The best hotel we have ever stayed in. Way beyond the Ritz, Four Seasons or any other five star hotel or resort. From riding up in a water taxi to their private dock to walking through a garden to get to the lobby so beautiful. The room was charming with a roof top terrace. Waking to church bells having breakfast in the garden of the courtyard everyday was just perfect. The staff went beyond perfect. The manager was a delight. I have no complaints. The area is safe and eating was no problem the staff recommends anything you need. Perfect stay. We should have booked a longer visit.

The hotel is fantastic. It’s in a great location, with beautiful gardens i which we were served breakfast. Our room looked onto the Grand Canal which was amazing. We booked the Glam restaurant which was excellent and I would highly recommend.

A beautifully maintained and historic hotel just a short boat ride from the train station. Our room was large, comfortable and blissfully quiet. Breakfast was excellent with wonderful service by formally dressed servers. In this palace, you will feel like royalty. Highly recommended.

Amazing staff. Super helpful concierge helped recommend and booking restaurants and visits. Would highly recommend a room with a terrace - overlooking Venice. Modern hotel amenities with a classical, authentic design. Great location in Venice.

Restored Palazzo in just off San Stae stop. Excellent concierge [Eliza] and hotel staff. Beautiful breakfast served to order [not the standard buffet]. All our requests were executed perfectly, including reservation requests we had e-mailed 2 weeks before.

A bit out of the hustle and bustle of Venice which was nice but only 12 minutes to the Rialto Bridge and 15 to St. Marks Square. Lovely rooms, great staff very helpful with dinner reservations, tours, etc.

My husband and I truly loved staying at the Palazzo Venart. It’s antiquity made it so unique, aside from the fact that we had to take a water taxi to get there, which gave it even more cache. Our only bit of consternation was trying to find the second floor lounge where we were supposed to be able to sit and have a couple of drinks, according to the front desk clerk. However, there was no area with a bar or even anyone who would take an order for drinks, let alone make them, on the second floor. That was our only complaint.
