A beautiful hotel in Antigua, The staff is really friendly, helpful. I would stay here again.

This is a beautiful hotel recommended by friends who live in Guatemala and stay here when visiting Antigua. It did not disappoint. The staff was super helpful and friendly.
Only disappointment was we were planning to have breakfast here each day but were told they were not offering it in November. Not sure why. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for 3 nights and was happy with the decision. Overall, a nice hotel, in a decent location; close enough to the main part of town to walk to everything. Rooms were well fitted, and had everything needed except maybe a fan. The only main issue with the hotel was the noise. It is right by two different party venues, so you had that noise, which was fine for me because I need noise too sleep. The main issue was I am not sure what was happening on the top floor, but there was constant banging of items and you can hear someone constantly walking. This would continue until about 11pm, but was also happening at 6am when I was awake. It happened all 3-days.

Lovely property!!

Room was very different to pictured and to small to fit 4 persons, no space for luggage or cases.
room had a dank/mildew smell which was concerning.
The room was super hot at night and uncomfortable to sleep.
The fan didn't work, asked reception 3 times to have it looked at, no one did.
We checked out a day early.
The grounds of the hotel are nice and the complimentary tea/coffee is appreciated however I would not recommend based on the quality of the room we where given.

We stayed in room 22 on the second floor. The room is very tiny and I've had to move sideways to enter the bathroom, otherwise entry wasn't possible.Im 6'/210lbs if that helps. We were only able to watch channel 3,no signal on other channels. There's no air conditioning in this room. The room itself was clean ,the bed was small as well.Staff was very friendly and no complaints there Fazit: If you need space, this isn't the room you want.

Overall a good stay. Front desk lady was not very attentive or friendly.

Only disappointment was the inability for a group of 10 persons to arrange for breakfast at the hotel. Other groups seemed to be able to, but our group could not.

Overall, the property was good, but you can hear the other rooms quite easily and I happened to be there on a night when there was a large group of American teenagers and they met in the common area outside my room until after 10 PM, were loud until about midnight, and then were banging around and talking loudly from 4 AM to 5 am because they had an early departure. I realize this isn’t entirely the hotel’s fault but I feel like I signed something that said I’d be quieter after 9 PM so I feel like the hotel could have reminded them to be a little quieter. Also, then a staff member opened my door at about 5 am. I had the chain on. I assume he thought it was one of the vacated rooms but he really should have checked. I don’t think that has happened to me ever before.
My first night was much better and it is a convenient location. Otherwise the staff was friendly.

Beautiful little Inn in Antigua. Staff very professional, friendly and polite.

The location is great, some rooms are good, parking is just on the street in front of the hotel and No breakfast.
Be careful, we ordered two rooms with Expedia and it was great. However, we decided to stay one additional night and the price at Expedia was lower than the first day because of that they wanted to place us in a room with a smell of Mildew and dump. Obviously, we had to add money in order to move back to our original room.

The pictures don’t do this place justice! There is a lot of beautiful expensive hotels in Antigua but this hotel gives you great quality for the fraction of the price.

The property is beautiful and is maintained that way. And the location is perfect. But there was no restaurant in the hotel… things close kind of early, so it would have been nice to have a restaurant available.

I loved how nice decorated our hotel was, in fact my expectations were exceeded once we arrived. Everyone was extremely accommodating, especially Alejandro! He was so kind, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile for us. He’s incredible! The walls are a bit thin so it’s likely that you can hear everyone and they could probably hear you but nonetheless I would definitely stay there again!

The staff was amazing, the property was beautiful, the room was clean, and the beds were comfortable! Location was central enough to walk everywhere but out far enough to have quiet in the night. I would totally stay again!

The hotel is beautiful with an optional Guatemalan breakfast. There is complimentary filtered water, coffee and tea. The rooms are modern and look nice. The beds are very hard and there is a lot of noise in the rooms because of upstairs movement and tile flooring. The sounds really echo.

Great location and pretty lobby/outside area. However, the beds are not comfortable at all. The rooms are small and seem old. There is no AC, fan only which makes noise. Shower/bathroom is nice and there’s no shortage of hot water. Staff does not respond to messages timely or clearly when reaching out.

Pretty property, good for short stay. Antigua is a great place.
