Prompt friendly service! Answered phone on first ring, no prompts needed. Accommodating, informative, pleasant, helpful staff from front desk to housekeeping and bar.
Lovely, warm, upscale accommodations were beyond what I expected. They very easily accommodated me in adding man additional night, not originally planned. Absolutely beautiful rooms and amenities, in a perfect location by the lake.

I should have read deeper into the details but was not expecting this kind of room for this price. Very old doors with barely working lock mechanism. I was first given the key to the wrong room, which when I walked in was very suprised to see people in. Was very akward. Walked back to the lobby to get the correct key and was very hard to get open my door. Once arriving inside found there is no A/C or heat controls. I did have windows I could open, that is if they weren’t just painted shut. I had to work really hard at opening one of the windows to get fresh air in was very hot in there. Lots of lady bugs in the room bouncing off the ceiling all night. And dripping faucet that reminded my of Chinese water tourture. I now understand what they meant about “historic rooms” after a long day of Racing at Road America all I wanted was air conditioning! The only good thing was the older lady at the front desk had some amazing poppy seed muffins for breakfast and the coffee was good.

This a Vintage hotel so if thats your thing then this is the place for you. Our room was double booked bt Hotels.com so we were given a smaller room with a queen size bed. The Hotel changed us to a larger room but still queen size beds. No desks or extra chair to sit on. No refrigerator in the room. The room shower curtin was not clean. We had to ask for it to be replaced. The area itself and grounds of the hotel are grate but this place just too Vintage for us.

An amazing place to stay, and a beautiful town.

I worked at Seibkens 55 years ago for 5 Summer seasons. It was so nice to return as a customer this time.
4.7
The staff was especially helpful and friendly. I would always recommend this hotel to other travelers. Joe Inabnett

Was at road america for a two day test and Siebkens was perfect for my stay/needs. Had a balcony room in the newer building, which was really nice - can't think of anything I disliked, clean, comfortable, and spacious.

We had a very nice stay the only thing was it being so hot out we weren’t able to enjoy the hotel’s amenities close by due to no air conditioning. We felt extremely bad for their front desk area it felt like 100 degrees in there and the workers couldn’t wear professional clothing.

The best!
4.7
Perfect for our one night stay in Elkhart Lake.
4.7
Loved the location and check in. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was nice to deal with.
4.7
The shower tub was slippery. I almost fell.
4.7
Great location and rates.
4.7
Stay was excellent, but since we only slept in the unit one night it is hard to evaluate the entire facility.
4.7
Understated, elegant style, comfortable bed and chairs, gorgeous location. Great checkin/out experience
4.7
It was very nice but we were expecting to stay in the hotel. There were bangs and thuds all night, even with the heater off. Otherwise be plroblems.
4.7
We were there for a holiday market which was an easy stroll away. We surprisingly had a two bedroom condo which was gorgeous. Perfectly appointed, fireplace, drink vouchers for the cute bar, underground parking…perfection. The area has restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend this cute, yet updated “Dirty Dancing” lodge!

Excellent check in by Jackie. Friendly and professional.

Our room was massive! Beautiful property, great concierge, and literally no one else in the resort. If you're looking for a hotel on your way to Green Bay, this is it.

Great Location

Very enjoyable
4.7
Location was great- had issues with tempting the room, was very cold- did call
4.7
I had a wonderful stay!
4.7
Parking is horrible !! Why wouldn’t you have special parking for your guests who pay $300 for a tiny room. That overlooks the alley with drunk party goers , keeping us awake . Will never reserve a room at your overly priced hotel again !!!!
4.7
Some things in the room were not working. Bed very small for a Queen. Food very good. Drinks very good. Owners very nice.
4.7
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
4.7
Nice place to stay in town.
4.7
Stayed in the 2 bedroom condo. So nice and roomy! Will definitely be back!
4.7
New condos are very spacious, have gas fireplace and large outdoor porch. They had just added a continental breakfast with yogurt, housemade granola and poppyseed bread, delish! It would be great to have a shortened door code from 12 numbers but not a deal breaker!
4.7
Stayed here off season as the overflow hotel for a conference at the Ostoff. Room 111 in the condo.
Turned out to be much closer to the conference center than friends who stayed on site. Room was clean, had my choice of a free beer or soda at check in and complimentary bottled water in the room.
Good value and comfortable, easy walk to nearby shops and restaurants.
This room does have a door that can open to an adjoining room. Neighbors were very loud the second night and the sound seemed to carry between the two rooms. They quieted down after I banged on the wall a few times.
Would stay here again.

Great balconies. Beautiful views of the lake. Beds are really comfy.

Very nice and big
4.7
First time staying here. Will be back for the summer time. Room was very clean.
4.7
Classic with appropriate modern touches.
4.7
First time here. We decided to stay overnight to attend the nearby Christmas market. Lovely property, super clean. Room was large and comfy. A short drive or walk to downtown Elkhart Lake. Too bad that all the resort restaurants are closed at the Siebkens during winter, but there was food at the market, plus other really good places to eat nearby. It would be cool to come back in the summer, because it looks like this area would be amazing
4.7
Really only there to sleep after Christmas party next door!
4.7
Great
4.7
Parking came w room. Very nice room but dirty spots on some of rugs.
4.7
The rugs could use a good cleaning. The underground parking is a bonus.
4.7
This place has as good of quality accommodations as Osthoff resort but sadly no restaurant at this time of year.
