I bought a room for my girlfriend as she was traveling to Buffalo for business. The criminals at this hotel threw my girlfriend out onto the street at 10:30 at night due to their policies on check-in ages. This probably wouldn’t have been a problem except for the fact that they refused to refund my money, so they denied me the service that I paid for then took my money and ran. When I spoke to the night manager (Autumn? Aubrey? Something like that) she told me there was nothing she could do about the age policy (which seems ridiculous, but fine, policy is policy) and that she would be happy to issue a refund once I submitted a case with hotels.com She lied. The Curtiss took my money and ran and denied the refund after throwing my girlfriend out into the street after a stressful 6 hour journey because she was 2 days younger than the minimum checkin age. If they had simply thrown her out and refunded the money? This review wouldn’t have been written. Do not stay here. This place is run by thieves

Beautiful and extremely huge room! Loved the sitting area with bar. From the lights to temp control, everything was Smart technology. Palatial bathroom w jacuzzi tub. Such luxuries were greatly appreciated!

The front desk at check in and check out was not very friendly, didn't really smile, and I didn't feel welcome...almost like they didn't think I was supposed to be there. I was in town on business - despite the gorgeous hotel accommodations, I can't get past how the two ladies made me feel. Not sure I will stay again.

The hotel was amazing! Only concern was the air in the room. It was very hot at one point. Service desk downstairs were able to adjust it for us! Beautiful location and just overall romantic feel!

The hotel was conveniently located downtown. Parking was easy with the valet available and a lot across the street. The bathroom situation is amazing. If you don’t like Buffalo, just hang out in the bathroom of your hotel room. The roof top bar was pretty cool, offering views of downtown. Plenty of dining options as well as night life available. Overall, this hotel is very, very nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

this is a beautiful hotel and we will definitely be back. Beautiful old-school charm and very well-maintained. The only negative is the lighting in the bathroom is very poor and it’s difficult to apply make up even with the stand alone lighted mirror that was provided. Otherwise this hotel gets the highest rating from us.

Amazing room (facing parking garage fyi) super comfortable with nice touches (washlet and push button shower). Facilities in lovely shape too. Food and service at dinner was ok but not up to level of hotel on the night we ate there. Super cool rooftop bar. Area was quiet (long weekend for Can but downtown seemed empty. Great galleries in town and lots of food and drink options. Pleasantly surprised by Buffalo.

Walls are paper thin; I could hear everything in the room next door. I could also clearly hear constant loud slamming doors in the hallway, especially in the morning (maybe housekeeping?).
