All around pleasant place to stay, from the room set up, including very nice plush mattress, to the friendly welcoming service by most staff. Excellent and well run breakefast. Only would drop the gloves the ladies use to clean the tables as they go and grab clean things wearing the same ones. Better not to use gloves and wash hands frequently. The area is busy and maybe a bit initmidating at first but it's actually a very neighborhood feel with plenty of local flavor. Quick ealk to downtown business and theater and Lapa nightlife. Bike stations eneble you to quickly bike to the waterfront and flamengo beach and even Copacabana if you have the stamina.

The only good thing is Lucas at reception who went extra mile make me comfy and safe and helped me board the bus with his pass. Did not know Rio does not have money exchange everywhere! Lights don't work, phone to call reception not worked, too many so let's but charger keeps falling, TV crooked seems abt to fall making stressful, no lights in hallway, dirty floor elevator not sure if that's flowing or mat. Shower flow good, area not condusive to walking to attractions, neighborhood ???

they did not change bedlinnen during the stay no daily cleaning, but for the cost of hotel ok. We stayed in this hotel because location very close to our family who lives across the street

Hotel contemporâneo, contrário a maioria da região que são mais antigos. Quarto limpo e bem equipado, nada a reclamar. O check-in não é flexível mas possuem espaço para bagagens com entrada antecipada.

Funcionários muito atenciosos e prestativos. O Ramon foi um amor de pessoa. Voltarei com certeza. O local fica a 10 minutos à pé dos Arcos da Lapa. Tem mercado ao lado e também em frente.

Hotel is located in working class area, with a lot of traffic and noise around; but since our room was located in the back of hotel, it was ok. Room is small but clean and well kept. the only issue that we had was no cups nor tumblers in room. hotel has restaurant that served good lunch.

Simple, but honest place. Check-in was smooth, but when I rang to roomservice, I had no answer. The place is clean and well located in Rio. Close to the major nightlife neighborhood in Rio.

The hotel is nice n clean but not so fancy. I think just average. But i was not knowledgeable about this are. I always took taxi when i explore rio but it's one way n hard to find a taxi. Also far from train station . If u wanna use public transport n save some money , I don't recomend this hotel . Otherwise great.

Extremely helpful staff, speaking good english. Caring about visitors, assisting with transportation from and to the hotel.Supermarket next door for food, beer & wine.Reasonable taxi & über rides rates.

This Brazilian chain hotel was actually a pretty good surprise in terms of design. Very clever layout with right colors even some original art work on the wall and eco friendly features. Nice quiet doors and good sound proofing.

We stayed in this hotel because everything in Copacabana was booked during the Rio Olympics. Comfortable, small rooms, friendly staff, walking distance from Escadaria Selaron stairs.
