Known as Big Play to the owners, this home is ready to keep everyone entertained after full days of coastal adventure. Kick back on the plush furnishings of the living area, and you will have no trouble watching your favorite shows on the cable TV. When you want to indulge in other programs, all the other TVs offer streaming capabilities. The kiddos will have no trouble staying busy with the game room outfitted with a bumper pool table, a video arcade table, a TV, and a complete Sonos sound system. And, when the culinary-inclined guests want to show off their skills, the full kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, an ice maker, a Keurig coffee maker, and two dishwashers.

This home includes three washer/dryers and two dishwashers.
There are two fridges and three beverage coolers.
Streaming is available with guests' own accounts.
The balcony off of bedroom six is not for guest use.
Hot tub is not available during summer months
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 10 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
