Loved the location and the overall quality of the hotel. I was there on a vacation trip with my daughter. While the room was small, we loved having the kitchenette and Nespresso was a huge plus. We booked for 5 nights and would recommend the hotel but not the basement rooms. It might be ok for a night but after a day or so we never really knew what time of day it was.

Small but clean and comfortable room right at Covent garden with multiple underground stops nearby. Kitchenette has toaster, microwave, Nespresso, pots and pans for the stove, plates, glasses, utensils, mini fridge. Very small but very functional. Would highly recommend.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Room was clean and perfect for a few days.

Perfect location. Everything is walking distance: bus, underground, food and shopping. Room is a bit small but that’s expected in London.
Kitchenette is fantastic, we especially booked this place due to the ability to prepare some food for my young kid. Won’t hesitate to stay here again next time. Best decision we made.

Staff are friendly, location is perfect to walk to a bunch of tourist locations, west end venues and food options. Close to public transport too. Rooms are cosy but space is designed well. Will definitely stay here again!

Was nice.

We stayed here in July and August. We were able to walk to so many locations from the hotel. Buckingham Palace was an easy 30 minute walk. The horse guards and the London eye was only a 20 minute walk. It was so convenient to the tube, bus stops and the hop on hop off buses. A bonus was that there were so many restaurants/pubs to choose from and the musical SIX was performing across tue street. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

I think it was the most practical hotel room I've ever stayed in. I lost count of how many sockets there were in the room. Even this detail is actually enough to explain its comfort. There are many positive things to consider, such as the kitchen products, the design of the room, and the comfort of the bed. Even being able to manage everything with buttons is admirable. The location is great, the staff is friendly and helpful. It is a city hotel that I will definitely choose on my next visit.

Room too small, smart furniture design

Monica went above and beyond to get a room for me and showed me all the amenities of the room.

The location of the hotel is great ! However the setup of the room just didn’t work for us. It might work for a person staying alone but for a couple it is challenging to get in and out of bed when access is only from one side.

Very helpful staff

Inexpensive compared to competition and it showed.

Good location, well stocked apartments just a couple of stains on chair/curtain, hole in throw and kettle didn't work.

Great location amazing accommodation

Great reception from the team there. Had a basement room which had excellent aircon and was really well equipped.

We are a family of 4 with two adult children. We reserved a room with "two singles" for them. What that turned out to be was two twin matresses on a king sized platform. Not ideal for 2 twenty-something males. The website is not site specific, so while there are pictures of lobbies and buffet spreads, the Covent Garden location has only an entryway large enough for 6 people with luggage. There are no phones. You communicate with reception through WhatsApp, so response is not always immediate. There is a varied amount of space depending on room and I cannot imagine an extended stay with a lot of clothes. There are only two folding wooden chairs for seating in most studios, so you really can only sit on the bed if you are watching TV. The best thing about our stay was the location. Bathrooms are very tight. My son's knees touched the wall when seated on the toilet. You get what you pay for.

Great hotel - excellent location. Basement windowless rooms are good - but it's a bit claustrophobic with no windows. Had one night with a window and much better!

Very nicely appointed room. Everything you would need for a weekend stay. Hanging space is limited. Absolutely fantastic location. Short walk to many major attractions and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this property.

Fantastic location and a great base to see London and such a great value. Rooms are small and well designed and have everything you need. Would definitely stay there again.

Convenient and close to 3 train stations. However, shower needs to be fixed. It’s leaking to the extend that water pooling outside the shower screen.

Stayed 1 night before a business meeting and was impressed. It's a self-service type of hotel but the person in reception was very helpful. Room itself was small but stylish, clean and comfortable. It has a mini-kitchen which I didn't use but it looked good.
Recommended.

Great location near bus, tube, train and boat connections. The rooms are small. We chose a basement room; great value if you’re mostly out and about but not a great room to relax in. Every inch is carefully arranged to squeeze the most out of the small footprint. Wonderful staff and I like the free drinks in the morning and evening. Would book again.

Liked the location but I didn’t realize I booked a room that was way too small. Plus the shower consistently drained out of the door onto the floor if it wasn’t perfectly closed. Other than that it was fine.

I was very satisfied with the service of the staff and the complimentary water and milk that they provide. It is walkable to most attractions and is close to food establishments and transportation. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who visits London.
5.0
It was a compact room, but sufficient and comfortable
1.5
Rooms were very tiny. The bed was wedged between three walls with the only access climbing in from the foot.
We were in London for a few days prior to catching a cruise ship so we had several pieces of luggage with almost no room for storage.
Room cleaning was only offered for an extra fee each day.
The location was wonderful and was the best part of the stay.

Really nice conveniences in the room. Excellent to have a mini kitchen, toaster and kettle. The views from my room were beautiful

First time staying at a Wilde property and thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was spotless and had great amenities, even if the lighting/blinds etc took a bit of working out (even as a tech-savvy millennial!). My only disappointment is that when booking a twin room, the two single beds were pushed together so it still felt like a double - this may just have been the room we stayed in though. It also meant to access the farthest bed you had to climb up onto the raised platform that the beds were on, or climb across the other bed - fine for me, but not so much for my 70 year old Mum!
Great location for visiting the theatre, close to Covent Garden and easy access to everything you need.
Thanks for a lovely stay!

Very clean, friendly staff. Rooms are on the smaller side, but we did not spend much time in the room. Very walkable!

Service was incredible. The bed was "out of this world" comfortable! Very cute kitchen. The location was perfect; walking distance to almost everything we went to. Free snacks.

Very nice and friendly straff. The locations are the best, close to everything!!
The rom was a little bit small for three persons. The bathroom should have walls around the shower to provide making the whole bathroom wet when showering. There should have been a bench surrounded the bathroom sink to put stuff on.
We had a room upstairs, but they had a two story basement with rooms aswell. Happy we were not placed there.
Hotels.com said there was breakfast served at the hotel. That was wrong, and that information should be changed.
All in all a pleasant stay.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. It was a bit of a surprise on how small the unit was. It was hard to have two people in the unit but the stay was very good overall.
The street where the property is located is very quiet and clean but if you walk to the corner of the main street it is very dirty and not always safe in the evening.
2.5
Room was compact but very well equipped, modern, cozy. Great location.
5.0
Great location. Compact rooms but that’s all you need when you’re only just sleeping.
