Beautiful home, everything was perfect. Super clean, wonderfully decorated, and full of amenities. We had the best vacation.

Our family loved the location, flow and style of this home! It served everyone’s needs beautifully! Thank you!

The house was nice but the towels were really stinky as if they sat in the washer too long. The back patio area was not cleaned up at all.

Wow, staying at this incredible home was the perfect start to summer for our family. The location is so convenient for all the golf and fun Suncadia activities and the house was perfectly accommodated for indoor and outdoor fun. We will definitely be rebooking.

Our friend-group stayed at this property for a very special weekend getaway. There were 4 couples, and the home was actually perfect! Every room had an ensuite bathroom and there was a studio above the garage that was amazing for our guest of honor. Thé hot tub was lovely and fire pit created a warm/fun conversation spot. The home was the absolute perfect place for us! It was very clean, property management was super communicative, and it couldn’t have been any better. Highly recommend!

The house was beautiful and in good condition.
I like the modern “farmhouse” interior decor as well.
The washer and dryer was broken but communication with Vacasa was very smooth even over weekend.
House is very cleaned which I really appreciated for.
Wifi was strong and got good speed.
Vacasa provided shampoos, conditioners, soaps (travel sized) for each room, plenty of towels, bath tissues, kitchen papers, plates, pans, silvers, and basic cooking seasonings.
I’d like to come back again.

Driving around the area and visiting the Cle Elum bakery and Glondo's Sausage Co., distillery in Roslyn, and the Clearwater Wine Tasting in Suncadia. Next time we look forward trying the spa. Thank you to our great hosts!!!

This home had many rooms, but you cannot use the amenities/pool at the resort which I was under the impression that we could but I was wrong. Other than that it was great. We can barbecue in the backyard and watch TV and also use the hot tub. Kids had a blast in the bunkbed room and there were lots of games to play.

The home was perfect. It was well-appointed and the layout was great for my guests. This Nelson Farm cabin is beautiful. Mornings in the hot tub were amazing paired w/ walks and seeing elk was magical. The entire home is perfect. Room for the whole family or just yourself. Best stay in Suncadia hands down.

The house was lovely. The kitchen could use some kitchen towels (there were none). Also, would have been nice to have foil, plastic wrap. These are usually provided at other rental properties. Check out should be the standard at 11 am.

This house and itself was real nice and really great layout, which fit all over our guest and every bedroom had a shower in the bathroom. The mother-in-law suite was great as well for a separate family. Couple of the negative things that we’ve seen are The Jacuzzi was dirty with yellow water with smell like stale water. There are a few areas which were not clean like underneath the shelves which had items left from previous people who stayed there. The other thing that was wrong is the response for the request to clean the Jacuzzi, which took over 24 hours to be complete. We were supposed to check in at four, we were called and were told apologies about the house, not being ready and to wait till five to check in. We came over at 5:15 and the house was still being cleaned. I am usually not the one to leave bad reviews, but I think the management of the property by third-party like vacasa needs to change. Overall, we enjoyed our time with friends and get away from busy life.

This was a perfect home to spend with our children! We enjoyed the jacuzzi and played games. The grill was perfect for our daily dinners. The master suite is detached from the house, but we didn’t mind that at all:)

We (my husband and me, our son, his wife, two kids - 3yo & 6yo, our daughter, her husband, two kids - 1yo &
4yo stayed for 4 days. We had a lovely stay. The house and the studio apartment above the garage were very clean. The communication was good, both by email and texting. My husband and I stayed in the studio, and the setup worked quite well for us grandparents. Also, we could take the grandchildren to our unit, and give the parents a break. One of the bedrooms had a bunk with three beds and a queen. The setup worked very well for our three older grandchildren. Our one year old grandson was in a pack 'n play in one of the big walk-in closets. We used the hot tub, the grill, and the outdoor firepit. All worked well. There were discs and tubes available in the garage for the sledding hill, which was great. The location is in a newer area, away from the lodge, etc. We liked the quietness and saw deer on a couple of the days. Everyone in our group agreed that that the house was perfect and we all had a fun stay. We have stayed at Suncadia after Christmas for the past few years. We will definitely consider this house in the future.

Amazing stay, house was perfect!

The home was wonderful. We had a few issues with dirty counters and towels when we arrived though. I reported it to vacasa. They were very nice and accepted our complaints and responded quickly rather than just say, "Oh we're sorry,". But the home had everything in the kitchen we needed. It was a great stay.

Home had everything you could want in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms, Alexa in each room, amazing outdoor area. We watched a movie while in hot tub with fire on! Abov garage suite was also gorgeous. We will be back again . Thank you

We loved this house both for the property and location. Everything was super clean, there were tons of amenities (great hot tub, indoor/outdoor TVs, grill, etc.), and it was the perfect fall getaway.

Lovely stay! House was super clean and looks brand new. The décor is really well done and we loved the massive windows and fully opening doors in the living room. Fully stocked with everything you could want. Hot tub was also a great amenity. Hope to be back soon!

Right size for 4 couples. Plenty of outside space that had all the seating for dining and relaxing. Inside space was perfect for dining, food prep and socializing. We were very pleased

Really nice house and fit us all comfortably. The biggest issue was the garbage room had not been emptied before our arrival and stank to high heaven It's attached to the MIL and my husband and i stayed in that upstairs room. The stench was awful.
Besides a broken coffee pot and stick vacs that were clogged with hair etc...we had a good time exploring the area. Hot tub was great for the kids and adults. Kitchen has everything needed for cooking etc.
Love the house and nicely furnished.
I feel we deserve a refund of at least one night. I spoke with Stephanie - my request # is 7883702

Beautifully decorated, comfortable, cozy with everything we needed to have a perfect getaway. We loved the hot tub, fire-pit and stocked coffee bar and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook fun meals together. We had a hard time deciding to stay in or go out. Suncadia had so much to do and see- the shuttle was easy to use- we loved the wine tasting flights at the Swiftwater Cellars and the little town of Roslyn was wonderful. Can’t wait to book another weekend soon.

