Tastefully decorated and super comfortable, you will feel at home the moment you arrive! Feel free to bring your boat, there is parking at the front of the property for your boat or jet skis.
The space
The owners didn’t hold back on anything, wanting you to appreciate all the conveniences of home. Finished in custom colors and accented with cedar trim, custom barn door, Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring, Limestone accent wall in kitchen and granite counters in both kitchen and bath.
Amenities include Hunter ceiling fan, Vizio flat screen Smart TV, full size dresser plus bedside tables, full linen closet, clothes closet with hanging space plus shelving.
A new A/C system is set to keep you cool even on the hottest of days!
Enjoy the cozy pillowtop queen mattress with upgraded linens.
The kitchenette is fully stocked to start and finish your day with Keurig coffee maker and coffee, a blender to enjoy a smoothie or margarita, a mini fridge, toaster oven plus convection microwave and separate sink. An intimate table for two is perfect to enjoy a meal or get some work done. (please note there is no cooktop or oven, only toaster oven and convection microwave).
Granite counters complete both kitchen and bath along with a glass enclosed shower in the private bathroom.
Step outside your door and spend some time on the private patio stargazing while enjoying a glass of wine in the evening or watching the deer in the morning with a cup of coffee.
A variety of folding chairs and lake accessories are available for use.
Designated parking is right outside your guest suite.

Parking/Access
Please be respectful and avoid parking on the neighbor’s lot. The home has keyless entry and your own personal code will be provided prior to your booking so you can arrive when it is convenient for you. There are surveillance cameras at the front and back areas for security purposes.

Cleanliness is top priority for us and we are committed to responding to messages promptly should you need anything. Due to severe allergies the property is strictly pet free.
The upstairs unit may be rented out. Please be courteous: aware of noise levels and park only in your designated areas.
