Main floor master - King and private full bath
Main floor guest - Queen and hall full bath
Main floor guest - Sofa Queen and shared full hallway bath
Upper 2nd master - King and adjoining full bath
Upper guest - Queen & 2 Twins that share the upper bath
Upper bonus -- 2 Twins in a bonus room over the garage. This room is a bedroom within the upper guest bedroom. There is a privacy door and a window and a/c, but it does access into the upper guest room.

Come soak in serene sunny days, water lapping from the restful, beautiful lake, and a private, playful pool, 4,000 square feet, 6 bedrooms, 3 baths, luxuriously furnished house to unwind and restore.

Overlooking a large, tranquil lake with freshwater fishing right off a private dock with lounge chairs for sunbathing, fishing, and watching the most beautiful sunsets each night.

A giant, spacious house with lots of places to unwind and make memories. Bedrooms are split on all corners of the house. 2 master bedrooms with Sterns & Foster king beds and en-suites. A queen on the main with a bathroom next to the room and a queen upstairs large enough to also have 2 twins. All bedrooms have 12’+ ceilings and all new everything.

Enter into an expansive living room with two-story ceilings and french doors to the outer veranda and infinity edge pool. The multiple glass doors open up to the stunning views overlooking a private heated pool and a stunning lake view.

Enjoy plenty of excitement nearby with nearby shopping, restaurants, fishing, golfing, and beaches.

In every detail, it is our aim to make this is a 5-star stay for you: New Sterns & Foster & Sealy plush mattresses with 680-thread count or micorfiber buttery soft sheets, brushed microfiber coverlet blanket, Jennifer Adams duvet cover & perfectly plush feather pillows. Luxuriously comfortable seating everywhere. New power reclining top grain leather sofa set in the living room w/ a 65” smart tv, new sectional and 55" smart tv in the loft, wonderful seating overlooking the lake from the veranda, beautiful new dining room sets, and a stocked kitchen. Smart home with super fast Wi-fi if you need to work, or just want to browse, smart TV’s, smart locks for easy self-check-in.

This home is nestled between the quaint cities of Punta Gorda, North Port, and Englewood. There are plenty of restaurants within 5 min, beaches within 30, and shopping all around. A short drive to famous beaches: 30 min to Boca Grande is our personal fav along with Englewood, Manasota Key, Venice, Nokomis, and Siesta Key (whose white Siesta Beach has been chosen multiple times as the best beach in the United States). The area is known as one of the greatest places to sail in the United States, one of the greatest places to play golf in America, and one of the best places to live in the South. Also, if you want to explore more of Florida while you’re here, you are a 2.5-hour drive from Disney World (Orlando). 3.5-hour drive to Miami. 2-hour drive to the Everglades.

Our stay here was beyond compare and the property was even more beautiful than the pictures in the listing. The house was spacious, beautifully appointed and every amenity was provided. The pool was delightful and each night our family enjoyed sunsets from the dock. Our hosts immediately replied to all communications and directions on how to use appliances, A/C, lights, etc were clearly posted at the house. The home was exceedingly clean, comfortable & secure. Shopping & many restaurants were located very nearby. This was truly a perfect stay.

Our group had eleven people and everyone was comfortable with the amount of room this house offered. Close to everything that was needed. Very easy process. If we make it back to this area of Florida this is our house to rent. Loved it.

Our two families very much enjoyed our stay. The house was quiet, beautiful and relaxing. The pool was warm and the kids enjoyed fishing off the dock. We drove to the beaches everyday and swam in the pool at night. We had everything we needed for a great vacation. Thank you!

Home is spacious, beautiful, well stocked, spotless and conveniently located. The beds and bedding were extremely comfortable. We really enjoyed the covered pool on the beautiful back porch at the end of each day. Hosts were very helpful and were quick to respond. Would definitely stay again if in area.

