It’s simple comfortable style and eco responsible ethics and the fact that they use as much local food as possible and make their own jams and cheese and yogurt..

panoramic views, terrace in front of the hotel, pool and surrounding area with sun beds, sauna and tepidarium zone, outdoor breakfast, access to hiking routes from the hotel, tranquillity . Strongly recommend the evening dining experience: outstanding menu’, ingredients, service and wine recommendations. by the way good quality beds….
due to special location , reaching hotel with navigator can be tricky. Advice: pay particular attention to hotel sign posting.

This place is so beautiful, peaceful, the perfect place to relax and take in the scenery. The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. The standard of food and wine served is excellent.

This is a wonderful, comfortable hotel, in a lovely part of Spain.
The attention to detail in every respect is excellent, the hotel is spotless in every area.
As for the dining experience, don't miss it. Delicious food an excellent wine list and great service, with a chef who's proud and confident enough to leave the kitchen and talk to customers in the dining room.

We had a great welcome from Angela who made us feel incredibly at home. The views were idyllic and all the food was of local provenance and absolutely delicious.
Breakfast on the terrace was a highlight especially as the sun was beating down in early March
Access was a little steep to the premises

we liked everything about this property. the staff is absolutely amazing. the view is stunning and the peace and quiet is everything we hoped for. dinner at the hotel is a high recommendation, everything is freshly picked from their garden and cooked by a lovely chef and served by a fantastic host. They are knowledgeable about what they provide and are happy to help you get the most out of your stay. we asked them for a nice hike close to the hotel and it did not disappoint.
nothing.

Lovely location, great staff, wonderful views over the valley. Dinner on the terrace was one of our highlights of our whole holiday
The road in in in the village is a little challenging so watch out for their hotel signs to take the easiest route in. We missed them.

EVERYTHING! This property was truly an oasis away from the crowds of the big cities. My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoyed it. Very close to trails in the nearby park. Amazing staff. Clean and well-maintained rooms. And the dining experience was incredible. Highly recommend.
The walls are thin and we could hear our neighbors a lot.

Food (breakfast & dinner) was perfect. Local products and freshly made. Dinner was high level cuisine. A big plus for wine lovers like us is that they have a great winelist with high quality local wines.
The room was great with a balcony offering an amazing view of the area.
The hotel was a great "base" to start your hikes in the Sierra Espuña.
Staff was very kind.
We will definitely visit again and probably stay longer.

Food was amazing. One of the best meals we’ve had in Spain (especially as one of us is a vegetarian). Views stunning. Friendly staff. Great walks nearby.

This was a last minute booking for us after cancellling a previous holiday to Andalusia due to travel restrictions, and the August weather back home in Cornwall turning wet and windy. We have been to Sierra Espuna before and loved the peace and quiet, and accessible trails, so we were thrilled to find a rustic, adults only, small hotel. The family who run the hotel are wonderful and friendly. Everything is easy and relaxed. We had two delicious dinners, with some great local and national wines. The homemade ice-cream was to die for. Breakfast is also lovely, pan con tomate, Madeira cake, great coffee and juice etc.. I loved the paintings and mixed media canvases that adorned the walls of the house, that were reminiscent of the ephemeral qualities of the landscape, Also, the hotel's olive oil, made by the owners was so tasty.
Nothing was bad apart from my own Spanish and unfortunately we had to listen to a British couple whinging about the roads and the fact the parking was steep. It's rural Spain, it's what happens when you get out of the awful resorts that have no soul and have completely devastated areas of Spain!

Just wonderful! Stunning view of Sierra Espuña, wonderful breakfast and dinner, great service and beautiful hike around the property.
The Manager explained very well the hike possibilities to us. Super helpful!
I recommend this place to anyone that wants to enjoy the nature while enjoying the comfort and great food of a boutique hotel.

Food was excellent. Staff friendly. Wonderful views.
No tea/coffee making in room. Many stairs up and down between dining and room. Fine for us but could cause difficulty. Roads not easy to navigate to residence.
