When I arrived to the hotel I was told I had to pay a mandatory additional "resort fee" of US $36 for each night of my stay for beach chairs and towels that I wasnt interested in.

It was an amazing experience. The hotel is really well located and the staff really polite and willing to help. Reinaldo, the receptionist even helped with some videos. I would stay here again for sure.

I was so impressed by this hotel and its efficient staff. My room was stylish and comfortable and welcoming. The many amenities were excellent and the employees are very helpful and friendly. The location is terrific, as it is close to many attractions. This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at in South Beach. Highly recommended.

The hotel is well located but all rooms, reception, corridor and elevator had so much mold that we had an allergic crises that we all had to take medicines for that.

When I arrived, the person at the front desk told me that my room was not available and they were moving me to their sister property (a significant downgrade and ~1 mile away). They told me that I was notified by management, which I wasn't. Then changed their story 3x on why the room wasn't available: first, overbooked, then issue with the room, then a water leak. I asked for a refund and they said no, and then i asked for an uber to take me and my things and they said they don't do that. The sister property: Crest, the bed sunk in the middle as if the mattress was 20 years old. The whole experience was awful and left a bad taste in my mouth the entire stay. Horrible customer service and awful bed.

great location and friendly staff, small rooms but comfortable

I think a watermelon or something broke in the walls, there was a horrendous mildew smell all throughout the hotel. The manage was rude and dismissive. The supervisor and the rest of the staff were amazing though. Nice area overall. The elevator safety certificate was also over a year expired.

We had amazing experience at this hotel, specially for the staff (Luis, Reynaldo, Alicia and Heidi. Thanks for everything guys!
The hotel and all the amenities was ok. Location awesome!

Heidi was an amazing hostess. I walk with a cane and she made sure i was comfortable and helped with my luggage. She was always available when i needed her.

The staff was extremely friendly, courteous and professional. The hotel was very nice and clean. Close to the beach and near tons of food. However, from my room, I could hear every door open and close on my floor and even when people got on and off the elevator. Also the bathroom was awkwardly built and small, with the sink outside the bathroom.

Location was excellent. Easy walking distance to the beach boardwalks and easy walking distance to the Plaza De Espana - great food. Easy walking to the Lincoln Road shopping area which was next to the Holocaust Memorial - wow - and the Botanical Gardens - so pretty - all free.

Both the website hotels.com and the reservation email stated that there was parking available, which is completly untrue! They offer a valet for $46 a day, or near by parking that's $20 overnight as long as it's not taken out for 24 hours, otherwise is $2 per hour. The front desk mentioned, that they share their parking and that sometimes they had space available, but they never had any for me.
I mentioned it to the front desk, which by the way, took 20 minutes to acknowledge I was there, and she was more worried about her make-up than helping me, and gave me attitude about my complaint about the parking situation.
I called to hotels.com, and management dare said that I never stated my complaints, when I did, but was brushed away.
It was very inconvenient for me, who has 2 kids and was traveling due to the hurricane. They also did not mention the very small size of the room. Again, I had to stay at this hotel for Milton, and I had to leave half my items in my car that as mentioned, was not close by in case of an emergency.
And they never had a working phone you could call the front desk.
Only good thing was that I forgot 2 items, they retrieve them and gave them back.

Fair for the price. No breakfast ( only coffee). Bad smell at the entrance but notmal in the room. Kind personnel.

Rooms are a bit dusty. Bathrooms very outdated. Lighting in the rooms very dark. Overall, okay for the price and a good location.

Casa Boutique Hotel is a nice place to stay in South Beach; you get a lot for what you pay to stay there. The staff members there are excellent with great customer service. The location is also excellent and is within walking distance of pretty much all major South Beach attractions. The interior of the property itself could use a little updating and it occasionally smelled a little odd. It’s overall a great hotel and I’d recommend it!

The cutest little boutique hotel!! with a super fun and friendly Italian restaurant attached. Close to the beach with beach amenities included. Staff was very helpful and very friendly and nice. Loved it. Its in a hopping neighborhood so can be a little loud in the evenings

The location was great, staff were super nice and let us store our bags, bed was comfy. The noise from our room was fairly loud. We were tired enough to sleep but for a light sleeper you probably wouldn’t be able to.

Definitely a great place to stay.

Beautiful, clean, and organized hotel. Highly recommend

My only complaint is the restaurant servers clogging the lobby and the front door. I ALWAYS had to say excuse me to use the front door to enter or make my way to the elevator. Most people are bi-lingual and can understand their comments as you pass. Most hotels have restaurants and I have never encountered this before

The hotel was extremely clean and was within walking distance to restaurants and the beach. I was most impressed by the level of service we received at the front desk. Even though check-in time was 4 pm, we arrived at 9 am because we came directly from our cruise. We were tired, hot, and did not have a car. The front desk lady was very kind and understanding and was able to let us check into our room at 9:30 am. We even received a hand-written note welcoming us and a bottle of wine.
The only negative thing about this property is because of its location, it was very noisy at night. Music was booming, you can hear people talking, babies crying, cars revving, it was loud. But luckily everything quiet down by midnight or so.

Convenient location. Bad smell in elevator lobby.

Hotel is ok but they lied about the washer/dryer available in the property. There is none.
I chose this more expensive hotel only for this reason and got scammed.

Nice area to walk around South Beach.

Hotel was nice/cozy intimate. Even though this was an older property the upgrades were nice. The staff were super nice. Only downside which is not any fault of the property is the on street parking is a bit pricey which I guess is to be expected when you are on South Beach. Would definitely visit this property again

My room was in the back corner of the building that looked out over teo alley ways - neither very pretty.
The shower has seen better days and there was some water dripping from the ceiling onto the tired carpet. The blinds were down & i kept them down owing to the dingy view out the back.
The bed was huge and comfortable and my room was tidied really well whilst i was out. Great job there. There was only a small fridge & a safe in the room and no way to make hot drinks. That might be a US thing.
But the staff were great. Very welcoming & helpful. The restaurant next doorbserved great Italian food and their service was 2nd to none. The hotel interior may look tired but the staff make up for this. Would i stay there again - likely not.

Great place to stay, the staff and the food were excellent, the Italian restaurant next to the hotel was great

Great location! Friendly staff!

This was a fine Miami Beach hotel. The location was excellent and the staff was very helpful. However, the great location made it very loud. Between the music from the restaurant below and the street, as well as the grease cleaner for the restaurant, it made it hard to sleep. The staff did offer to move us, but I am not sure it would have helped.

Great location! Probably the heat haha

A little noisy. You can hear the streets, other rooms above head, and people walking down staris.

Location was perfect. Right next to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The staff was really friendly. The room was basic but fine for a one night stay and served its purpose. Room felt kind of dark. You could hear everything going on in the lobby which may bother some people. Finding parking was the big downside. Nightmare I might say. The nearest one was a couple blocks away and it was full so we drove around for a while looking for parking. Overall, our stay was just okay. Thankful for the great staff.
