Summary:
Absolutely stunning 2nd row beach house with 8 bedrooms including a fabulously fun bunk room for the kids with 4 full size beds. The remaining 7 bedrooms each have a king size bed. Separate private office has a queen pull out sofa bed. There also is a pack n play provided. Professionally decorated with all new furnishings along with a well outfitted kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Large pool with covered patio and outdoor shower. Public beach access is just steps away. Nearby Chaplin Park provides tennis courts, soccer field, basketball, and playground.
The Space:
The house is located on 2nd The row beach front. The home has 8 bedrooms with bunk room for the kids with 4 full size beds. The remaining bedrooms feature King size beds. There is a pack n play provided.
This home provides a coffee maker that accommodates both K-cup and brew. The home is kid friendly. The garage has a ping pong table and and EV-Charger for those who are driving electric vehicles. There is a large pool with covered patio, and a Hot Tub.
Guest Access:
Guest will receive the door code 48 hrs prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
The Neighborhood is located next to a park which you can enjoy. The beach is only minutes away from the house.
Getting Around:
There are plenty of bike rental companies on the island that will deliver and pick-up bikes. There are also golf cart rental companies that will do the same. Beach essentials are provided, these include 12 beach chairs, beach wagon, some beach toys for the kids, and a 10x10 tent.
Other Things to Note:
Parking on Hilton Head Island is strictly enforced. No street parking is allowed. Noise ordinance is 10PM-8AM, however is monitored 24hrs a day. Hanging towels or other items on porch railings is prohibited. For your safety, we have installed cameras on the front porch and near the garage doors.
Interaction with Guests:
The management team will be available for any problems or questions you may have.

This house is perfect for any Hilton Head family vacation. The beach is a short safe walk from the house, just right for our family pictures and beach vow renewal. The beach wagon was used along with beach chairs. When we returned back there was an outdoor hose to wash what we used off to keep it clean.
Every couple had their own private bedroom and bath. The kiddos had their space upstairs with a bathroom.
The pool was the perfect size for our family of 12 and the hot tub was enjoyed by all. Plenty of space for people to sit poolside or for those who wanted the shade under the fan. The shower located outside was perfect to wash off from the beach or pool.
The patio in the back was nice extra space for people to enjoy. We didn’t use the bbq but it was nice knowing it was there in case.
The location to restaurants, grocery stores, miniature golf, bike/running paths were great knowing everyone utilized everything around the local area.
The management company was FABULOUS with response times and answering questions. Definitely a place for families to rent to enjoy each others time, the beach, and the local entertainment

We enjoyed staying at this property! Elise was very responsive, kind, and helpful. When we had a minor inconvenience, she responded quickly and fixed the issue. Great location and a very short walk to beach access. The house has all king beds (minus the bunk beds) which is always a plus. Only downfalls were that we wished there was a bathroom by the pool and another full bathroom on the third floor. We otherwise enjoyed our stay and recommend this house!

Great house for our family of 23. House was spacious, clean and a quick walk to the beach. Host was quick to respond when we had any questions or concerns.
We would stay here again when visiting Hilton Head!

The home is perfect for a large group. We had 8 adults and 7 children. Room for everyone. Family friendly with high chair, pack n play, bunk beds, beach chairs, beach wagon and tent, pool table.
Large fridge, great appliances, fully stocked kitchen, double washers and dryers, etc.

This property was wonderful. You are just steps from a beach access point, walking pathways, and a park with fields. Most of the grocery stores are within a 5-7 minute drive and there are several nice golf courses very close by. There are a lot of dining options within 10 minutes of the house as well. The property was immaculate and looked just as nice, if not better, than the photos portrayed. The pool and hot tub were musts for our family and used quite a lot. The outdoor lounge areas were great and the home offered plenty of space for all 13 of us to spread out and not feel like we were on top of each other. The hosts provided beach items like chairs, a tent, and toys that can be used. They were very communicative any time I reached out during the week as well.

House tastefully decorated, had all of the necessary appliances and accompaniments. Did not have a Keurig but did have a coffee maker. Excellent location to beach, close to shopping and golf courses. Ample space for our group of 12 adult ladies. Would highly recommend this home and would definitely consider returning.

Our family of 24 people gathered for a 4 day weekend for my husbands 60th birthday. This home was very warm and welcoming, spacious and supplied with everything imaginable right down to the smallest of items, they thought of EVERYTHING! There is a grocery store (Kroger) close by that will have anything you need for groceries.
Beach access is steps away and the home is equipped with beach chairs, canopy tent and wagon to help get items to the beach
The property manager was very attentive to our questions and needs, which only was that we wanted the pool heated, kudos to Elise and Ken!

11 of my friends and I booked a stay at this house for a group trip and couldn't have been happier with everything. The house itself was fully updated and spacious. It was also steps to a beautiful beach, amazing pool and hot tub. It was also very close to local restaurants, bars and amenities. Although we did spend so much time at the house grilling and hanging out because it was so perfect for what we wanted. The host was also very communicative and easily reachable which we appreciated. Highly recommend for larger groups that are looking for an updated, comfortable property with access to lots of beachy and Hilton Head attractions.