This is a lovely home! Very spacious, well appointed, and a beautiful setting on the lake. The owners were extremely responsive. We had 4 generations of family in the house and it fit our needs completely. Highly recommend!

Our group throughly enjoyed our stay at your house,while in Florida serving at Gator Wilderness Boys Camp in Punta Gorda..It was spacious,and perfect for 14 adults.. Most importantly the hosts were so nice and easy to communicate with. Only downside was there was never enough of hot water for showers and the towel supply wasnt enough .. Would definitely consider going back.

Our family absolutely LOVED this home and had so many fun nights here! The sunsets from the pool area in the back/the dock over the water are unreal! The dining room is PERFECT for game nights. So much space for large groups. Plenty of places to sleep and easy access to the house as there is a ramp entry to the home from the front garage and back of the home. The living room has such comfy couches to make everyone comfortable! So peaceful in the neighborhood! Our favorite place was sitting on the dock at sunset! We will definitely be back again!

House was very clean and spacious! We enjoyed the pool after a hot day on the baseball field. The house was convenient to highway I75 to Sarasota or Ft Myers and also nearby to a shopping center with Publix, restaurants, ice cream, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed the trip, the house was much more then what the pictures are. We loved that we were able to just relax by the pool or out on the dock and fish while watching the gator pop his head out. There is enough places near by to enjoy as well, but we didnt plan them in our stay. We went for just a family reunion and to meet our nephew for the first time and celebrate his 1st birthday.

Absolutely stunning property!! So relaxing and exactly as pictured. Quick responsiveness from the owners when we had problems with our other VRBO house we booked for the day before and asked if we could stay a day early! Would highly recommend this place! Loved it!!!

Our stay was amazing. The pictures were completely accurate. The house was beautiful, comfortable, roomy, and clean. We had a large group ranging in ages from 6 up. Plenty of room for the teenagers, little ones, and adults to be together or relaxing separately. The location wasn't far from beaches but not so close to be in the craziness. The neighborhood was quiet. The view spectacular. We planned many evenings so we could be by the pool to enjoy the amazing sunset. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. Our group did a lot of traveling and site seeing while in FL. This was a perfect place to come back to every night. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The owners are lovely and very attentive! They made sure we understood things as well as helped us book an additional night without any extra fees as we wanted to leave a day later! That one day offered us time to book a quick kayaking trip that was amazing! Everything about this home was perfect but we absolutely loved the covered patio area that offered swim time for the kids when it was drizzling outside! You don’t find that often in Florida. We’re from Virginia and my fiancé picked this home because it reminds him of here. Like a luxury price of home haha. Thank you so much for everything and we will be back soon! The neighbors were also very friendly as well and seemed to enjoy having neighbors at the home. Awesome stay, no doubt.

We loved the way this home provided space for all 14 of us plus a couple of family members from the area at times to hang out all together in the family room, kitchen or pool areas! At the same time, there are areas for individuals or small groups of kids to get away from the adults and play games in the upstairs loft area or bedrooms! Great access close to Port Charlotte & Punta Gorda, with reasonable drives to multiple beaches for a day trip. Visited Nokomis, Venice & Siesta Key (twice) Beaches. Each had their own personality & features! All were beautiful and great experiences. The beach cart/chair was perfect for these days. Communication with Matt & Michelle was prompt and courteous for the few questions that we had, and the friendly neighbors were well appreciated to provide their local knowledge and direction. The kids were thrilled getting to see the 2 alligators in the lake swim their way around a few times right out in front of the house, and the sunning deck was perfect for those who didn't quite get enough at the beaches. Would definitely encourage anyone looking for a great house with awesome amenities to stay here!!!

The property and home are very beautiful. We had an assortment of generations stay throughout the week and were able to keep everyone busy with activities in the area and all come together in the evenings and enjoy the outdoor living area. Its been a long winter and lots of snow in our area so it was nice to open the door, day or night and relax in the swimming pool.
