I travel multiple times a month and this is my first time staying at a Wyndham Hotel - sadly, it’ll be my last. The rates were comparable to everything else in down but nothing was comparable. Pool was out of service, there was a restaurant but not open on the weekend??? No breakfast onsite. Rooms had hard laminate floors so it was always a cold feeling in the room. There were stains on the walls. Got a text when we checked in, I responded with questions but never got a response until we checked out. Counter reps were on their phones every time I saw them. Nothing compared to marriot or Hilton where I usually stay.

Nice property. Very clean and well maintained, looks pretty new. Staff was friendly. I personally didn’t love the layout/design of the room I had. It was an odd arrangement. Furthermore, there’s a reason most hotels have carpet. Sounds like a heard of elephants stomping around overhead on those laminate floors. Also didn’t like there’s no complimentary breakfast, purchase buffet style, but rather meager selection for additional cost.

Everything was great and you can walk from the hotel to the pacers training facility. The only downside was that there was no breakfast offered even for purchase. The hotel is not in proximity to any walkable restaurants. I hope the hotel will consider a hot breakfast on the weekends.

I reported to the staff on duty that my daughter and I both woke up in the middle of the night with Bed Bug bites all over us we stayed in room 245. We have taken pictures of the bites starting at 4:50am when I woke up because I was itching from the bites.We threw all of our belongings away to make sure we didn't take bugs home with us. We were seen today at urgent care because there are so many bites all over both of us. We have never experienced this before but apparently I am allergic to the so they have given me a steroid to help treat them. We have never stayed at a Wyndham Resort before but others assured us it was a nice hotel. This will be our last time.

The hotel itself is absolutely great! Everything is new, on trend, etc.. The reason I could not give a five star rating, is because of the staff. In particular, a front desk worker named Scott. He was absolutely rude, inconsiderate, and just completely unacceptable as someone to interact with the public. When we asked his name because of his behavior, he said, “My Name Is get the hell out of here!“. He was also refusing to give me my drivers license back. I asked three times, and he just kept staring at me. I will never stay at this hotel again because of Scott.

This hotel is not for people who are not traveling with youth athletes. This hotel caters to youth sports attending events at Grand Park Sports Campus. Thankfully we had a white noise sound machine to cover the loud noises coming from the pool that closed at 11pm. The room was very dark. Not enough light to read a book. Some of the outlets would not earily accept plugs.

Beautiful hotel! Inviting lobby, the room was very cleanly and comfortable! Construction is going on but I understand other buildings need to be built. They texted us at 8 which was 7am our time to do online checkout. At 7:45 our time someone was knocking and luckily the deadbolt was on because I guess the cleaning crew was ready to work. That was the only problem. I will definitely be back!

We stayed for a baseball tournament at Grand Park, literally across the street. You will find plenty of good restaurants within 6 miles. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

The place was great in past: eco friendly, comfortable, and close to the baseball fields and businesses. This last trip- my kids woke up to huge round bugs running all over the place: phone counter and desk area. It was disgusting. Guest services switched out our room, but needless to say, we didn’t have a good night’s rest. Left a message the next morning with the gentleman at the front desk, in hopes the manager will take care the issue. At this point, we most likely will not be returning.

Beds are not comfortable. Very firm. We stay there often fir its convince to Grand Park. With that tou can tell hiw beat up the place is getting. There is constant turn over with baseball and soccer kids. It's stull a nice hotel, just getting beaten up a bit.

We were here for the eclipse, and the hotel couldn't have been in a better location for that, but probably won't be for another one😆. The rooms were big and comfortable enough. It annoys me that they chose to do a "restaurant" (lobby seating with a kitchen that closes early), and so they can't offer free breakfast, when every other hotel in the Indy suburbs does.

This hotel was gorgeous. Very fancy and upscale. So clean. Loved everything about our room. The only negative was that you had to pay for breakfast if you ate at the hotel. I assumed it would be free. Might need to put that in your description. Other than that one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever seen!

I did not like it when I asked about late check out I was told that hotel was sold out what was a lie because I went on website and try to book several rooms and was accepted with out any issues. Plus our room was in front of ice machine and was loud.

It was fine. But after many years of going to this hotel for baseball you can tell it's getting run down. You'd think with the amout of money they bring in right across the street they would invest something back into the hotel.
