Für eine Übernachtung auf der Durchreise total okay aber länger würde ich die riesigen Menschenmassen nicht ertragen.

Die Lage direkt am Meer und die Promenade vom Hotel zur Stadt. Die großen Balkon mit Blick auf Pool und Meer ist herrlich. Das Hotel ist hundefreundlich und man darf auch mit zwei Hunden kommen…

Das Frühstück ist total geschmacklos und der Kaffee ist eine ehrlich ungenießbare Angelegenheit…

Excellent location

Great location - on the beach and several restaurants, a harbour offering boat trips and a bus stop all within a 15-20 minute walk

The only toiletries in the shower room was soap - never been to a 4* hotel before without having toiletries, bottled water or milk for a cup of tea

Příjemný hotel

Jezdíme sem pravidelně 2x za sezónu a hotel je vlastně pořád stejně příjemný. Personál, jídlo, poloha - všechno je fajn, máme to tu rádi.

Když jsme přijeli, tak bazén byl velmi špinavý, jeden den se čistil, tudíž byl vypuštěný a když se pak napustil, byl totálně ledový, že se v něm nedalo koupat. Takže ze sedmi dnů jsme měli dva bez bazénu.

A lovely stay, very nice facilities.

The stay was lovely, good parking, friendly staff and good facilities. The rooms were lovely, very clean and comfortable. We had a balcony with a lovely view over the pool area and the bay, looking towards Dubrovnik. The beds and pillows were very comfortable also. We found the rooms quite spacious as well.

The breakfast was okay, decent range but a lot of the food was quite cold. We didn’t particularly enjoy the coffee from the machine either. Also, the outdoor swimming pools could have had some heating, they were quite cold so nobody was swimming in them.

Absolutely stunning hotel that met our expectations

Unfortunately we are vegetarian therefore we didn’t take advantage of the breakfast as that would most difficult for us. However we were lucky to be offered lunch instead on our last day which was absolutely lovely. We liked the staff in the restaurant. They were so helpful and pleasant. Big shout out for Antune on reception. Very good English and very helpful during our stay

Breakfast . If you could offer milk alternative for pancakes and maybe vegitarian sausage on request that would be helpful to us next time

A REGGELI EGYHANGÚ, MINDEN NAP UGYANAZ tojás tojással pl egy sonkástojás, vagy mondjuk a sonkán és azon a szalámin kívül valami más, nem volt jó.

Egy biztos ha valaki azt mondja itthon, hogy sült hús azt tuti lelövöm, mert a vacsora és az ebéd változatossága a sült karaj, sült csirke, sült marha sült hal, sült krumpli. Nagyon egyhangú volt. A gyümölcsök sütemények szépek voltak enni nem tudtam belőle, de a családnak ízlet.

Really nice 3 star (in my opinion) quality hotel in great location, very convenient to airport, with nice staff and good

Really great location next to the beach looking west so great sunsets, lovely grounds, nice pools, loads of free parking, short walk to small town centre, 10 mins from airport. Good choices at breakfast. Helpful staff, decent bar prices, room nice if a little bit small. Wasn’t full as beginning of season, lots of families. Dubrovnik about 30 mins by bus (€4) every 30 min or 40 mins by boat (€15) - boat probably higher in peak season.

We were on half board and it was a good price. Most people seemed to be on All Inclusive. Breakfast was very good but dinner was a little bit disappointing, and I stress a little. There was three choices of meat for main courses plus a couple of fish and pasta but they were obviously a bit mass production, with veggies rather like school dinners and some dishes very greasy. There was a good salad selection and cold meats and cheese. Only there for two days and my wife who is a bit fussy and diabetic struggled. A week there probably would have seen us eat out three or four times. Towels were rather worn out. It wasn’t very busy - might be a bit different if full in terms of access to sun loungers and food and bar.

We had a brilliant time.

We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The staff were very good, and we had a very relaxing time. The hotel setting was the stuff of a movie, terrific sea-views with mountains in the background.

The journey from the hotel to the old town centre was a bit long for us. Perhaps the hotel should look into the possibility of offering transport to overcome this. Electric powered tuc-tuc or rickshaw would be great.

Great Hotel AMAZING STAFF!

It’s clean & spacious. The staff are AMAZING!! I arrived with flu & there was no pharmacy open and the Receptionist named Lucija gave me her own personal Paracetamol that saved me from headache and pain. She even went to her locker to give me medicine. Please extend my thank you to Lucija for going above and beyond for a great customer service! Also the chef Klim at the restaurant was always helpful & kind, the event’s entertainers ROMAN, Lisa & Alexandra made our holiday even more fun with the activities everyday and the girls made evening super fun!! I’ve asked them to wear dress with me and we did!! The staff I mentioned are real asset to your company - please give them credit they deserved thank you made our family so so happy! Also CAKES are great!!

