The spacious pet-friendly home is just a stone’s throw from the centre of thriving Palm Beach which has everything you need - stunning beaches, delicious cafes, bars and restaurants, and all necessities.
The Space:
Perfect for relaxing or entertaining, this Palm Beach coastal home is ideal for a family getaway, or group of friends holidaying on the Gold Coast. The spacious home is just a stone’s throw from the centre of thriving Palm Beach which has everything you need - stunning beaches, delicious cafes, bars and restaurants, and all necessities.
Comfortably sleeping six, this large home with secure gates is very family friendly with a backyard and patio, complete with outdoor setting and BBQ, perfect for afternoon drinks or social dinner.
Inside, the spacious open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area has floorboards throughout, lots of space to lounge, entertain or cook while children have plenty of room to play.
Modern kitchen featuring granite bench tops and breakfast bar is complete with all cookware and utensils, and an eight seat dining table, creating an ideal home-away-from-home.
Three bedrooms are located down the hallway including two bedrooms with Queen beds and the third bedroom with two single beds; all with ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a walk-in-robe and ensuite, while bedrooms 2 and 3 have built-in-robes. There is also ducted heating and cooling available throughout.
Home has a large bathroom with shower, bathtub and separate toilet, and a laundry with washer and dryer. Off street parking is available in the property’s carport.
This property is pet friendly.
Linen (including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels) is included with your stay - we even triple-sheet the beds! Also included are basic amenities (hand/body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid, cleaning spray). A basic starter pack with bin liners, dishwasher tabs, cloth wipes and toilet paper is supplied but longer stays may need to top up these items. We just recommend you bring beach towels and personal toiletries.
Palm Beach is becoming a bustling hub on the Gold Coast. This property is just 5min walk to beautiful beaches, 400m to Coles supermarket and chemists, 500m to Palm Beach Parklands and 5min walk to excellent selection of Palm Beach cafes and restaurants as well as public transport. Don’t miss the local Farmer’s Markets every Thursday and Sunday morning in Palm Beach too!
Please note that key collection is at Nuve Escapes HQ located at Hawker Street in Currumbin (Stewart Road exit, off M1) and valid Identification, including a credit card for incidentals, will be required.
In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party and No Commercial Functions policy.
As it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.
