A beautiful location on the Lake Champlain with the Lake Champlain Golf Course at their doorstep as well as the Noah Spa. Our room with a view of Lake Champlain was very spacious with excellent Scandinavian type furniture and design. The food at their restaurant “ Le Greg Bistro” was excellent as well as their very extensive wine selection.

Very pleasant facility and staff.
Clean, well furnished, modern room.
Luxury bathroom.
Loved having a view of the lake.
Would definitely stay here again.
Cons:
In the middle of my short shower, the water pressure dropped to almost nothing. It came back after about 3 minutes, but it was an awkward 3 minutes trying to figure out how to rinse off the soap. I assume this was a one-off and not something that happens regularly.
The bed frames extend past the mattresses. They look nice, but they are dangerous to the shins, especially in the dark. Ask me how I figured this out.
And this one isn't the hotel's fault, but it's a design problem: the occupants of the room above us woke quite early, and for the next two hours sounded like they were running back and forth across the floor incessantly. It put a damper on our nice relaxing morning.

Beautiful hotel and grounds. Shopping nearbye is very limited w few dining options ouside of the hotel. Use of the pools shown in the pictures is around 80 additional dollars per day. Mid week is less but shorter hours.

I have been satisfied with the room service at the hotel, especially with the towel service. However, we did receive some towels that, despite being clean, were already in a worn-out condition. Additionally, during check-out, the receptionist mentioned that we would be charged for the deposit even though it had already been paid, which caused some delay. We understand that these things can happen, but we suggest that it doesn’t happen again as we would like to return for another stay.

A very modern, clean, Euro-centric designed hotel, with plenty of space in the room. One side of the hotel has views of Lake Champlain and the other faces primarily green space. We were very happy with the accommodations, especially since we had a good price for our room.

We found this place by luck. We were looking for a pit stop hotel near the borders and Venise-en-Quebec showed up. We have been very lucky! This hotel is modern, clean and very well located. The food at the restaurant is very good as well. It’s easy to picture how lively it must be during the summer days. We will definitely stay there again and we recommend this place without hesitation.

First off the hotel was clean and that is most important. This is not a 4 star facility by any means. I believe that most of the Google reviews for this hotel were fake. The staff was very rude and not welcoming at all. We wanted to check out the pool / spa area but it was 30 mins till close and that is an extra fee. Next up was the restaurant. I had very low expectations for it and it was even worse then I expected. The staff was very rude and the food was awful and very expensive. It's a classic pay extra to be by the water. They also had the song Vienna by Billy Joel playing on repeat the whole time we were there. It was such a strange experience that I thought it might be a gag? I wouldn't recommend this place at all. I would drive to the city and skip this place.

Amazing place !! Rooms are very new, clean and really nice. My only negative point is the restaurant - only place open in town is the hotel restaurant on Sunday night ; which was very pricey and in my experience not worth the cost. However, Breakfast and Brunch is worth it !!

A wonderful spot to recoup after being in the city for a few days. The spa was incredible but a bit costly. It would have been nice to have a discount for people staying at the hotel but I definitely recommend the water features if nothing else. Be well. Nancy T

The hotel was very nice, the decor was modern and comfortable. The only problem are the very sharp corners of the furniture. My husband and I both hurt ourselves. The service at the restaurant for breakfast was extremely slow and therefore we could not make our checkout at 11 am. I tried to negociate a later checkout, since it was not our fault, and the person at the counter made it very difficult. She finally agreed to give us an hour more.

Gorgeous, large apartment facing the lake, unexpected and nice contemporary furniture, modern gadgets everywhere, all amenities described were available.
The only minor downside was (in the morning) the noise from the motorcycles in the parking lot.
Greg’s Bistro serves some unusual yet tasty, well designed dishes, and the service was nice.

Booked here on the way from the US to Montreal. Nice, large and clean room. However, the bathroom is not in a separate room - there is only a curtain separating the sink from the rest of the room. Not a very good solution (gets a bit noisy for no good reason). There are only sliding doors to the shower and toilet, not proper doors. Also not a great design (doesn't close very tightly).
There is a very nice spa built together with the hotel. When we arrived, we asked if we could use it, and they said yes. It closed at 20:00 (actually, they turned off the jets at 19:45), but we spent about 20 minutes there. In the morning we want back, but then the staff at the spa said we weren't allowed there. I went back to reception to check, and was told that it would cost $65 per person (for a day pass) to use the spa. Not worth it, since we were leaving in an hour. Confusing policy, and could have been communicated much better from the hotel.
We had breakfast in the restaurant. Not included, and you order from a waitress (i.e. not a buffet). Cost from 18 to 23 dollars before tax and tip. But the breakfast was very good!
Note: our GPS put us about 1 km north east when we put the address in - not sure if the GPS was wrong, or the address, but good to be aware of.
