The “Belle of Belton” is a vacation rental in Belton, Texas on about a ½ acre lot within the picturesque Norman Place Subdivision. This lovely home is situated just a few minutes from the historic downtown area where visitors can enjoy fabulous dining, shopping and walk or bike the paved trails of Nolan Creek. The Belle is in close proximity to Chalk Ridge Falls - a must for nature lovers and hikers. The home is about 6 miles to scenic Lake Belton. The Belle, built in 1956, celebrates the uniqueness of the 50’s with stunning hardwood floors and large, plentiful windows. The home boasts approximately 3000 square feet, 4 comfortable bedrooms with 2 and two ½ baths, an amazing living room, a perfect game room, an extensive covered back patio, and a dream backyard with a pool, hot tub and shower house. The kitchen features upgraded appliances and seating in dining areas provide plenty of room for large families. In addition to central air conditioning, guests are treated to zone control air conditioning in both king bedrooms and game room. Please note that if the dates you are seeking are not available at this location, you might want to check out our other VRBO just down the street called “Ginger House”. It’s really nice too, and has a game room, swimming, pool, and hot tub as well.

It is a common occurrence for the number of guests you expect to fluctuate. Pricing is set to help accommodate smaller numbers of guests, and we ask that each additional guest over the number of 6 pay an additional $25 per night. You must inform us of the number of guests, and keep us updated when there are changes.

This is a pet friendly property. We are pet owners, and we understand the difficulties associated with finding accommodations for our furry family members. Therefore, we have made The Belle of Belton available to those with animals. However, we incur additional cleaning costs and extra cleaning measures are taken. You MUST declare your pet(s) (No matter how small), and there is a fee which will be assessed. ($45) This fee helps us keep this property pet friendly!

We were looking for a place with a pool to have my daughter's birthday... The Belle of Belton is amazing! Perfect backyard to host a birthday party/gathering! The kids had such a great time after swimming hanging out in the gameroom! We will definitely book this property again :)

Huge place with comfy spaces! Melissa keeps the place well kept and well labeled so there’s no confusion. Hot tub was lovely and the neighborhood is great for a stroll. Very close to some nice hiking trails, had a great time!

We had a girls weekend at this beautiful home and loved it so much. We didn’t leave the entire time we were there. The beds were high-quality and super comfortable, and there were even sound machines in the rooms to help you sleep peacefully. Plenty of beds and bathrooms and love the way the house is remodeled while still maintaining its charm. The home is in excellent shape and super clean and the decor and layout is awesome. We enjoyed the spacious back porch and hot tub and although it was too cold to get into the pool, the pool looks so inviting and is super clean. All the appliances are modern and everything we needed was in the kitchen. The game room is amazing and there is a ton of comfy seating in there and the pool table is a winner. The neighborhood is lovely and peaceful and very safe. The owner is super communicative and readily available if needed. This home is among the best I’ve stayed in and we look forward to staying here again.

Family gathered here for Thanksgiving. We loved it! Well stocked kitchen. Bedrooms and beds were very nice. It is definitely a home from the 60's but beautifuly decorated and extremely comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out, relax, chill and watch movies or play pool. We will definitely be back!!

We have been having girls weekend for 18 years. This house, by far, has been one of the best. It was very spacious with a wonderful pool. All the beds were very comfortable and everything was nice and clean. We were centrally located in Belton, which was great. We really enjoyed our time together and it was because this house was, so wonderful.

The house accomodated 2 moms and 5 kids with plenty of space for everyone. Loved the sound machines and chargers in the bedrooms. Kitchen had all the things we needed to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner while game room and pool/hot tub kept kids entertained. Close to stores, parks, restaurants.

The place was amazing! We needed a place for the kids and some others to hang out while the parents were prepping for the wedding in Temple. There was plenty of room for us and able to have other family over to visit or have a few meals together. Pool was great for the kids to play and we were close enough to downtown Belton and Temple to get whatever we needed. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you so much for a great experience.

This is a perfect property. Melissa, the host has provided anything you could possibly need. There are plenty of linens. Kitchen is very well equipped. Pool is wonderful! We didn’t want to leave!

We had a great stay! The Belle was clean, spacious, and charming. Jim and Melissa were responsive to any questions we had. We stayed with our family of five plus another couple and there was plenty of room for all of us to stretch out. I would stay here again for sure!

Our family gathered in Belton from California, Utah, Idaho and Texas to celebrate Thanksgiving. It’s the last time our entire family will be together until July of 2024, so we wanted this stay to be special. The Belle did not disappoint! Fantastic amenities, excellent WiFi, a great kitchen, game room, pool and spa! All we could have asked for and then some. Communication. Was outstanding, check in and out was a breeze. We highly recommend this property for a large group!!

This was the perfect property for our yearly trip. There are 10 women who get together every year on the same weekend. We enjoy staying in different small towns, getting to know the highlights of each place. Belton is a charming little town with interesting shops and friendly people. We had a wonderful time and The Belle of Belton met all of our expectations and more. All of our thanks to the owners for creating a comfortable, clean home for our relaxation😊

Perfect. Plenty of towels and wash clothes. Kitchen perfectly stocked with pans , dishes and serving utensils. Pool and hot tub were clean and worked perfectly. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Convenient to grocery store and restaurants. We had 4 families. 9 adults, 4 boys ages 6-13. Everyone had a spot, lots of bathrooms. No complaints from any of us. Thank you allowing us to get together !

Enjoyed this house and location immensely. We played in the pool and used the hot tub every day. Had fun playing billiards as well. Kitchen area was spacious and well equipped. Temp controls and TVs were easy to use. Washer/dryer, coffee maker, stove/oven, fridge all worked great. Plenty of parking in the carport and on the street. Plenty of towels, soaps and other amenities, and the beds were comfortable. Really look forward to staying here on our next trip to the area…I would highly recommend this place to anyone…we were very comfortable and had a relaxing time in this lovely home.

Let me start by saying Melissa’s place is amazing! This place felt just like home, as opposed to feeling like a rental. Walking thru the home, it’s obvious that Melissa put much thought and effort into making these accommodations feel like a 2nd home for whomever stays here. The backyard area was perfect for grilling, swimming, and had ample space for the entire family to sit around and share a few jokes. Any time we had a question, we’d text and got an immediate response. I’d recommend this place to anyone who needs a place in the Central Texas area! I’ll definitely be staying here again.
