The staff is extremely rude, the breakfast is quite poor and the dining area wasn't very clean. The room was big comfortable and clean. We had issues with the toilet that were never fixed although we asked a few times. The staff was super rude, not polite, and were not willing to help with anything even minimal requests such as cold milk instead of warm. Will not return

Never had the chance to go in your guy's charge and the hotel refused to attend therrybke waiting my refund
3.6
Walking just from the main street that you can have dinner and shop any groceries that you one

Staff was extremely rude. Restaurant food was very terrible and food was given uncooked to us. All towels were ylw and brown stained dirty every time. Would never stay here again. Also they don’t allow you to eat in your room. No iron to iron clothes. Felt overall unsafe

stayed 4 nights. good location to visit the falls by bus. Just walk 3 minutes to main road and flag down the cataratas bus 3000 pesos, or bus to paraguay for shopping or brazil falls etc. From airpot take the bus to hotel get off at the intersection to main road.
clean comfortable rooms with balcony. comfortable bed, good quiet aircon. good buffet breakfast, usual cold cut, egg, cereal etc.
great cool small pool and sitting area in a tropical garden to provide heat relief after outing.
close to restaurants and bus station(15 minute walk).
Nice clean town will stay longer in future.

Great place to stay with great pool- I’d suggest to improve the buffet with more healthy choices like fruits rather than just a wide selection of cakes

great location

The place presents an ok value for money for those looking for a low-cost trip. The accommodations are simple, but the cleanliness leaves something to be desired: the bath towels are dirty, with stains and the bathtubs are glued with silver tape. The breakfast is modest but sufficient. The service is ok, but the staff are not very organized, so if you want to consume something at the hotel, check the payment when checking out, as there may be double charges. It is a 15-minute walk from the bus station and 20 minutes from the center and food options (this is very important for those going to Puerto Iguazu, as most journeys need to be done on foot, as the city only has 4 drivers Uber and the taxi service are very expensive.

Well located, about a 5-10min walk from the main bus terminal. A bit further from the main "tourist" strip but still convenient.
The location is quiet, but the rooms themselves weren't. If there are people in the room next to yours, you will hear them very clearly.
Staff were very nice, and spoke enough English to be able to communicate with each other and answer any questions I might have had.
The pool, while small was quite a relief in the heat of the days there.

Nice pool area for relaxing. Excellent room air conditioner and very friendly staff.

For the price the place as expected. Most important the room was clean and comfortable. The safe didn’t really work and be advised there is no cable, local tv only. The bathroom and room were comfortable, older but not yucky. The staff was ok. Helpful if needed but not warm and inviting. I would stay there again as a safe, clean place to be. I advise you to bring a towel. The towels were worse than the floor rags at home. Rough and on the small side. The breakfast was good as it was free. More continental style than hearty.

The service was great, I felt very welcomed by the staff. They were lovely. Unfortunately my room wasn't clean. Stains at the sheets and towels.

It's very old and the breakfast was terrible. Price was way too high for this hotel.

Nice place, great location

It is not clean, the towel is dirty and smells in the room.

The staff didnt speak English which made things very difficult since they didn't seem to be aware foreigners don't pay the VAT tax if they pay in foreign currency (which I had done as I'd prepaid for the hotel). Decent location though and breakfast was good. Wifi was very spotty and didnt work great.

Wifi is no good

From exterior I was surprised of the building but inside I found a very calm atmosphere. Thanks to the serving personal

Our stay was ok! The room itself was good but the bathroom was really dirty - mould, strong urine smell, long hair on the floor and noise coming through the vents from other rooms. Unfortunately there had been a storm the night before so the pool was out of use too. The breakfast was very cake heavy with a lack of fruit or cooked food which was a shame. Beyond this, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Iguazu is a small jungle town close to the waterfalls in the national park.
This hotel offers clean and simple rooms at a very fair rate. Put in a tiny fridge and hang up a hairdryer for a few $$ and you get three stars. Bed was comfortable. Walking distance from the main areas in the town.
This hotels biggest asset is no doubt their front desk personnel. Helpful out of their way!! I'm so greatful for their help and kindness!
(Sometimes the power goes out, but only for a few seconds. And we are after all in the jungle.)

There is no elevator.

Nice room, big and confortable. Good location! Service 24 hours.

It's a dump! Something one would expect in a shantytown. They indicate they have concierge's to help you, but they don't! Little to no English is spoken or understood. No manager or owner is ever present, The room had only 1 rickety chair in the room besides the beds. there was no water in the cracked bathroom sink. No wash or facial cloths and No facial tissue! Impossible to address any issues due to lack of management and the language barrier. We were charged more than the quoted nightly rate and they insisted on charging us for 3 nights when we were checking out after 2 nights due to the terrible accommodations!

overall was a great hotel, air conditioner did not work though, we had it turned on and I think it was giving us heat, had trouble sleeping because of this. rooms otherwise spacious and comfortable, they called a cab for us to bring us to the airport when he left, and breakfast was decent considering it was included. wifi did not work well in our room ,so we used it more in the common areas. easy walk to get everywhere, about 10 minutes, so a little further out than other hotels.

The breakfast omlette gave me food poisoning so I missed seeing the falls, the only reason I visited this town - not cool. I told the guy at reception and he just awkwardly laughed, said sorry then stood there. The hotel itself was okay, there was construction going on close by until around 7pm each night and the wifi only worked in the lobby.

The staff were lovely and helpful. There was no wifi in the room and I did not have hot water for two days. The dinner was superb for the price.

I stayed at Kelta hotel for 3 nights. My stay went very well, the location was within walking distance to buses, restaurants, and the main street which was important for me as I was solo and wanted to be close to everything. The service was fantastic, Carla was a lovely host full of information about the area. the down side was the internet not working in the rooms. they mislead you saying the Wi-Fi works in the room. It basically didn't work unless you were in the lobby area. The rooms are very large and clean, the air condition worked great, but the bathroom did have some mold around the caulking areas, I suppose that's to be expected at most hotels in Argentina since it seems to be a theme at most places I stay at. For the price it's a great option, if I ever returned I would definitely stay at Kelta. BTW for US citizens wanting to go to the Brazilian side of the falls, you need to have a visa prior to your arrival. If you try to obtain a visa in Iguazu it takes at least 48-72 hrs for them to process your request.

We stayed 1 night after a 22h bus drive so we were really happy to feel welcomed at Kelta. The room, service, wifi amd the pool for the price were exactly what we were expecting. We recommand, no doubt!!

Hotel was clean and well located. The bus stop to Argentinian sides of the falls were just around the corner and the bus terminal where the bys went to the Brasilian side wasn't far either. The owners speak good English and everyone was friendly.

We had a great experience! All was comfortable and smooth. The staff was very helpful with all our questions in both English and Spanish. Breakfast was good. Sitting poolside in the afternoons after visiting the Falls was a particular treat. Well priced. Great location walking distance from the downtown and several good restaurants. Thanks to Gaston and Verona for a great visit!

Good location, friendly staff, tasty breakfast, big room. I liked everything, though, perhaps I was just lucky.
