The house

Very cute home. Clean and inviting- an older build so some rooms are a tad musty but nothing egregious. Pool is refreshing and calm although it did have a hint of 'pond water' smell. loved all the windows looking out at the peach farms and the back deck with picturesque views. If you're a light sleeper and the windows are open, bring ear plugs. The trains honk their horns a few times per night

Quaint farmhouse, certainly old but neat, carpet needs to go and kitchen items could use updating, should state pool isn’t heated and was pretty cold for June but July and August guests should enjoy temp as the weather will have warmed it up. Also should have a recycle can along with the garbage service. Overall an enjoyable stay.

It was a perfect place for me, my sister , and mom to gather for a weekend. Set in a beautiful orchard, plenty of space, comfortable beds, and great communication with the owner. Thanks for another great stay!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. the beds are great which is a big deal as we all need our sleep. House is comfy, quiet and cozy. Property is lovely!
Couple of small items that need attention:
no wine opener in house
martini shaker has no cap
found mouse poop in large pot
upper deck roped off with warning; best view on the property and we could not use
hot tub does not hold heat; after 20 minutes almost too cool to use
would be very nice to have more than one key
frying pans and fridge should be replaced

Older property with the kitchen appliances just okay but the location and atmosphere are amazing. Would not hesitate to recommend.

The house was delightful! We loved the location in a quiet area bordered on two sides with a peach orchard.
The pool was perfect for the 97 degree days. We spent most of our time out on the patio by the pool. The house was clean and the kitchen was stocked with what we needed to make a couple of meals. We could not pick from the orchard but went to a You pick place in town. The house is older and the doors stick a bit but that was part of its charm! There was a quick afternoon rain and wind storm that came through. We could not find a net to skim the leaves and bugs from the pool after it blew over. It was perfect for us and we would go back.

We had a great stay in Palisade! The pool was nice and the views were great!

This property was great for our New Years getaway. Close to everything Palisade has to offer, but feels like it’s own little slice of paradise. Was weird that someone was coming to the property while we were away multiple times (snow showed footprints and car marks). The hot tub also needs to be deep cleaned. Half the jets don’t work and the temp wouldn’t hold after our 2nd night there.

The property couldn't have been in a better location! ... also Stocked with all the essentials, super roomy, pool and hot tub amazing, and owner was super responsive. We will definitely be back .. maybe with kids next time!

This is a great property. It was perfect for 5 adults. Clean, well supplied, and close enough to town that we rode our bikes. We would rent it again.
