Location, staff and service was great. However, the rooms were quite noisy. The shared door, stairwell and terrace noise was distracting at night.

Beautiful place to stay right in the old city of Polignano, views were incredible and everything was within walking distance and an easy walk from train station. The rooms are up very narrow and steep staircases so pack lightly !!!

Best bNb in Puglia region for our 10 days trip, parking is a bit far but location is so convenient that you can be sloshed and still reach your room. Location of Breakfast place is really good.

It is located in the center of the tour village. Personally, location is inconvenience for me that we have to carry our luggages, no car zone. Also, too many steep stairs in the accommodation. Overall, okay not amazing;))

Everything was fantastic, especially the breakfast! Very clean. Internet was not great but I would blame that on the concrete structures around us.

Everything really was great, the only minus I would give is the internet was not good other than that I would say awesome.

No instructions about driving parking and luggage .
We arrived at 9 pm after driving around for an hour trying to get access to the lodgings. After asking the police we learned the center is closed to traffic. No one was there to assist us . Neighborhood shop called the manager who arrived 15 min later and then had to contact someone else to
transport our luggage . Waited another 10-15 min for rickshaw transport to car retrieve luggage and then carry up 4 flights of narrow steps . Thankfully the driver helped my husband but upon departure my husband carried 2 large suitcases and one medium one down 4 flights .
The reception area was rarely open for questions and not very friendly . No welcome or goodbye . Does she hate her job ? Or just tourists? Maria on the other hand on the roof was so sweet and welcoming serving the breakfast area with her smile and wonderful baking . She should be running the B&B !
Grazie Maria !!

We arrived slightly earlier than the check in started but we were able to leave our bags in a secure place, have a wander and returned with 30 mins for check in. The staff are lovely, very friendly and helpful. We were given a map of Polignano and they circled restaurants and places of interest for us which was great :) The room was very clean, perfect for our stay. We has access to the little roof terrace from our room. Breakfast was delicious. This property is situated in a beautiful street with fairy lights hanging down. Very central, lots of restaurants within 5 mins walk, you can reach the beach within 10 mins. The train station is about 15 mins walk away. I would 100% recommend staying here and would do the same if we ever returned to Polignano.

Very nice area, quiet and safe. Most beautiful breakfast view, food was good too. Nice large cappuccino was served. Narrow steep steps to get ti the rooms and breakfast area; not for people with any mobility restrictions. Very comfortable bed and soft pillows.

It is a perfect no frills type place. We had a small issue with the Wifi that was fixed almost immediately. The staff was great. The rooms were small but we were not in the room that much. If you are someone that uses a hair dryer, I will say that they provide one but it is very very weak. The breakfast and view from the roof were standouts.

Good location! Watch out for the stairs -it’s narrow and steep!

Pleasant hotel but very steep stairs to the rooms and beautiful roof garden where breakfast is served. Not easy for older travellers or women with heavy suitcases to get to rooms. We stayed there 4 nights and used this hotel as a base from which to explore the area.

Great check in. The rooms involve ascending steep stairs but that’s sort of unavoidable in old town. Excellent breakfast (food and setting). The rooms and bathrooms could be cleaner and more modern. Minibar was empty I guess because it’s late season and they want to run down their stock. I would’ve preferred more help with transport options to Bari airport for an early flight. Nevertheless, service is friendly and efficient and they were really good letting us into the room early.

Wonderful location and staff, terrific view from roof top with adequate breakfast. Know that you need to be in pretty good shape to climb the many narrow, old steps.
