room in the way back of the hotel property and our room door was right by the outside elevator, so you can imagine how loud people were coming back from Disneyland. Also, we had an incident with a hotel maid walking in on us as we were changing our clothes, with knocking only once, no announcement of who they were, and the front desk manager acting as if it wasn’t a big deal! To me this is a BIG deal! I felt violated and unsafe in my own hotel room! Hardly a compensation for the humiliation I felt that day!

We stayed here overnight before going to Disneyland for the day even though we don’t live too far but wanted to wake up and be right at the park. They asked me at check in if I had a car and then charged $23 for parking! I then asked if we could leave our car there for the day while at Disney and they said call in the morning. I called in the morning and they said sorry we are too full we sold all of our day passes. So at midnight they couldn’t say yes but by just after 7 they said they sold their day passes to people that weren’t staying at their hotel. Hotels.com should put in plain print that they charge for parking not “parking available”

Hotel was clean, rooms were great and staff was professional and very friendly. My only complaint was the floor we were on smelled beyond awful. I think they cook the food on that floor and the aroma later in the day would creep down the hall.

Always a great atay with wonderful location to access Disneyland by foot.

We showed up early for our disney trip and was able to park on the property before check in which was super convenient. The room was clean and big. The mini fridge in the room seem to be having issues due to making a humming sound and causing our drinks to freeze. If you get room 115, just know you are right next to the storage room and can hear everything. We were awoken at midnight due to security knocking on our door to give us sheets and toilet paper, not sure if the room numbers got mixed up or what. Overall a nice hotel really close to disneyland.

Sheets were dirty

The roof top bar/restaurant was closed. The whole reason we picked the hotel to stay. The front desk wasn’t very helpful or that friendly.

It was a good hotel, 10 min walk to Disneyland.

The cot was unbearable. Do not ask for one.

Overall it was a decent hotel. The one downside is that the shower was clogged and water did t run down the drain fast enough.

Called in advance to see if they offered early check in. They said yes but our room wasn't ready so we should call back every hour to see if it was ready. We did so and every time I called they seemed more and more annoyed. It became obvious later that they had no intention of letting us check in early. It was very frustrating because our family had been awake for a while and we water a nap before our evening at DCA. Also the hidden fees were a bit more than we expected.

Loud hallways, thin walls. Neighbors baby cried all night and it was heard kept us up. Rooms were nice and clean. Air conditioner worked great.

The location is great! It is about a seven minute walk to Disneyland. However, our room was in the outer buildings and although the decor and comfort of the beds were fine, there were some issues with the room. The bathroom door was difficult to close all the way and open and the air conditioner was extremely loud and sounded like it was going to fall down. It is quite pricey due to its location but I would not consider it a luxury hotel.

Was nice for the price and close to park.

Definitely NOT luxury as marketed. Paid for the upgrade to what they call their "luxury" room to celebrate our special occasion. The room was no better than any basic motel room in the area I could have gotten for half the price. The room was small, basic furniture, no closet besides a tiny wardrobe, no upgrade amenities or anything else that would indicate "luxury" in anyone's mind. Worse yet was the view of the rooftop utilities. They were overbooked already and the staff could care less about my disappointment. Definitely a take it or leave it attitude. They had a party booked at their roof top restaurant so it was unusable for guests, party guests crowded the elevator and stairway, and we got to listen to their music blasting until after 11pm.

Overall room was nice. Close proximity and walk to Disneyland. Parking is tight for large vehicles and extra $20 a night. Was unable to get room until exactly 4pm so had to wait til park midnight.

While not completely inaccurate, the pictures online were very misleading. This was much more of a motel experience than expected. They boasted about having coffee in the lobby in the mornings and every time we came, there wasn’t any. One of the beds was so close to the wall, you almost couldn’t get in. Maid service did come to give us clean towels everyday but they never made the beds which was odd. The pool was in the middle of the parking lot, so not nearly the oasis the pictures made it out to be. It was about a half block from Disney, so not too bad of a walk. It is next door to a dennys which was probably the best part of the stay. Overall would maybe stay again, but know what you’re paying for

Lady at the front desk was rude and disrespectful. Limited parking due to a party. It was difficult to find parking at night (7:00pm). Room was dirty, with hair on the floor and in the sink upon check in. Have stayed here in the past without any issues. But, not sure if I will again.

The location is fantastic as it is just a 5-10 minute walk to Disney's gates. We have stayed here several times and each time we are greeted by friendly staff. The lobby is always well kept and they offer ice water as well as infused ice water. The rooms feel clean and the linens and towels always smell freshly washed. Parking lot gets quite full and the stalls are very tight especially with SUVs. My one complaint with each visit is that you can hear everything going on outside and the room next door. We had a room on the first floor and directly in front of the stairs and elevator and we were woken up several times throughout the night. We heard all sorts of conversations LOL. All in all we will continue to book our stays here, but request not to stay on ground floor.

Arrive at the hotel a little before 1pm checked in and my room wasn’t ready because I requested lower level room. I went to downtown Disney and shop and had lunch and came back and hang out at the pool and I called and my room still wasnt ready and front desk clerk couldn’t me give a time frame but she said “ I'm guaranteed a room by 4pm “. Make a long story short but other families that checked in after me had their rooms ready and I was still waiting on my room and they could have offer another room on the lower level that was ready. The drainage in the tube had nats/fruit flies and I didn’t have any fruits.

It was convenient to Disneyland and affordable.
We had to wait til 4pm to check in
No hot water on last day because of maintenance
On 3 separate occasions supplies were empty in lobby… ie water cups, no coffee ready, no one behind the counter
3.0
The room was clean and very convenient for Disneyland, however, having a handicapped accessible room on the fourth floor with only one working elevator on the far side of the building opposite the room, was not convenient.

Overall I enjoy staying at the grand legacy. We original booked a luxury room but the room was not available anymore due to some plumbing issue so we got moved to a premier room instead. The staff was great and worked with us.
2.0
Room was very low grade and the shower was barely working. We were put into an accessible room on the 1st floor, by the ice machine and elevator, causing us to be woken up several times throughout the night on both nights as late as midnight. The room was dirty and the amenities were nonexistent.
They did do a really sweet thing by having balloons and a small gift basket in the room for my wife’s bday. The front desk staff was also amazing.