From the moment we walked in to this beautiful modern retreat, we loved everything about it! The all-encompassing views of the snow-covered patio - with hot tub & firepit & rolling wooded hills behind - combined with the stylish understated and uncluttered modern interior made for the perfect winter "curl up by the fire" vibe. My sister loved the new kitchen and all its amenities (since she's the chef of the family) while my husband and I loved starting our day at the charming coffee bar and sitting at the island waiting for whatever she was making that smelled so good! The bedrooms and baths were beautiful and new and spotless too - and the layout was perfect for our group of 7 - with queen or king size beds in all 4 bdrms. My personal favorite space was the "guesthouse" suite with its own kitchenette which I "called" first and loved for its stunning views of the meadow with regular herds of elk and of the snow-covered mountains behind. Breathtaking. It was also perfect for my husband and I because its additional privacy allowed us both to sneak away and work for a few hours each day without any interruption from the rest of the gang hanging in the Great Room watching movies and playing very competitive - and constant - dominos in front of the fire. In addition to the house which was simply perfect, we loved the area and all there was to do in Suncadia and quaint and quirky neighboring towns. We ice-skated, snowmobiled, ate amazing food at the Lodge, visited wineries and breweries and even listened to live music at a 100-yr-old tavern in Roslyn (which we later learned was where Northern Exposure was filmed...one of the quirkiest/best TV shows of the 90's!). The locals were so great - especially our shuttle driver that took some of us back to the pub for a nightcap after a day of snow shoeing while others stayed to nurse their sore muscles in the hot tub by the fire. It was such a fun trip and such a perfect place to stay with so much room for all of us and every bit of it so inviting and cozy - we never wanted to leave.

OMG we had the best time in the mountains at this fabulous retreat. Just the break we needed to get away and enjoy nature. The house was so well set up and decorated and had such great amenities. Tons of space, and a perfect set up for our family. Thank you for a great stay!

I stayed here for a quick weekend outside of Seattle. The location was easy to get to and the house was perfect. It was super spacious, clean, modern, and full of amenities (lots of TVs and desk space with monitors for work). Highly recommend staying here.

I got full access 1.5 hour later than my check in time. Beds are not made, towels in washing machine, floor is not vacuumed

We had the best cabin winter getaway with our family. The house was super clean and well stocked with supplies, towels, etc. from the cleaning team. The location is great right near the Nelson Farm activities and ski in, ski out for cross country ski trails or snowshoe trails. They had sleds and snowshoes stocked in the garage which our kids loved using. We were lucky to get fresh snow while we were there and its was a beautiful view out of the giant living room windows. The home is brand new and filled with nice high end furniture and decor - which can be harder to find in Suncadia. The adults in our group took full advantage of the well stocked kitchen and awesome bar/cocktail supplies. We had so much fun using all the unique and cool glassware. We have stayed at several places in Suncadia and this was by far the best both for the location and the home. We cannot wait to come back this summer.

We will never stay at any rental hosted by Vacasa. Their customer service is none existent. No direct way to talk to local property manager other than texts and that’s all apologies and empty promises. Nothing is ever actually done.
We were notified less than two house prior to our arrival that the house will not be cleaned after previous renters. We were told that the earliest they can get a cleaner out to the house would be the next morning. This was new year eve and we were already on our way. We tried to work with them and asked for clean sheets so we can spend the night. We were okay with having cleaners come out the following morning.
The house was dirty when we got there with all the bedding on the floor and no clean sheets or towels anywhere in the house. No clean sheets were dropped off and I kept messaging them multiple times throughout the evening and nothing was ever delivered. We spent new year morning touching and washing dirty sheets from previous renters.
Next morning I texted again to ask when the cleaners would be getting to the house so we can be out for them to clean. No time was given just said “at the soonest”. Again, multiple texts were sent throughout the day asking if someone is coming but no one ever showed up. We decided to cut out trip short and leave the next day. Not how we wanted to ring in the new year.
Suncadia has always been more of a luxury cabin stay for us and this was not to Suncadia standards. Very disappointing. If you see Vacasa listed as a host, please do yourself a favor and run.

This was our second time at this beautiful home and everything was perfect. Perfect location for all the winter activities. Magical winter views out of the homes floor to ceiling living room windows.

The cabin has everything you could need in proximity to many of the Suncadia conveniences! Not only is there ample room in the home but also there are certain personal touches (i.e.: board games, wine fridge, blender) that make it feel like home. The cabin is also in walking distance from the lodge and the Suncadia trails making it very easy and fun to get outside. Lastly, the outdoor space is wonderful! There's a grill, plenty of seating, and a fire pit that we really enjoyed.

Beautifully appointed home. Plenty of room to spend time together or have quiet time for yourselves. Owners did a very nice job furnishing the home and supplying everything you’d need in the kitchen. Overall great place!

It’s amazing beyond words. The perfect location, balancing proximity, tranquility, and activity. Recreation right out your front door with Nelson Farm within walking distance. Want to go nowhere at all? The view from the open-concept living area that flows welcomingly into the patio space is an absolute dream.
The home is gorgeous and thoughtfully designed throughout. The home has high-quality furniture, beds, appliances, and decor. All amenities from home are included here. Days and nights on the patio were very relaxing with the outdoor gas fire pit and TV.
If you’re considering a family get away or work remote spot for a week or more this is the place! I could go on but book it and find out for yourself! We’ll be back!
