Nice bed and breakfast with room for improvement. The place is quiet and peaceful with a comfortable bed. Slept very well, which is important. Not so many restaurants in a walkable distance, so ended up with driving to the nearby towns for dinner. When it comes to the breakfast, there is huge room for improvement. Quite disappointed with this, and it is one of the reasons why we booked this place. The breakfast contains mainly of cookies and sweet juices, so if you’re in for a sugar rush in the morning, this is the place for you. We were hoping to get some local products and maybe some fresh bread, but the reality was cakes from the grocery store, cheese and sausage.

Nice hotel with comfy rooms. Free parking which was great. We never found their resturant, even after asking the staff, but the neighbouring hotel had a great restaurant and it is close to many other places. Car is recommended when staying here.

The attentive hosts make it a home away from home.
The distance to the city centre isn't as terrible as I expected, but I did wish I could transplant the villa closer.

Lovely old villa with beautiful gardens. Very friendly and helpful service. It is close to Frascati and Castel Gandolfo, which are charming. Excellent restaurants in the area.

Good clean hotel with a good breakfast. We stopped there while driving between Florence and amalfi coast, so it was convenient.

Lovely landscape around it. Beautiful decor. Reception nice. Room decent but A/C not working. And it was pretty warm in there. It was suggested that we open the window (and we did, regretfully, mosquitos biting all night. ). Eventually a fan was brought in. Breakfast was a sugar fest. Could have had a healthier/better variety of foods. You can do better.

This is a beautiful property minutes from Frascati. Staff are extremely friendy; rooms are big and clean. Strongly recommend both for business and personal travel - especially if travelling in groups.

A prepaid booking with a superior room with balcony window replaced by a bigger room yes but with a hatch on the ceiling. No hot water in the morning and awful breakfast no bread or croissant with jam jars already used by someone else, a shame as the unit is finely decorated nice furniture and the service desk guy helpful.

We had been travelling through Italy and were indeed very tired, Villa Abbamer certainly gave a welcome respite. The private parking area accessed via electric gates gave reassurance and easy access to the car when needed. The gardens were a delight and their 2 cats were beautiful! From the warm welcome on arrival to our departure we felt very much at home in an amazing suite with an air of luxury and exquisite taste of a high end 'hotel'. We enjoyed the classical music playing in the lovely lounge area where we had drinks. We had tea brought to our room and was delighted to see it served in beautiful bone china cups. One feels at home instantly having the bonus of the garden room which feels like a comfortable lounge/drawing room. The weather was rather inclement and chilly during our stay but the room was so cozy and warm. We loved Frascati. We would have loved to have stayed longer but if we travel this way again we will certainly return. We can but highly recommend. With kind regards & great thanks to all at Villa Abbamer

Stefano (the host) and the other staff were extremely helpful and are very passionate about Rome, its art and history. They made us feel like family.
The place is cozy with a pretty garden and plenty of original artwork.
Breakfast was simple yet delicious.
It is about a 50minute drive to the centre of Rome, but is absolutely worth it!
Highly recommend it, we'll be back here!
