This updated 1-Bedroom, 2-Bathroom condo sleeps 6 across a king bed, 2 twin Murphy beds, and a queen pull out sleeper sofa. It features upgrades throughout that include updated flooring, a remodeled kitchen + updated appliances, and refinished bathrooms. It also includes 2 shared patios. The Key Condo's are located in the Mountain House Base Area near the lifts and on the Snake River. Key Condo also offers shared amenities including a sauna, outdoor hot tub, indoor pool and picnic areas with grills and benches. Additionally, there is an enclosed shuttle stop at complex entrance so you can be anywhere in the resort in minutes and ski lockers for guest use. If you're a winter sports enthusiast, there's no better place to be than close to ski resorts like Keystone and Arapahoe Basin. These world-class resorts offer some of the best skiing and snowboarding in Colorado, with runs for every skill level, from beginner to expert. With easy access to these iconic resorts, you'll have the ultimate winter playground right at your doorstep.

This second floor walk-up has guests enter into the open concept living and kitchen area. The living area features a large Smart TV, updated flooring, ceiling fan, 1 twin Murphy bed, and a queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping arrangements. Extra linens are stored in a closet for guest use. There are also a variety of board games, perfect for a game night! The first of two shared patio spaces is just off the living area at the entry and offers treed views and fresh mountain air.

Behind the living guests will find the remodeled kitchen with all new appliances stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. This kitchen is stocked with household favorites including coffee + a coffee maker. The breakfast bar offers seating for four.

Behind the living and dining is the full-sized guest bathroom. The guest bathroom features a shower/tub combination and granite countertops. The extra bathroom provides convenience for living room guests and privacy for the master suite. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The spacious master suite features a king sized bed, a shared patio, ceiling fan, and a Smart TV. There is also a twin sized Murphy bed located in the master suite. The master bathroom offers shower/tub combination and granite countertops. The second shared patio features a gas grill and outdoor seating.

Take an afternoon stroll along the Snake River or relax on the benches with a book, the river is just step's away from this vacation rental. Key Condo's location offer's easy access to the Snake River that runs throughout Keystone and the Mountain House Base Area. Additionally, there are grills and picnic area's available around the complex, perfect for a Summer BBQ! Guests can also store gear in the provided ski lockers located on the ground level. There are also sleds available for guest use in the ski lockers.

The condo itself was incredible. No disappointments there. The price was great too. The only complaint is the management of the reservation. Having to pick up the check-in packet at a different location and having to check the instructions for checking in/out, wifi password, etc on the mgmt company's portal got annoying

Rental has everything that is needed. Easily can sleep 6 with pull out/down units. Beautiful setting right on the Snake River. Close to trails and shopping.

Place was exactly as shown in pictures. Lots of beds to sleep and 2 batbrooms was perfect for our family. Beds were extremely comfortable only negative i could say is floors were a little dirty and shower curtain was pretty gross. We didnt mind doing a quick sweep and mop which property owner brough mop in a timely manner. Also a cutain on bedroom sliding door would be great blinds would move and i felt like anyone could see in. Thankfully keysotone was a very quiet town ans we didnt see many people. Overall qed definitely stay again did i mention the price was amazing too!

We really enjoyed our stay. Relaxing and quiet. But No AC during summer, and no windows or screens on doors to open. It’s plenty cool outside, but can’t leave the doors open without screens when you’re not awake. Blinds in bedroom are broken and don’t keep out light, letting in a lot of light from the surrounding condo lights and morning sun at 5am. It made it difficult to sleep.

The kitchen was well stocked with all cooking utensils, plates, cups, bowls, mugs, pots and pans.The hot tub was right across the street so nice after a day of skiing. The club house and pool were also great amenities.The location was even better than expected. We parked our car for the week and took the shuttle which was right in front of the condo. We could have even walked to the Peru express lift but the shuttle was so easy.We highly recommend this place and when we go back to Keystone we will stay there again!

Easy to park under the building which was nice because it was snowing while we were there. Beds were comfortable, board games and kitchen was stocked with essentials including salt, pepper, plastic baggies, etc.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was nestled closer to the mountains of Keystone. We worked from this unit for almost a week with no WIFI issues. We realize that most condos in the mountainous areas do not have AC, however, this unit had ceiling fans and box fans. There were no windows in this condo, only the front door and a sliding door in the back bedroom. We were in walking distance to Keystone resort and 15-30 minutes away from other places like Dillon, Frisco and Breckenridge.

Beautiful condo. My kids thought the murphy beds were the coolest thing and they were very very comfortable. We enjoyed an intense ongoing monopoly game in the evenings. Kids had fun in the pool and were able to ride scooters to River Run to get a crepe! Very convenient location for our hiking and fishing activities.

Property is quaint, by the stream and within walking rotor the Keystone village. It is small, but comfortably handled 6 ladies! It is totally updated - and the 2 baths are a major plus!

We just had a 4 night stay with our 3 kids (9,7,5) and this condo was great. The full sized kitchen was very nice for cooking. Having two full bathrooms with 5 people is so nice. The pull out murphy beds are so easy to set up and put away and were very comfortable for the kids. The condo felt very new compared to the rest of the building. And we always had a parking spot. We would book this again.

Perfect location, a great experience. The condo is perfectly located a short 5-minute walk to the ski lift and another short walk to the Village. Located right on the bus route if you need to grab a lift. The condo was perfect for our needs, clean, easy check in / check out process. We'd definitely stay here again.

The location and set up of the unit were great & seemed like a good value but the property management company and process was somewhat frustrating. You have to fill out additional paperwork or your reservation will be cancelled but VRBO doesn’t notify you of this at all as it comes from the property management company. Additionally, the unit was incredibly cold despite using the baseboard heating, there was no door mat or rug when you come inside even though floors are tiled so they got really wet and slippery from snow. Not enough towels in unit and when asked about extras were told we could come pick them up from the property management office. Felt like a good deal for week nights but weekend pricing for minimal service/support wouldn’t be worth it with so many other options.

The property was very nice, exactly as it was pictured on the listing. My one gripe is that our floors were dirty when we arrived. Aside from that, the property was lovely. We were able to walk to the lift within 5 minutes. Cooking supplies were all supplied and the hot tub was very close to the condo as well.

5 minute walk to Peru lift and 9 minute walk to River Run/ Dercum Square (Gondola). Amenities such as hot tub, sauna, and pool were well kept. It is a tight squeeze for six people and ski equipment, but we were able to make it work comfortably. We did not rent a car, so check-in process could have been easier if we didn’t have to walk 10 minutes with our luggage to get the keys. Overall, great experience.
