The hotel room was clean with lovely view but was tiny with a dirty kettle. There was no entertainment as advertised on their website and only one time for a dinner sitting that didnt suit us. Breakfast was nice in the morning.

We went for one night and stayed for two.
Highly recommended in all aspects.
Will definitely be going back.

The hotel is very expensive, there no car park ( who come first as it’s about 10 car park), the network and internet is very weak,
We have paid 20 pounds for sea view but it’s a small window and doesn’t deserve that amount.
The staff are very nice .

The price was decent and the room was basic but comfortable enough. No hot water for a shower in the morning was disappointing. I reported this in the morning as I was checking out (at 0700) and they said they would check it. Staff were friendly and helpful.,

A beautiful, clean, warm, homely, welcoming hotel. Fantastic breakfast ,variety of choices. The location was ideal as we had a christening, close to the parish church and situated in front of the promenade, will definitely be visiting again.

It was clean and quite other than the noisy seagulls.😊

Very nice hotel with beautiful views of Morecambe bay, all rooms appeared easily accessible, my room was clean and airy, the hotel is within good walking distance to Morecambe town center and major bus routes.
Staff were all pleasant and friendly, the Auckland has a nice lounge and bar with a good choice of drinks and entertainment, if anything the only thing I would have liked would have been more televisions in the lounge and live sports shown on tv. Overall I recommend this hotel and will stay again.

It was suitable for what i needed.
Staff were very helpful, from when we arrived till the time we left,
Room was clean and tidy.
Could have done with a view, instead of a brick wall with windows, but beggars can't be choosers. Hahaha

The view out of the window. (Back of the hotel ) also the plaster over the window fell down when we closed the curtains .but to be fair we were offered another room and the night porter cleaned it up

Friendly helpful staff. Sea view. Warm room. Much better than the Strathmore hotel nearby where I had one of my worst hotel experiences this summer

It was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Our room overlooked the sea and was really pleasant, and you have such a good receptionist/bar chap who was so willing and obliging with anything we asked, as were all your staff.

Lovely hotel. Very clean, good food and staff were really helpful. Location is excellent.

A family run friendly hotel but a bit run down. Creaky floorboards but that may be because of the age of the property and an extremely creaky bed.

Paid premium price (£122) for what turned out to be a pokey twin bedded bedroom. i requesyed a double with sea views but was informed the day before that i would have a twin room. Person who checked us in could have smiled, it was though we had been an inconvenience. We went for a walk and decided to have a meal in the restaurant. At 5pm we asked if we could book a table and was told that the rssraurant was fully booked. Inwasnt even asked what time in the first onstance, just we are fully booked. We went out for a meal at 6 and tue restaurant was empty. When we returned at half 7 there were about 20 people inthe restaurant. Went down for a drink at the bar at 9 and still no more than 30 people. This is a 52 room hotel so should be able to cope with more than 30 in the restaurant. As a guest of the hotel you would think that they would be more accomodating.
They redeemed themselves slightly in the morning as breakfast was good.
Typical coach tour hotel in Gods waiting room.
Wont be going back.

It's exactly what I was looking for. Somewhere to get my head down. Clean and a very comfortable bed. My only gripe was the power of the shower! It didn't have any!

I had a room with a view which was lovely. It was a comfortable bed in a very small room that was to be used for sleeping. For a one night stay, it was a great location for an introduction to the town. Staff was friendly.
