Only issue was that I could not get my Model Y into the driveway without bottoming out. No worries!

We were so pleased with this property and the location. The neighborhood is very nice and felt completely safe. The house was clean and well appointed with everything we needed. The managers were responsive and helpful with any questions. This house is the top of my list for future stays in Austin!

Listing was spot on - no surprises, everything in order. The mid century home is full of thoughtful little details - we quickly felt right at home. A/C, appliances etc all worked well. The neighborhood is charming and quiet, and we were a quick Uber or car ride away from everything we could want. However, there we nights we felt so at home we just hung on the sofa streaming shows. A great place!

Chereen was great with communication from the moment I booked. Had a little hiccup and she was able to help. The place is nice and clean. Nice little welcome goodies waited for us. Very quiet neighborhood and close to many things to do. The only thing was that it did not feel very private as there are several units around it, and the one next to ours had their blinds open the entire time we were there. It was uncomfortable to have ours open as well. Other than this, I would definitely recommend this little place for anyone traveling to Austin. Thank you!

The home was decorated beautifully. My favorite room was the kitchen. I really appreciated the welcome basket. 10/10 I would highly recommend this property.

Property was as described. Hosts thought of every little detail to make us feel at home. The welcome basket with treats and a booklet of things to do/places to dine was thoughtful. We traveled with our two small dogs who also enjoyed their stay. Would definitely book this home again!

Great Property! Lovely front patio. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of trash bags, paper towels and basic staples. Comfortable beds and pillows. Great shower! Air conditioning worked well. Full sized washer and dryer. As a stretch, only complaint we only had 4 towels. Not even a real complaint! All excellent!

Honestly, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Quiet and clean and in a great neighborhood.

We had a few days to stay in Austin with our two kids (ages 7 and 4). The property was the perfect size for us. Beds were comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed to make a basic meal, and the toiletries provided in the bathroom were good quality. We came during a heat wave when the highs in the afternoon got to 104F everyday and the house was able to stay cool and comfortable. I would definitely recommend to a friend to stay here and will probably stay here if I ever visit Austin again.
Just wanted to mention some things that would be good to know when planning a trip. Keep in mind the host really can't do anything about these things.
1. One can totally walk to SoCo district but not all the streets in the neighborhood have sidewalks.
2. When you are driving in the neighborhood, there are speed humps that are not well marked. Keep an eye out.
3. The neighborhood is very much a quiet neighborhood. If you want to party like it's 1999, this is not the place for you.
4. The carport is spacious but if you have a large SUV you will probably need to park on the street. We drove our Nissan Pathfinder and it fit in our space well enough but anyone who needed to get in on the passenger side had to wait for me to pull out before they could get in.

Lovely spot for a break. It's about a 20 minute walk to SoCo and about 40 minutes to downtown. Everything you need is supplied, and shopping is close by to provision up.

The host had thought of everything on our quaint little stay! Great variety of snacks from locals vendors, suggestion cards on any and everything Austin, and great attention to detail in the decor. We will stay again in the future.

Great Neighborhood. Nice kitchen. 10-15 mins away from everything. Loved the location!

Property was in great location. Close to downtown, Rainy, Congress, and 6th streets. We took longs walks each morning checking out neighborhood and trails along riverfront.
House was clean, furniture and beds comfy and well thought out. Check in and out easy.
Had a couple questions while we were there and management responded immediately.
Will be back to Austin and will stay in one of these properties again. Highly recommend.

Nice location, simple set up.

Management company is very "corporate". If you have a question or issue they are very impersonal and give you canned, legally vetted responses. The property is very clean. It is half of a duplex, that is not clear from the listing. Overall it is a nise property.

From the communication before our stay, to the soft music playing and welcome basket upon arrival….everything was perfect! The place was beautiful, clean and had all the necessities that make it easy to just set up home quickly for our getaway. Thank you for making everything about our experience wonderful!

Such a lovely neighborhood! About 15-20 min easy walking distance to shops/restaurants in one direction and the lake in another. Place had everything we needed. Really enjoyed spending an evening out on the front porch.

We were looking for a quiet place to stay, rest, and work while my son participated at a swim meet at UT. This place was just what we were looking for. Plenty of space for us and quiet.

This is a really nice place. We crashed here for a night on our way through Austin and enjoyed it. The front/side deck is a great place to sit and enjoy the sun.
