This property is great! Had everything you could need. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, garage, community pool (although we didn't have time to enjoy it), and a gas fireplace! Neighborhood is quiet. Host response was quick! Wish we had more time to enjoy the pool. Would stay here again!

We came out to the area from Ohio for Baseball Spring Training. The location was perfect for watching our team in Goodyear and was close to interstates for traveling to away games.
The condo itself is, in a word, AMAZING! Pictures don’t do it justice. Comfortable beds, beautiful decor, every amenity you would need in the kitchen, and lots of extras like towels and totes for the pool.
Comunication with Trini was flawless.
We would highly recommend this listing!

Beautiful property. Very clean. Kitchen was very well stocked. Nice outside sitting areas and pool. Nice walking paths around the neighborhood. Would definitely book again if we are in the area.

We found this villa in Litchfield Park to be a perfect home for our family during our time in Phoenix. The floor plan is good in that it provides some privacy for all. Everything was so clean and organized. And then just outside is a beautiful neighborhood with walking paths, parks with play toys, and even a soccer field! Litchfield Park also has a World Zoo, which is amazing and very close! Thank you Trini for everything!

This traveling experience from Florida to Arizona was outstanding starting and ending with the accommodations at 764 W Village Pkwy, Litchfield Park, AZ, 85340 United States of America. The home makes you feel at home based on the cleanliness, bedding, linens, to a location near to shopping , restaurants, casino, or just 30minutes from the airport and city of Phoenix. To top off this great experience was the service from the hostess from the time we booked until we left. Her immediate response to all communication was superb! Thank you for making our trip a memorable trip for all the right reasons! If we ever return back to Phoenix we will be sure to stay only at this location! Great Job in ALL areas!

We came, meeting up with family, to watch my niece play in the Canadian Junior Golf Championships at the Wigwam, and to also celebrate my Mom's 75th bday! What in incredible time, and the icing on the cake was literally arriving to a bday cake treat for my Mom from our hosts! Amazing house, communication, and location. So grateful :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this roomy condo. The accommodations were perfect for the 5 of us! Special touches inside the condo and the communication with Trini made it all the more welcoming. We made daily use of the well stocked kitchen, as well as the jacuzzi and basketball courts very close by. We highly recommend this property in a quiet setting, yet just minutes from so many offerings.

This house was the perfect size to host us for spring training. It was nice to have room to relax when we were not at a game. The neighborhood was beautiful and I enjoyed my daily runs and walks. There is a great park down the road for my boys to play baseball. I highly recommend!

There were 5 of us for 5 days. In town for a family wedding. Plenty of room for all of us. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was simply perfect! The space was beautifully appointed and so comfortable. The host, Trini, went above and beyond to make sure we wanted for nothing. She checked in with us throughout our stay to ensure we were taken care of. We took full advantage of the complex's jacuzzi and pool which was literally next door. The neighbors are so friendly and the area is great for walking and the park is perfect for families. Trini gave us some great ideas for siteseeing and places to explore. The ballparks are a quick drive away and so is every store and restaurant you can think of...but removed enough to be in a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be staying here again!

We rented this property because the Wigwam was sold out for the conference we were attending there. It's about a 20-30 minute walk or a short Uber ride over there and it turned out to be a great option for us.

The condo is beautiful and the 15 foot ceilings make it seem huge! Trini the owner was a delight to deal with - replied to my questions promptly and so helpful. I can’t recommend highly enough!