The house was beautiful, very clean and fully equiped. Bedrooms we all large most had bathrooms attached. Comom areas we open and very large. Pool and hot tub were outstanding. Lcocation was a 100 yards from beautiful beach. Also. Located near shopping, resturant,golf and all other amenities. Our group couldhave asked for Anything better. We all had a wonderfull time and would book this proprrty again in a new york minute.

Our group of 11 adults had a great stay at this beautiful new home. Super close to a gorgeous beach, and easy to access other HHI restaurants, sites, and nature. House layout works extremely well for large groups, with plenty of space to spread out and most bedrooms having their own bathrooms. We had a wonderful stay.

This was a wonderful stay. The house was beautiful and the location was great. The amenities were top notch. Each family member enjoyed their stay. Ken was a pleasure to deal with and he was very communicative. If we decide to come back to Hilton Head this definitively will be the primary choice to stay.

16 adults and 3 young kids stayed at the property. The house was very clean upon arrival. It fit us comfortably and was the perfect setting for a family reunion. Kitchen had plenty of dishes, glasses, serving dishes and utensils. We loved gathering in the family room, on the back porch, around the pool and hot tub. We will definitely be back! Was a huge hit! Can't be the location - proximity to the beach is incredible!

Beautiful and spacious house for multiple families. I came with friends and we had plenty of room. Pool and hot tub were perfect amenities. It’s a short walk to a beautiful beach. The oven was tricky to use but everything else was top notch. I would definitely come back.

We have a week long extended family vacation (ages 10 to 80) and this house was perfect! They have thought of alot of extras to make your stay easy from beach toys, beach wagon, beach towels, 2 sets of washer/dryers. It was amazing. Communication with Kenneth was top notch! Highly recommend.

This house is new and beautifully decorated. The pictures are very accurate. It accommodated our group of 15 nicely. The kitchen had everything we need for a large group. The beach is within close walking distance. The pool and hot tub were used daily. The property manager had great communication and was very accommodating. Overall great experience and would stay here again in the future.

This house was new, beautifully decorated, and very clean. It accommodated our large group nicely by fulfilling all our expectations. The beach was within close walking distance. There was adequate parking. The kitchen was fully stocked and had a large table in the dining area. The pool/hot tub area was very nice along with sitting area with TV and ping-pong table. We did have one problem that needed attention. Ken promptly took care of it. And added plus, was close proximity to a park where we used the pickleball/basketball courts, and kids play area. If we come back to HHI next year, we would definitely like to stay at this house!

This home comfortably slept 16 adults and 6 children, we loved that the majority of the rooms had an en suite. It was clean and spacious. It’s about as close to the beach as you can get. I would recommend bringing your typical necessities like toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, propane, dish towels, etc. If you plan on using the pull out couch you may want to bring sheets, pillows, and a blanket for that. Beautiful home and we had a great time

This is a wonderful property with all the amenities you'll need for a great time on the Island. From the spacious rooms, awesome kitchen and pool/hot tub, it was a great place to stay. The proximity to the beach was great as well. The property managers had great communication with us leading up to the trip and was very accommodating. Overall great experience and would return in the future.

To say this house had it all would be an understatement. Beautiful, practically brand new, perfect layout, amazing kitchen fit for my chef of a brother in law, the closest we’ve ever stayed to the beach (this is our 5th visit to the island), super close to a park that had tennis courts, basketball courts, soccer fields, and great playground. Bikeable to shops, scenery and restaurants. All 18 of us enjoyed a comfy bed to sleep in. A TV in every room, including the covered outdoor deck area and hot tub area (also inclusive of ceiling fans). Wonderful pool. The list goes on. We would one million percent stay in this home again the next time we visit HHI. Thank you for sharing your beautiful cottage by the sea with us!

Had an amazing stay at this house. The beds were comfortable and there was more than enough space for everyone to hang out together. Great communication from the property manager, any issues we had were resolved immediately. Truly a great house and location.

This house is truly amazing!!! The interior is finished perfectly, location is fantastic, and has everything you could possibly need for a weekend getaway at the beach. Looks exactly like the photos! It was perfect for our group of 16 adults and we had more than enough room. The owner was also very responsive and helped with arrangements for a delivery prior to check in, which was very much appreciated. There is a bit of construction in the area and a house going up on the side of the pool, but we didn’t mind. We also couldn’t figure out how to turn on the hot tub, but could have been operator error - we informed the host regardless. Overall, a great experience and we will definitely be back!

This house is absolutely stunning. It has everything you could possibly need. Plenty of room to spread out. It’s the closest house within walking distance to the beach- very short and enjoyable walk. The pool is very refreshing and there are many outdoor areas to gather and socialize; perfect for a large family or friend gathering. Entertainment options galore! The beds were extremely comfortable and accommodating. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need. A perfect weekend getaway.

This house is great! Very stylish, super spacious and in walking distance to the beach. All of our guests had plenty of room and were happy with their stay. The only issues we had was on VRBO's end.