Apart from the cakes that are delicious, some of The food is not so good. Vegetables are overcooked. The food really needs improving.

Auf jeden Fall wieder.

Es war perfekt und jederzeit zu empfehlen. Wir waren um 11.15 wie angekündigt da und die Zimmer waren fertig! Die Mitarbeiter und das Management sind außerordentlich freundlich und haben eine hervorragende Harmonie untereinander, was sich in ihrer Arbeitsweise widerspiegelt. Das Essen ist hervorragend, man sollte allerdings nur kommen, wenn alles warm ist, dann fallen auch die negativen Kommentare macher wohl nie zufriedener Gäste weg. Auch der von überall vorhandene Meerblick war sehr wohltuend. Wir kommen, wenn immer möglich, wieder.

Man sollte eigentlich nichts erwähnen, weil es so gut war. Wenn dann hat den Kindern die Cola überhaupt nicht geschmeckt. Aber sie hatten ja genügend Möglichkeiten zur Auswahl.

Absolutely terrible, dodge this bullet if you can.

Absolutely terrible. We arrived around 10 PM exhausted from the meetings and road. We weren't let into our rooms for about half an hour, debating the way we reserved our stay via Booking and so on. Rooms nothing to write home about, definitely not worth the price, but we were there just overnight. Breakfast typical hotel stuff, plenty of everything and nothing groundbreaking, it was probably the best part. After breakfast we went to our rooms to pick up our stuff and leave, but to our surprise none of us could enter the room. The maid let us in, commenting that probably the reception already did a check-out for our rooms and our entry cards were no longer valid. It could have been anyones room she let us in, so much for security. All of this I could understand, but real horror started at a check-out. It took the receptionist around 15 minutes to get our subject (our company) into the system to release the invoice. Tourist taxes needed to be paid in two separate invoices for the 4 of us, which wouldn't be a problem if she wasn't working in super slow-mo. I was swiftly declined when I asked for a receipt for the accomodation, reason being it was booked and paid via Booking. I was at the end of my patience so I didn't want to get into further discussion. Also, she forgot to return our ID-s, so we nearly left the town before we realised and returned. It took me around 3 weeks after the visit to get the receipt with the VAT-ID of our company, after a series of awkward calls where I almost never got through to the person I needed. On their official visit-card, there is a phone number which reaches a hotel in entirely different region of Croatia, for instance. This pain was reliefed finally when the head of reception got to me, I got the receipt the other day. Barely any appology or anything. Never ever am I booking a Remisens hotel anymore, thanks Albatros (staff).

Recommended Resort

Very nice resort. Friendly and accommodating staff. Close to airport. Very good facilities and clean, comfortable room.

Checking in was unusually slow. Here they could upgrade to a more modern and quicker system.

Bar next to the pool closes at 6 pm and the lobby bar was too far away from outside seating. Depending the staff the quality of drinks differed.

Overall very satisfied.

Just next to the beach. Close to town cavtat. Activities keep the guest and kids entertained.

Pool towels can only be returned at certain times, which you easily miss. So have to take them all back to room.

Perfect vacation at amazing facility with astonishing view

Everything was absolutely perfect! Hotel is super located, rooms are great, view from balcony is astonishing and food is excellent. Outdoor pools are super refreshing and great for kids. Hotel Staff is extremly friendly, this is the first time ever in Croatia that fresh fruits and bottled water have been waiting for us in our room when we arrived, nice touch. We arrived few hours before our check-in, but it was not a problem, our room was already cleaned up and ready. All in all, super positive experience, would highly recommend and of course would like to come again.

Disappointing, let down and poor value for money.

Location to Cavtat town.

Rooms were tired, old and run down. I dropped ear pods under the bed and saw dirt and rubbish so obviously not vacuumed for some time. Walls and doors had fingermarks over them. Outside verandah had dirt marks from a previous guest on table. Breakfast choices were poor compared to a previous stay in this hotel.Food was lukewarm. Cups were not cleaned well next to coffee machine. When mentioning to staff the comment was "Oh well the previous owners were different".Not a good face for Hotel front.

Poor

The location was very good, beautiful views of the sea, Cavtat, and the airport.

It was very dated, the balcony was very dirty, rooms were poorly finished off, basic facilities were missing, no iron in the room for example. For the price we expected much better.

Perfect

I really enjoyed my stay at the fullest!! The breakfast was great and the juice also. Room was spaceful and extremly clean with most spectactular view. pools are by the seaside and there are some really good cocktails - specially Mojito. definitly my choice for next summer!!!!
