The Camelia Cabin was small for three people but we managed okay. Both John and Annemarie were very hospitable. Although they are relatively newish running the park, they did a great job looking after their guests.

Everything was good and near by

The cabin was rundown and needed a little attention. There were no bathroom facilities in our cabin which wasn’t clear when we booked. Our dtay was overpriced for the condition of the cabin we were in.

Lovely area, the oral cottage is a great cabin

When booking through wotif was not informed that the cabin had no ensuit . The showers were very poor with poor water pressure. We had no power when we arrived but was turned on shortly after arrival but came back last the next day to find that the power had been turned back off so the cabin was freezing cold.

Cabin was a bit old and run down compared to other Parks especially ones that are Members of the Discovery & Big 4 group.
Receptionist was very friendly and helpful but generally Cabin needed an upgrade and a good cleaning.

Obviously apart from the location, after all the years of staying at different locations, this was the first time I didn't have to clean something 🙂 The pine cottage was totally spotless,an absolute pleasure.Credit to all involved.

Quiet , well appointed cabin in a superb location. Very friendly and accomodating staff. Suited our visit to Daylesford perfectly.

Very small. Hard bed, bare minimum crockery and cutlery. Disappointing for the money.

The Cabin was small, dark and dingy. Some lights didn't work. The inside of the oven had still had used oil (smelly) in the drip tray. Cabin fittings were ancient and the only sofa, which I think was a pull out double bed was terribly uncomfortable. The property was rated as a family cabin but had only one dinner knife (which had old food stuck to it ) & two large coffee cups. One of the worst cabins we have ever stayed in and was charged top dollar for the pleasure. We had two nights booked but got a credit for the second night ( thank you to the nice lady at the front desk) but would have left after one night regardless.

NOT DOG FRIENDLY - Decided to stay there because it is advertised as pet friendly on WotIf. I asked for confirmation three months before the booking and they never got back to me. WotIf confirmed that it was pet friendly as they have it in that category. But when I did the virtual check in the holiday park found the cabin didn’t allow pets - no refund even though it was misleading.

The Daylesford Holiday Park was clean, warm and quiet when we stayed. It's just out of town, so you do need a car, but it's a short drive to everything Daylesford has to offer. It's nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of the busy main street of town, if you prefer to have your own space. The room was clean, comfortable and we would stay here again in the future. Having the lights and heating turned on for our arrival was a nice touch, especially on such a cold winters day!

Cabin was ok for the price charged. Clean rooms, plenty of bed options for family of 6, close to town (within 2mins driving distance), and very quiet area.

we really enjoyed our stay at ...Daylesford Victoria caravan park..our first time to the area ,,new owner were very helpful cheerful and welcoming..every place we wanted to visit was close or only above an hour like Bendigo ...our cabin was very clean with kitchen kitted out ,with new pot etc microwave , toaster and mini oven stove top, lil fridge to store was goods to prepare our own food that we soured from coles in town... our cabin didn't include a shower or toilet ,, that wasn't a problem a the shower and toilet block was only 1 cabin away and was always very clean and could access any time day or night.
the site was quiet ,,,next to our cabin was a modern playground and a free camp kitchen/shelter bbq area with seating bench fridge stove with kitchen available microwave and vending machine all for visitors to use ..enter into site was via a key coded enter which felt more secure,,well worth the visit ..price was good for cabin also had double bed and sleep 4 in bunk beds .privacy via curtain for a small we didn't feel overcrowded ..looking forward to bringing family and friends back..and spreading the word about the place.

The caravan park was basic, comfortable and clean and it was a short walk to Lake Daylesford and the town centre. Very affordable self-contained accommodation near the city centre.
